In this Episode I welcome Ema Grigaliunaite from Portugal to share her story of what it was like growing up as a middle child who struggled to be seen and heard from her mother whilst attending to an alcoholic father. She became a top athlete and a top student to fill the void of acceptance but when that wasn't enough she turned to anger, drugs and alcohol to numb the pain of it all until one day she decided to take a chance on herself and her whole world changed. Ema is a wonderful example of how we can evolve through any situation when we set a positive mindset.
