Matt, tell us about your backgroundand your objectives for this
year's ACC Annual Meeting.
I've been in the space for 18years supporting corporate legal
departments with governance, riskcompliance, and discovery challenges.
We're looking to forward tothe ACC every year to learn.

(01:06):
That's number one, and network, and for making legal human.
We learn more from each other during someof these networking events, This year, it
seems like, more than ever, we're not in astatic environment in the legal industry.
Things seem to be more acceleratedthan usual, so everything from
artificial intelligence complianceand risks associated with that,
as well as trades and tariffs.
So lots to learn this year.

(01:29):
Capri, tell us about yourbackground and how Level Legal
supports corporate law departments.
I started back in the LeClairRyanDiscovery practice and our practice
group left the law firm and went intolegal services, working primarily with
corporations for most of my career.
Lots of end-to-end full programs, andthat's one of the things I love is

(01:52):
developing a program with a client so thatwe can really be advocating for how they
want to approach discovery while they'realso navigating how counsel wants to
approach discovery in the specific case.
There's a lot of opportunity to buildout better and more consistent programs,
where you can get a lot of cost savingsby knowing the corporation better

(02:15):
and developing tools and resourcesfor them in the discovery space.
