Chris is the co-founder and Director of Awaris. Chris has spent the last 15 years focusing on Leadership development especially in the fields of resilience, authentic leadership and personal transformation. As a Director of Awaris, Chris leads over 300 projects per year with global companies like BMW, Audi, Bosch, Unilever, HSBC, Lloyds, Loreal etc on transforming team and leadership culture.
He is the co-author of the book “The Resilient Culture”.
Prior to this he worked for 7 years with the The Boston Consulting Group in the Munich, Kuala Lumpur and London offices. There he led projects in the automotive industry, the construction industry and consumer goods industries.
Chris has a Degree in Physics from Imperial College of Science, Technology and Medicine and an MBA from UT in Austin.
