Jennifer Riggs is a certified Hypnotherapist, Mindset Coach, author, and speaker. She is also an Emotion Code practitioner and uses tools like Emotional Freedom Technique/Tapping, connecting to the inner child, and guided meditation in order to assist clients with emotional release.
It was the combination of these modalities and the healing changes she witnessed in her clients that lead her to write the book, Free from the Cage—Liberate Yourself from Negative Feelings and Create Powerful Lasting Mindset Changes, to offer to anyone who was looking to grow in the comfort of their own home.
She seeks to help people reach their highest potential through emotional processing and creating new belief systems for themselves to let go of past identities which will allow them to evolve into new ones
Jennifer strives to meet people where they are, without judgement by providing a loving and safe space to really embrace their truth. It is with a kind presence that she has cultivated within herself that she is able to facilitate this space for others
