In this conversation, we talk about the Importance of community and allyship, challenges for people of color in the queer community, and themes of resilience, being our true selves, and the value of listening to everyone’s story.
Tonio is creating the Tonio Inclusion Summit and Award Show, designed to recognize unsung heroes in the community and to connect grassroots individuals with elite leaders. He intends for this event to be a resource for mental health, job opportunities, and other community needs.
