And that was that carriage, like robbed or anything.

feetards, 20 yards from the.

But still like in the same z.
The only piece of evidence was there is
only two things that brought up the
carriage. One was the established that it was
crashed and saw by Lord Pendleton's
wife.

It was crashed and seen the dead body and the sleeping
horses. inside the carriage were feathers
and horse seamen.
So.
And the third thing was that
this mysterious figure was last seen leaving
in the carriage with an accomplice.
Okay, so the mysterious
figure, but the.
Accomplice was not little sauce. It was a different. So it's two

people that weren't little sauce left in the carriage.
Left in the carriage that was later found with the de.
not. No, the guy who. The guy who
went into the carriage, the mysterious figure picked up the
glip jar of horse semn and then went.

Into the carriage that I was around when the. When it went
downe.

>> Cameron (01:12:37):
See, I feel like if we. If the prosecution
had brought up that there was a dead body. Did they bring up
that there was the dead.
No, they never really touched on the.

Fact like I was dead as a juror.

If that was all that was brought up, I would
at least be able to place him at the
carriage. And if there was no real explanation
because. Sure, yeah, bet I guess he's a bird.
Birds molt, whatever. But it seems
really sus that he has horse semen on the
feathers at a scene of crime.

So now.

No, that wasn't established. I'm saying it could. I'm saying it could
have happened. That's one of. It's not established.

maybe they could find him guilty of that
one. But since it was never really brought up, like,
out of this whole thing, I could see them maybe finding
him guilty of that one. If they brought up, you know,
his feathers were found at the scene. This
scene also had a dead body at it. Therefore
it puts him at the scene of this crime, this

murder. If we can retroactively,
like, say they brought it up.

They never really connected the dots for the jury is what

So under the current circumstances, not
knowing what I know outside, just saying, like,
is there enough evidence to put him away
for being at the scene of this carriage?
I would say yes, there is physical evidence of him
being at this carriage. The dots were never connected
at it'asked on a carriage that the dots are never

connected. That carriage was connected to a dead body.

No, with that being said, all the murders at this
point cannot really be but
yond a shadow aelebt four of them
cannot.

If I can see, like, outside of what's going on, and I
know there's a dead body at the scene where his feathers
were found, that spells a bit
of questionability.

But what be the shadow? It's not beyond a shadow. It was the one that
necessarily did.

Like, there was no established motive.

With the physical evidence and what was talked about in the
trial, I don't think they would be able
to convict on four.
I think if they connect the dots. Well,
like, if they retroactively connected the dots,
five probably. But if since
they didn't.

I would have to say not guilty on all
five of those counts. However, the
trespassing. Yes, because his feathers
were found on the scene.

>> Skylar (01:15:22):
Okay.

There was no real talk of armed
robbery, so I would say not guilty there.
I, mean, armed robbery've been.
That's kind of connected to what'been what the slicer did.

>> Skylar (01:15:33):
Yeah.

>> Cameron (01:15:33):
And so what?

>> Skylar (01:15:34):
And mean, he admitted he was there at the scene, but just for a trade
off. Yeah. You know, and things went south. He left.

>> Quinn (01:15:39):
Yeah.

>> Skylar (01:15:40):
And the theft.

>> Cameron (01:15:41):
The theft I probably could convict for because
there was a card literally found at his house and the
stu and the stuff.

>> Skylar (01:15:48):
Yeah.

>> Cameron (01:15:48):
So I would say for this jury, what we talked
about. Theft, trespassing, yes.
Five counts of murder, probably
not. How
ever. If we have established that
he was in fact at the Pendleton estate when he said he
wasn't, that paints him as a picture of a
liar being dishonest because he

(01:16:11):
said it under zone of truth. You can maybe think that,
oh, since he said I wasn't at the penal in est state yet
his stuff was found here and if he was on
his own of truth, maybe it didn't work. So maybe he was lying about other
stuff. You could maybe make that connection.
However, there was still no dots
connected between pedalon estate and dead body.

(01:16:31):
Really poor job by the prosecution on app. So unless
you want the jury to actually convict him of murder to maybe have
some kind of saving him scene of getting tied up and
lit on fire and thrown off a bur eye building. Yeah.
I would say yes for trespassing, yes for
theft.
That's it. And that's it.

All right, the jury comes out from good gallegation where
everybody's sitting back in their seats. The speaker of the jury or
whatever the heck they're called comes out, hands you the envelope
that has the final
delegation. Ryan eque quest looks

He's extremely upset. Everybody else
totally chill, if not a little bit like over it, especially

sprout. He's kind of just like got this, like this is the
dumbest part of this whole thing. They all go
sit down in the juerry. you have the

verdict, correct? Everybody unanimously voted on all of
these?

>> Skylar (01:17:30):
They nod yes, although e quest looks really
angry about it, but he definitely adveng her U
reluctantly nods.

I shall now read the findings of the
jury. On the first count of fely
murder, not guilty. Second
count not guilty.
Third count
not guilty. Fourth count
not guy and fifth count

(01:17:58):
also not guilty. On only first count of
first degree of robbery not
guilty. On the first count of first degree
theipp guilty.

What?

>> Lil Sauce (01:18:13):
And on put the hand on his shoulder
and On the count of trespassing you
have been founding you guty.

>> Quinn (01:18:22):
Yeah, it's fair.

Now sir, while you have not been found guilty of
any of the family murders, obviously caps punishments is out of

for first degree theft and trespassing. So

I remind you, I need not remind you, takes high
