In this new episode of the Power For Good podcast, I want to talk about Fear.
What scares you? What makes you wanna hide from the world? What makes you wanna run the other way? What is fear even? Fear has been an important theme in my life. Facing my fears and overcoming my fears has changed who I am.
I think fear can actually be healthy. It can be utilized like all emotions. I really believe when we lean into our fears we can come out on the other side stronger and more powerful. But I also think that it can become a limitation for us and so I want to just dive into what fear really is and why it continues to hold some of us back.
I want to share with you why it held me back for a long time in my life and how I managed to overcome it.
Listen to this episode and learn how to face your fears by leaning into them and come out to be stronger, more like the person you always wanted to be with Awareness, Commitment and Love.
