Rest is IN!
It’s also a pretty new thing…
For so long rest has been an afterthought or something you had to earn.
But we’ve evolved, and now we recognize that rest is important!
Listen, I value rest, and it’s an absolute necessity for me as a creative entrepreneur.
Coming up with innovative ideas, and solutions require me to slow down so I can work better and more efficiently.
But…I’m also a generator in Human Design 🏎️ and I love to work!
So, rest looks different for me, and instead of following a formula I had to lean into self-trust.
Welcome to episode 15 of Ready for More! In this episode, I’m spilling all the chamomile tea on the self-care strategies I used to go from feeling depleted in my business, to honoring my energy levels in all its defined sacral center goodness.
Also, I’m sharing some practical tips and tools you can use to get yourself out of hustle culture mode, and into your own energy flow.
The thing is, that not everybody is on your timeline, and you don't have to be on anybody else's either!
It’s time to create space, opportunities, and wealth in your life, YOUR way!
It’s going down!
Xo,
Gaby

CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist
It’s 1996 in rural North Carolina, and an oddball crew makes history when they pull off America’s third largest cash heist. But it’s all downhill from there. Join host Johnny Knoxville as he unspools a wild and woolly tale about a group of regular ‘ol folks who risked it all for a chance at a better life. CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist answers the question: what would you do with 17.3 million dollars? The answer includes diamond rings, mansions, velvet Elvis paintings, plus a run for the border, murder-for-hire-plots, and FBI busts.
