We're going to break down strategies so that you can reorganize your year, your semester, your quarter, months, and even weeks to help you maximize productivity, reduce stress and achieve a healthy work-life balance to reduce the possibilities of mental health issues.

This is not just theory.
This is based on my own experience, doing my PhD in neuroscience from 2005 to 2008.
I was able to publish the papers when two junior research awards teach two modules and supervise seminar and thesis students, and all of that, while I was also managing to go on holidays in the US and Australia by aligning my conference trips with vacation time.

And let me tell you it wasn't by working harder.
