In this episode of Shaping Your Journey, my special guest Steve Maxwell recounts his experience as a drummer who then went into the traditional corporate life and then circled back into drumming going on to becoming a major collector of rare drums which led him to opening his own drum shop "Steve Maxwell Vintage and Custom Drums" in New York and Chicago. He has worked with Charlie Watts and many other famous drummers supplying them with their own vintage drums. Besides owning his own shops, he is also the largest dealer since 2005 of the Craviotto drum line.
