Reier Carlsen har lang fartstid som arkitekt og vi tok en prat med en fagperson som engasjerer seg både lokalt og i fortidsminneforeningen.
Arkitektkontoret til Carlsen i Hulda Garborgs veg 2, på Bryne fra 1918, er restaurert og han har mottatt Time kommunes kulturvernpris, Byutviklingsprisen 2003 og Brynes Vels trivselspris 2004 for dette arbeidet.
