Práve 14. júna je Svetový deň darcov krvi. Ako postupovať, ak chcete darovať krv, prečo má darovanie význam nielen pre tých, ktorí ju potrebujú, ale aj pre darca samotného? Hosťom našej Podnosky je MUDr. Jozef Köppl, MPH, ktorý je Prezidentom Slovenského Červeného kríža, zástupcom prednostu Kliniky anesteziológie a intenzívnej medicíny NÚDCH, predsedom Slovenskej resuscitačnej rady. Okrem darovania krvi a významu Červeného kríža sme s ním hovorili aj o tom, prečo by bolo dobré, aby sa do škôl vrátila výučba základov prvej pomoci, prečo obdivuje svojich kolegov “červenokrižiakov” aj našich červenonosých zdravotných klaunov. Porozprával, ako sa stal lekárom a čo ho fascinuje na detskej intenzívnej medicíne, ale aj to, prečo chcel v detstve čistiť kanály. Prezradil tiež, prečo má aj on – večný optimista Jojo – občas pocit bezradnosti a uvítal by návštevu zdravotných klaunov.
