Today is the first day of the imposition of tariffs.  The markets have been extremely volatile in anticpation of this day.   How do we evaluate our positions  in this uncertain environment?  We keep it simple - Market, Sector, Stock.  Using this formula can help to reduce the emotional response we have to losing value in our portfolios.

In this episode I discuss Data Center Reits.  These do not operate like traditional REITS which are invested in commercial real estate that provide nice dividends.  Data Center Reits are designed for growth.  With the push into AI, the growth of this sector is going to continue.  This is a way to make an investment in tech. infrastructure.  

Took a look back at 2024 market performance and the stocks I discussed throughout the year.  Also, I discuss what I am looking at for 2025 aggressive positions.

This is a discussion on how the bond market will be impacted by the interest rate cuts starting this month.  We hear alot about interest rate cuts and stock market, but the bond market will be changing as a result of the rate cuts.
