'Resilience means the ability to regulate your own states independent of the external environment you are in.' What if we have been thinking about resilience wrong? He is the co-author of the book “The Resilient Culture”

Prior to this he worked for 7 years with the The Boston Consulting Group in the Munich, Kuala Lumpur and London offices. There he led projects in the automotive industry, the construction industry and consumer goods industries.
