Jenny Sandvig har tidligere arbejdet for det europæiske netværk af nationale menneskerettighedsinstitutter (European Network of Nation Human Rights Institutions - ENHRI), og hun afgav indlæg under forhandlingerne ved den første klimaretssag for Den Europæiske Menneskerettighedsdomstol i marts 2023.
Vi taler bl.a. med Jenny Sandvig om, hvorfor klimaretssagerne er vigtige, hvad vi kan forvente, der kommer ud af sagerne, samt om der er risiko for, at politikerne holder sig tilbage med klimaambitionerne, hvis de risikerer at blive dømt i retten for ikke at nå ambitionerne.
