OMG! Remember taking those quizzes in Cosmo back in the day?
Well, this is kinda like one. BUT better!
What type of coach are you?
If you answered A, then today’s episode is for you! (And if you answered B, get in here too, Queen!)
Sure, becoming a great coach is something that comes with experience- but mostly it comes from letting go of our own ego and beliefs.
Welcome to episode 19 of Ready for More! In this episode, I’m giving you something Cosmo attempted, but didn't quite succeed at: giving you good advice!
I’m sharing the top 5 things I’ve learned in the last 2 years of my coaching business that have helped me become super effective.
Coaching people while they are changing their lives and businesses can be messy AF.
Humans are complex, and their subconscious minds are steering the ship.
Leading clients to their breakthroughs can be uncomfortable (at best) to watch and be a part of.
But here’s the thing- people are hiring you to hold up a mirror for them to be able to see themselves, and experience the shifts they need in order to grow.
But watching your clients discover how to listen to their own intuition and guide themselves is even better than getting Carrie Bradshaw on the “Which Sex and the City Character are you?” Quiz!
It’s going down!
Xo,
Gaby
