Everyone likes to feel appreciated, especially by those that hold so near and dear to our hearts. Gratitude is a value that can create profound connections with others, and it does not need to be complicated.
This week we run through a DYAD exercise, which we have done on the podcast before, but consider this a refresher for yourself and relationships for this holiday season.
