Wir wollen die ideologischen Grundlagen und Strategien rechter Parteien beleuchten und ihre systematische Untergrabung demokratischer Institutionen, wie wir es gerade in den USA erleben - von der Schwächung der Pressefreiheit bis zur Einschränkung von Minderheitenrechten. Die Parallelen zwischen historischem Faschismus und gegenwärtigen rechten Bewegungen: Nationalismus, Autoritarismus und die Konstruktion von 'Freund-Feind'-Schemata! Doch auch vermeintlich soziale, linke und grüne Parteien passen sich dem narrativ rechter Weltanschauungen an und fördern den undemokratischer Kräfte. Sieht die Zukunft in Deutschland ebenfalls so düster aus wie die Gegenwart in den USA? Wie können wir unsere Demokratie bewahren und unsere Freiheit und Menschenrechte schützen?
