In this new episode of the Power For Good podcast, I want to talk about something that has been an important part of my healing journey - Forgiveness.

Have there been instances in your life where you found it difficult to forgive someone? Moreover, have you been able to forgive yourself for situations you had no control over? We are not always proud of the things we indulge in when we are young. But does that mean we deserve the punishment? I used to feel ashamed and guilty but I knew my past cannot hold me back and it was time to forgive myself.

While experiencing my recent breathwork journey, I realized I was haunted by my past trauma. When I was a teenager, a guy took advantage of me. I had forgiven the guy for what he did yet I hadn’t forgiven myself... I was running away from the pain and guilt.

Today, I am sharing with you how I managed to find the power to forgive others and myself through Breathwork, Reflection, Empathy, and Letting go of Expectations.

In today’s episode:
