Dr. Stout has practiced as a consultant pharmacist in skilled nursing facilities for six years, where he developed a solid reputation for patient care with medical directors across the state of Utah. This sparked an interest in developing new and progressive methods of collaboration with healthcare professionals, to improve transitions of care and patient outcomes in the skilled nursing setting. In this episode, Dr. Stout discusses the future of pharmacy with collaborative practice agreements and incident to billing.
