Der Zeuge bestätigte, dass Michael Ballweg bereits ab August 2020 ins Visier der Steuerfahndung geriet – obwohl zu diesem Zeitpunkt weder eine Steuererklärung für 2020 eingereicht werden konnte noch ein steuerlicher Anfangsverdacht bestand. Die reguläre Frist für die Abgabe der Einkommensteuererklärung endete zum Zeitpunkt des Vermerks am 28. Februar 2022.
