We know it for ourselves. We hear it from clients and our friends in the queer community. There is A LOT happening in America with the political system and it is, understandably, creating a lot of unrest and fear.
To start, you are not alone in any of this. Even when it feels like you must be, you are not. And we hope that this episode gives you some practical tips to tend to the basics of what can help you regulate your nervous system a bit more on a daily level, as well as what can help to move forward even when it feels so very uncertain.
