Hermione finally figures out how to get to the kitchens (thanks to Fred) but when she drags Harry and Ron down there, it is not to run another S.P.E.W. campaign... she's excited to show Harry that someone he knows is now working at Hogwarts - it's Dobby! The elf also brought the newly-freed Winky with him. But the two couldn't be more opposite: While Dobby proudly talks about his freedom and his wages, Winky can't stop sobbing about the fact that she's no longer serving the house of the Crouches...
