🗓 Join Casey, from Cascadia Dispatch, and Cliff, The Urban Prepper, every Wednesday at 5:30pm PST (8:30pm EST) as we discuss the lighter side of Prepping.

We're going to talk about new (and sometimes old) gear 🎒, deals we find on products and supplies 🤑, and preparedness projects were working on or planning to work on 🛠.  We're going to answer questions from our various social media communities (don’t be shy, send us your questions🙋‍♂️🙋🙋‍♀️) and occasionally, we're probably going to talk about Pro Wrestling, Legos, and TikTok…No, we are not your father’s doomsday stream! 😎😳🤓

So, if you’ve got a can of soup 🥫and not much else, this stream is for you!  If you like your advice and information without needing a tinfoil hat to understand it 🙇‍♂️, this stream is for you!  If you think earthquakes and hurricanes don’t care who you voted for, then this politics-free stream 🙅‍♂️ is for you!

👨‍💻 Our initial streams will be on https://www.youtube.com/cascadiadispatch and https://www.youtube.com/gotpreps with plans to expand in the near future!  If you haven't subscribed and turned on notifications, be sure to do that, so you don't miss out! ✅

(00:44):
thank you
this is not an illusion this is not a
dream you are having we are we are here
we are
together uh on a special Friday episode
um thanks everybody for joining in this
is episode 53. if we were looking
annually we would have passed a full

(01:06):
year of weekly episodes at this point
which is astonishing uh welcome to prep
talk live for those of you who don't
remember who we are I'm Casey with
Cascadia dispatch joining me as always
is tup the urban prepper tup what is up
how are things in your world doing good
uh it's been this feels like it's been a
little bit but uh we got to go in yeah

(01:26):
you know same old same old same old uh
same preps different day
same preps different day that's a shot
yeah last weekend I was uh well tough
Priestess with this present yeah exactly
wow they were like they were like wow we
had to live with kids like just cases
everyone

(01:53):
last week and I was I was The Chaperone
for uh seventh grade boys cabin on uh
not really near uh like a field trip for
my my son so that was that was pretty
fun so
well that sounds like great chuck would
like to know which one of us is the
Canadian
um because apparently they thought that
he was like you know obviously must be

(02:13):
that show because that's the only that's
the only proper show that that happens
so that makes total sense there's a wow
people are pissed people are pissed on
Fridays foreign
I pulled a fun prank on uh uh on the

(02:35):
cabin I don't know if I I don't know if
I told you about this this little this
little device that I have the little
chirping the beep thing oh yeah yes yes
I've been waiting to use this for um
these kids so I set it up in the right
up on the top of one of the closets
there and it does a random beep every it
could be every 20 minutes every 60
Minutes every 100 minutes but it's like

(02:56):
and it's it's hard to really pinpoint
where it is anyway I had it in the cabin
and the kids are all freaking out that's
what this was and I've never told them
meanwhile none of them will ever go to
the camp again because they feel like
it's haunted and uh and um they have
been scarred for life but you know what
tup enjoyed himself and it's all it's

(03:17):
all tough week and yeah so yeah modern
day private yeah they really just I
don't know if they do they really did
either Like Me by myself which is gonna
be a problem because we got some things
to talk about
um or or they just really missed you and
they're just letting it go one or the
others it's a little just a little
ribbon yeah exactly

(03:38):
um so yeah so and we have some
scheduling things that we will yeah
my my boss again does not care about my
YouTube I keep saying hey I got I have
this YouTube channel millions and
millions of people who want to hear from
me like I can't worry I can't do
Wednesdays
on my stream
I don't care about your street

(04:03):
um so yeah so a couple of little
scheduling updates so yeah
um for the moment we're gonna try to
keep on Wednesdays at least momentarily
um we are talking about switching to a
different day
um if people have a preference go ahead
and leave it in the comments and we will
consider that as much as we reasonably

(04:23):
can
um but uh but yeah so we're gonna pick
another day and I think it's either
gonna be we're thinking Tuesday or
Thursday right yeah uh or Thursday or
Friday I'll uh again I'm fight I'm
fighting back against this stuff I'm
fighting the powers but uh uh I I either
have to figure out like how do I do a
remote stream where I'm like parked in

(04:43):
some bench in Seattle and then do the
stream for there I feel like that's a
super appropriate I just don't want to
get I don't want people after me like
like sneaking up from behind
yeah that's going so gray man he's not
even on the stream he's just he's just
not even visible uh which by the way
modern day prep apparently now is on me
because I didn't email him or her uh uh

(05:07):
the the other day
it's a feisty Bunch it's a feisty

(05:31):
I owe you an email I will get to it as
as temp was saying with work uh work for
me this week was a bit I was up at five
and uh working pretty much non-stop
until I passed out all week
um so I will I will get an email to you
oh there's Pony girl

(05:53):
you gotta get out here
brighten the mood a little bit Yeah so
and I'm gonna do uh I know I've
mentioned this but I'm going to do uh or
at least attempt a live stream on Monday
um so I'm gonna see how that goes so if
anybody wants to join me I'll send out a
little thing over the weekend of when
it's gonna be on Monday I was going to

(06:13):
do it during the day but now my days are
looking not super flexible uh I was
gonna do like a lunchtime stream but I
think I may need to be uh in the
evening-ish early evening
um and it'll be short it'll be about
25-30 minutes
um kind of Max but just going through a
couple of different things

(06:34):
um so it'll have me on Mondays you'll
have tup and I together
Tuesday Wednesday Thursday Friday yeah
let me see Wednesday somewhere in there
let me help my people contact your
people at least that's fine yeah yeah
and then and then Trump and his other 48
live streams that he does during the
week uh will be it's intermixed without

(06:56):
all that so well like during let's all
like work from home covid type stuff
like it's doing the live streams has
helped me be better at working too so
like I got the right setup and
everything too for it yeah you're like
I'm all covered yeah
um so also I so okay side note funny

(07:17):
story and then we'll talk about kids and
preps because we also we're going to do
a little bit of a short episode because
it's a Friday and honestly like we're
just a little tired like we just wanted
to get on white say hi to everybody uh
my wife put me to bed at eight o'clock
last night yeah she was like you were
going to bed the kids and I are still
doing homework and everything else you

(07:37):
sir are going to bed uh she talked me in
and and the kids came in and kissed me
good night and then I put on my CPAP
mask like a real adult and you know went
to sleep
um so I think
um but I did I put
um our episodes
into chat GPT oh and I said summarize uh

(08:01):
episodes I picked a couple of different
Random episodes
um because what I wanted to do is see if
we could get a better idea of
summarizing the description oh right now
it's just basically like I copy and
paste the the transcript in or we have
our kind of standard description I was
like if we could easily get a summary
and then copy and paste it into the
description you give people on the
replays a better idea of what we're

(08:23):
doing it would give the podcast episodes
a better idea if that would be good so I
put it in chat GBC check this out and
and it began to list out like the hosts
talk about their day the host talk about
t-shirt designs the hosts talk about
plants those talk about t-shirt designs
that's funny it had like t-shirt designs

(08:45):
like three different times
nowhere in the description was anything
related to preparedness oh man to
emergencies to disaster none of that
stuff it was like the host talked to the
audience the host was like if you wanted
to sum up our preparedness show in 10
bullet points

(09:06):
as an audio or do you do like a video
and it analyzes it
um so I actually found a little program
where uh it's like a chrome plug-in
um yes when Casey has had a a really
really really long day and like week and
everything else yes his wife says you

(09:27):
are going to bed right now
uh and and she puts me into bed
um and then the children you know come
in and they they give me kisses on the
forehead I put on my CPAP mask and they
go do homework and go to bed themselves
um
the uh so you basically you put it and
you click on the videos and then it

(09:48):
takes the transcript and automatically
copies and pastes it into chat GPT
without all the time stamps so it'll fit
um and then it has like a prompt of like
summarize this and so then it was like
okay give me bullet points now expand on
the bullet points in the examples of the
bullet points and so it was a really
cool thing

(10:09):
um I have to keep working on the prompt
and the transcript to see like how to
make it useful but I thought it was
pretty cool pretty soon like if we can't
make a stream for whatever reason we're
just gonna have chat GPT like write our
script for us and we'll have ai
generated a voice and video of us two
talking I feel like that's what we
should do I feel like what we need to do

(10:31):
is just be like chat we're just going to
automate this whole thing it's do yeah
create a video script of two guys
smiling talking about prepping ish but
mostly other things and then uh provide
a video for it I I think that probably
geez uh it's probably not too far around
the corner when you can start doing that

(10:51):
kind of stuff so which is crazy but
yeah it's interesting too uh I was
seeing a lot of like
now that more people are using it and
everything else now there's some charges
associated with it we're starting to see
like so it'll be interesting to see how
that starts to balance out of like who's
willing to pay for it versus who just
thinks it's cool and it can automate a

(11:13):
bunch of stuff yeah I stopped paying for
uh what's the the AI image generator
um
that's
that's I I I I was doing a whole bunch
of those that I had the monthly service
part man it's totally spacing on the
main uh and I stopped paying for that so
I don't know if I'd pay for chat GPT I
don't know at least right now

(11:34):
um yeah Pony girl thinks we're in a
Godzilla movie right now yeah
yeah and I think that's I I think that's
fair that's a good that's a good
assertion there Pony girl
um so yeah so uh so anyway so let's talk
kids in prepping yes because we just got
off a spring break so we're we're going
into our spring break uh next week so oh

(11:55):
our yes oh I thought we were like the
last like School District on the planet
at Spring break nope
God I gotta get it so do you have do you
have any
prepping projects for the kids as part
of spring break or are you guys just
going off and having fun like normal
people well my my uh wife and kids were

(12:16):
gonna go on a little uh road trip with
their with Grandpa because he wanted to
go over to a couple but I think they
might be I'm not sure if they're gonna
if they're following through with it or
not but no I don't think we have any
special projects other than just try to
keep them entertained and uh relax a
little bit but yeah but no no prepping
projects other than you know I don't
know if you can't account cleaning uh
prepping but

(12:37):
cleaning is always a good prep I feel
like that is uh that is a muscle I mean
we'll do like standard uh you know uh
Pantry preps and putting stickers on
things like because I have to go to
Costco tomorrow and at Costco we're
still waiting for the sponsorship but uh
yeah exactly Costco come on yeah come on
we're still waiting for that but I'll be
putting the stickers we'll I'll have the

(12:58):
kids I'll rump them into that so
yeah
um I think one of the interesting things
I think when it comes to kids is as they
grow up I think originally at least for
for me
um the kids were completely unaware of
of any of these things and then like I
started to kind of bring them in on some
projects so that they're aware and

(13:19):
what's interesting is there's like a
moment
where it starts to transition from you
um
teaching them perhaps or bringing them
in and kind of forcing them to be
involved to where you start to see them
actually picking up the habits and
starting to make it part of you know as
much of their world as it can be you

(13:41):
know they aren't gonna be buying
generators or anything like that but
um I've noticed it with kids around like
when they're going to school like things
they'll remember to put in their
backpacks or
um they're going to a friend's house and
they'll remember to like have their
emergency kits and I don't have to
remind them and things like that

(14:01):
um have you noticed similar things yeah
my uh my son had a birthday birthday not
too not too long ago and for his
birthday he wanted like EDC stuff so it
was great for me because I'm like oh I
know exactly what to give he's like Dad
I want a flashlight and I want to I want
a better knife because he had a cheapo
knife and uh he has has his whittling
chip from uh whittling badge from Cub
Scouts or Boy Scouts and uh uh and so

(14:23):
yeah so he actually on his last month he
got a he's upgraded his EDC and now he
he carries the EDC with a knife and
flashlight and like uh cash he doesn't
have a mini at this point or a
multi-tool but we're working on that he
uh but yeah he's he likes having stuff
on him and I think he thinks it's cool
and he wants he likes the color
coordination of EDC gear which I've

(14:44):
never been as into uh
uh and then last week when we were on
our on our uh camping trip over uh it
was it was like cabin camping but we did
a lot of hikes for at Mount Rainier and
he had like his uh his backpack like his
go bag that had certain supplies in it
it had you know uh water and some first
aid and so so and I didn't even have to

(15:04):
teach him on that kind of stuff so that
was cool to see so
what that is so but there's EDC does he
refer to it as his EDC yeah is it just
his stuff he says he wants his EDC knife
and so I was really proud you've got him
the crocodile than D1 yeah it's bigger
than he is yeah I know I did I didn't
get him a really expensive knife because

(15:24):
uh because he'll just lose it so uh so
he doesn't get the like the Benchmade he
got a I think he got a Kershaw for uh
like a 50 type one so it wasn't I didn't
want to do like a drop a hundred dollars
on some knife and stuff that he's gonna
lose so meanwhile there's a lot of
people who are watching this and they're
like wait you bought a 50 knife well it

(15:46):
wasn't even it was less than 50 is what
I what I meant sorry uh yeah but yeah
well there's there's some you can get
really cheap knives if you want to but
they're going to be really cheap knives
in there uh well that was an interesting
thing when so we put both of our kids in
Scouts yeah um and we had very different
scouting experiences
um the the Cub Scout experience our

(16:07):
troop leader was amazing the
um we had a lack of parent
um supervision of the kids yeah so we
had like six or eight boys and there
were maybe two dads that were there that
actually or moms that actually like
reminded the kids to be quiet and pay
attention and listen and then the other

(16:28):
six just it was like a wrestling match
the entire thing so it was very
distracting and my son didn't love that
learning experience
um but he did know that if he waited to
be a bearer Scout that they got knives
they got folding knives when they were
bear kicked out so he was like so I just
want I want to go next year one more

(16:49):
year so I can get the knife and I was
like how about this how about I'll buy
you a knife
and we won't pay for Cub Scouts and all
of that and we'll figure it out all the
rest and so
um I ended up getting him uh because it
was also like they were gonna give him
like just the cheap yeah knives that
were gonna fall apart be frustrating so

(17:09):
I ended up getting him uh a Leatherman
and then he had all the tools and so
then it was okay now you can figure out
what to do with the tools you can figure
out what to do with the knife and you
can do all of that stuff so he wanders
around with it like when we go camping
and stuff he'll like put it in his
pocket and bring it around with them and
and do stuff yeah it's uh I think if
they have something that's they're

(17:30):
that's nice and they're proud of and
they're going to carry it more just like
just like the grown-up Preppers too like
uh if you have some nice gear you're
going to take care of it you're going to
show it off and it's a good conversation
piece and uh he yeah so I oh yeah I was
definitely proud that he's expanding his
EDC now we're going to work on other
things and my daughter she's not she
doesn't care anything for me she relies

(17:52):
on on the parents but she did ask the
other when was that that was last night
she she was running in some bushes or
something and she got scratched by some
Thorn or thorn bush or something I don't
know she said she's bleeding she's dad
give me an EDC Band-Aid that's what she
said she knew I would have a Band-Aid on
me
I don't know if I I think I'll talk to I

(18:13):
always keep fresh ones like it behind
the case here and so they're always dry
and clean and everything so and then so
we did that and then then I I did a
preliminary bandage and then did the
mini mini because she knew that she also
knew that I had a mini Medi with more
advanced bandages so she wanted It
upgraded after a certain point so
you didn't just pull out the quick clock

(18:33):
and and do the whole tourniquet the
Civil night trial bandages I use
Tegaderm so the clear film one and I
used uh some uh some ointment on it so I
have so I was ready for it and as a
prepper you kind of wait for those of
you you live for those moments or you
can use your first aid kit
exactly Sarah welcome I saw Sarah King

(18:54):
yeah transitioning from Team replay to
team live
um it's great to have you it's great
having everybody but it's always fun you
know we we kind of we see that our kind
of the group the usuals uh during the
lives and then we know that there are a
lot of people that watch the replays
based on on the the analytics and stuff

(19:14):
but it's it's always fun welcome Sarah's
first message was oh my gosh you're both
alive
going with the theme that I think that
modern day prepper established with uh
with ribby yeah exactly Sarah was Sarah
was all about it
um what was the Band-Aid that you had
you did a video about it I think at one
point or somebody did and it was like a

(19:36):
silver infused band-aid and they were
like nine dollars they're expensive uh
it's like uh
oh geez what's it called the Earth it's
the AG anything that says a g in it and
the title for a bandage yeah it's gonna
be freaking expensive like ten dollars
like and they're the only bandages that
fluctuate depending on the spot price
it's and so I'm always like very

(19:58):
hesitant to use those on because my
daughter's saying hey give me the good
stuff and I'm like that's like five
bucks I don't you're just gonna take it
off when you get home and it's like
I love you 89 cents worth I don't love
you nine dollars in the Tegaderm super
you could get like a you know a hundred
pack of it for pretty inexpensive but
those those silver lined ones are it's

(20:19):
like the modern wound dressing that it
turns into kind of like a gel and I got
silver in it and it's uh yeah yeah it's
really good
has a keypad and it's got solar yeah so
I try to use that a little bit I have it
I have it on in certain kits but I use
it more sparingly because it's their
it's freaking expensive so
yeah what does so with your son's EDC

(20:42):
um I'm thinking specifically pocket
sizes in pants so like for for us
putting a Leatherman and a flashlight or
keys or whatever in our pockets like
they could hold that kid pockets are
really small so does he carry like a
fanny pack or a sling bag or something
for that or he just loads his pockets up

(21:02):
and hopes that the belt well his EDC
it's not the most complete one in the
world but he relies on the clips on the
pocket clip so uh he'll just yeah oh
okay we haven't talked about the dreaded
prepper bolts or anything like that I
don't think
maybe well he's a bit young so yeah and
he's not he's not there yet he doesn't
have like modules and there's there's no
PDF of his kit yet so

(21:25):
it's mainly Like a Knife flashlight kind
of and wallet he loves this wallet
because I think I've told you how he
likes giving out money he's like a hard
money loan person or yeah with high
interest rates
yeah
yeah but yeah
uh what else does he does he do anything
else EDC wise my daughter is better like

(21:46):
she has her snacks that's that's
important to her and she's and she's
also doing her hard money loans as well
so she she carries a certain number of
cash because she knows that there's a
yeah there's a whole financial racket
thing there really is I don't know what
you did with the allowances or whatever
well sometimes the tooth fairy and tooth
fair is become a clutch with a lot of
good good fun so they they've built up
their cash flow and then they they like

(22:07):
having small bills so they could do
loans to people and then they start then
they send their leg Breakers after you
after 24 hours
what are you paying up the Tooth Fairy
it provides a lot of liquidity and then
the Easter Bunny comes in and starts
demanding you know collecting taxes yeah
so yeah they're again they're still
competing on their interest rates so my

(22:28):
son has a higher interest rate but he
also has more money and so if I need to
take a 400 cash loan uh he's gonna
charge 40 he's going to charge 20
interest but I could take a 40 dollar
loan from my daughter she's going to
charge 10 percent so
anyway
I'm I'm more curious about why you would
be taking a four hundred dollars I had

(22:49):
to I had to uh I feel like you need to
go to an ATM like guess what I took a
400 cash loan from him uh because I we
had someone that was working on
something and I was I was planning on
paying him uh using venmo but that he
said he would prefer cash so I said oh
okay well uh let me see do we have
because uh and then I talked to him I
said hey I need a I need a 400 cash loan

(23:11):
for this thing for this guy repair guy
he's like okay well you owe me 440. okay
crap
wow that is fantastic yes young tubs
Financial system is is uh now he's gonna
be he's gonna be rolling around in the
in your office trying to find that gold
coin I feel like you know I recently I

(23:34):
cleaned the up I added a rug in here and
I cleaned I did some cleaning and I was
searching all over the place for that
gold coin and it just kills me that I
lost it was it wasn't cheap either it's
like a 10 what a ten well no because it
was one tenth ounce gold coin and I lost
it and it's like oh
yeah which now I mean I don't know if

(23:54):
you looked at the spot Market recently
but like gold decided it was going to go
like off the charts in the last like
week
um so yeah it was like over two thousand
dollars an ounce yeah so maybe someday
I'll find that I'll find out that was a
coin somewhere
yeah open the like the floor vents I
would just pull the card I I have the

(24:15):
whole carpet I was on my hands and knees
I was looking all over for this place
and it for it and it's just I don't know
what happened so
actually what we're going to find out is
that your son found out he used it yeah
he used it to build up to get the money
and that's why he has to charge you the
exorbitant interest is to pay back the
funds he actually alone he he used some
of his interest money because he's been

(24:37):
every time he he rakes us for his for
the interest rates he went and bought
himself an EDC watch too which I was
really proud of so he he uh he uh so
it's a decent watch that has some uh I
don't know some different functions with
it that he likes stopwatches and stuff
anyways he's pretty so that's also part
of his EDC now so watch

(24:57):
oh that is he has no keys so he doesn't
have keys in there he doesn't have them
yeah
see anything else that he has in his
sometimes I put a tracker on him but
that's because I'm big big brother
well yeah exactly yeah my daughter like
she she's uh she usually has I have a
tracker on her Tuesday

(25:17):
yeah yeah well that's so we've we've
been working on them with with making
sure they have their phones with them
yeah we don't want to give them to IRS
but yeah yeah that's fine uh but yeah
but ours it was
our kids go to a commuter school and so
if if something were to happen it's a
longer duration for us to get a hold of
them than if they were going to like the

(25:39):
neighborhood school so that kind of
changed our timeline around phones we
weren't planning on doing it for a while
um and then uh if you have like an
unlimited plan adding them to the
unlimited family plan was not a big deal
so it was like all right well then we
might as well just do that and call it a
day
um but having those then we can

(25:59):
you know find my iPhone we can ping them
at friends houses we can do yeah we have
a couple burner I have some tough burner
phones with my burner accounts and I
keep them in the cars because because
that one time when when we got that car
stolen out the driveway then now then I
upped the security so so if they need to
take a I'll let them borrow a phone
that's in the that's normally stored in
the car you know it's like a bird like a

(26:20):
drug dealer like salt like salt good
Saul Goodman from Breaking Bad like here
you go that's untraceable so
exactly that's how they that's how they
launder the money that they make from
the interest loans
exactly yeah I have a I have a I have a
cryptocurrency phone too that I have
that's that's just for crypto stuff

(26:42):
although you have you have a phone that
used to have cryptocurrency and your son
now has made it yeah no I didn't have
crypto on it but that would be the one
that would be used if you had to do like
a coinbase uh account type things anyway
I haven't been I haven't been dipping my
toes in crypto for a little bit but I
know we're going off topic for a family

(27:03):
Family Purpose so yeah no but that's
okay that's okay kids in crypto that's a
whole nother thing and everything else
yeah that whole have you heard of this
uh
I thought I saw some kind of video about
it where it's like uh
was it an April fools oh my gosh did

(27:23):
they get me
I feel like they may have gone what I
will tell you I I've been watching CNBC
almost every day and I haven't seen
anything about a Tesla phone so my hunch
is did I fall for that or hold on I
gotta look this up
it's kind of like so Lego almost got me
um

(27:45):
sorry about that
um
they I got a leak of new Botanical sets
and I was like oh this is really cool
what is it and then it turned out it was
water
and topsoil and it was just boxes of
like blue one by you know studs and

(28:06):
brown
Lego studs and it was just the pictures
and so that was their uh that was their
April fools was that they were coming
out with this new Botanical set of water
and and topsoil for all of the plants I
mean they they had some stuff but now
I'm trying to it wasn't an April Fools
and I totally bought it

(28:29):
just Google it
ask chat jpt chat GPT it doesn't I
thought they don't have current
information that I thought
uh not in the the uh original one but in
the previous in the new one now oh man
if I got totally had by that that's crap
that's okay okay that's all right it

(28:51):
happens it's happened to the best of us
yeah I was working on it in my April
photos video and then like April Fool's
past and then I'm like oh crap I can't
I think that's what you should do I
think you should still put it out I'd be
like the April fools is that it didn't
happen on April 5th it happened now I
feel like that is appropriate
um I was I was gonna text you the other

(29:12):
day too because so
um we were walking
somewhere we were going oh we went to
the mall and we don't go to the mall
that often just because
I don't know who like I don't get in the
habit of like you order everything for
shipping or delivery or whatever
um but we had to go to the mall to to
give some clothes and uh we were gonna

(29:32):
make like a whole day out of it and so
my daughter put her little kit together
and it was and she had her her fanny
pack uh and she wore like a sling bag
and I was gonna take a picture and send
it to you and be like the fanny packs
have invaded the Next Generation
that's one of the good things I think

(29:52):
that happened at after covid was fanny
packs came back in so that's a that's
good yeah there's there's silver lines
of everything and that's one a pandemic
back in 90s 80s fashion that's what
happened uh yeah Pony girl wants to know
yeah I don't I don't know it was a it

(30:13):
was a whole thing uh Titus Tuttle is
here welcome Hey Titus how are you good
to see you uh
let's see oh and it appears that the
article is around okay I thought yeah
okay good well
keep an eye there I I still I probably
wouldn't get it anyway but uh because I
like my D Googled phone and I like all
that kind of stuff that's that's true
prepper

(30:34):
yeah
can a string that he sends through
standard mail to other people uh that's
his plan so all right everybody well we
are going to wrap it up this is a little
cookie has yeah just a taste it so that
we're still alive because I know that
Sarah said and uh the modern day prepper

(30:56):
was yeah exactly we we've offended the
prepper Community I think so exactly so
we wanted to come on say hello we're
here we we have not we have not
abandoned you
um and then uh keep an eye out
um no I'm good I'm good on Wednesdays
yeah all right all right well Wednesday
okay so Wednesday is happening for prep
talk live Monday will be

(31:19):
I still don't know what I'm going to
call this stream it's one of those
things where it's like I'm just gonna do
it because if I don't do it I will
continue to try to do it and it will
never happen so I don't know if it's
going to be cascading Dispatch live or I
was thinking like big prep and the the
big prep energy podcast or something
like that
um

(31:39):
big prep energy with Cascadia dispatch
uh that is funny oh my god look that's
what I do
um
but then also like I might do that as
the segment title so like this the
prepping segment might be like big crap
energy and then like the gear review
would be bougie prep or budget prep

(32:00):
depending on what it is
um so yeah submit there is yeah
gonna blow up I love it big prep energy
big crap energy once you launch that big
prep energy let me know and so I can
start using that hashtag
all right bpe big prep energy it's
happening Monday we have the approval

(32:22):
from top and crew that is the plan so be
beware I've got that logo
so I gotta find it I I made a shirt
design for it for big prep energy so I
have to order the sweatshirt
um but in the meat that will determine
you know but we'll get there that'll be
a thing big flashlight

(32:48):
mag lighter
yep yep that would be very on brand for
me that would be very odd brand
um I also did get a whole nother batch
of shirt designs and I understand like
we haven't really done much with the
shirt designs release like the tattoos
or something that's what
yeah exactly but yes our hashtag humble

(33:10):
is is one of the ones that we made
um f your PDFs
I've got that rooster booster and only
preps those were all made so I think
we're we'll be in good shape so anyway
thanks for joining us everybody it's
been fun Friday as usual uh I'm Casey
with you dispatch

(33:31):
get put to bed in a little bit
maybe yeah I'm like I'm I'm it is all
things are possible that is that is the
thing so you know I may be asleep in two
hours having a girls sleepover and so
I'm gonna be bringing out a lot of the
camping gear and the cots and everything
so I can dip into some preps so it
should be fun yeah exactly you should

(33:53):
probably have some caffeine then to make
sure yeah the bubbly water with the
caffeine uh because it's confusion uh
sparkly water with caffeine because why
not
um all right everybody we've it's a
whole we did it we did it
gosh

(34:15):
it's funny
oh my goodness all right well it's been
fun folks we still got it we still got
it
we're all still here all right bye
