Coaching/mentoring is such a powerful thing to have in your life and in today's episode, I explain why. I shared an experience I had while coaching with my own coach and how it was absolutely life-shifting for me. So many times, friends and/or family are great listeners but are unwilling to point out the hard things that will actually move the needle of you life in the direction you're seeking to move. Having a coach help you to see your "blind spots" and gives you the accountability and guidance to actually move toward the life you are desiring.
