Healthy is sadly made out to be WAY more complicated than it should be! It doesn't help to have all the deceptive marketing going on to make you think products are healthy when they really aren't. So what do we do?
It's more simple than you think. First, let's be reminded of what God provided us and spoke of in Genesis.
