Just a couple of moms chatting about the ups, downs, and trends of being a mom.
We had a great episode with our special guest, Tayla, who shared her story and her work with NAMI. She had some great insights into motherhood and mental health. We loved having her on!
We had a lot of fun with this episode, which means it's the most unhinged. We forgot to hit record on our cameras, we had a guest in the studio who needed help going to the bathroom, and we got a little too excited about Bluey.
We all know an influencer mom or follow our favorite mom on Instagram or Facebook. How have you dealt with mom guilt from influencer moms? Are you being your "authentic" self on social media, or do you not give a damn?
We've had it up to here! We (Amber) had some mom gripes we needed to get off our chests. Our intern, Drew, had some great reactions to our conversations.

We're back in the studio after a long summer. Amber is back from maternity leave, and Sydney is back after a busy summer. Check out our latest "After Birth" and catch up on their antics from this summer.

Our guest, Shane, guided us to some great tools to help us have hard discussions with our kids. Sex, puberty, sexuality, where babies come from, racism, etc.

We had fun this week exploring the depths of Reddit. We found some posts worth sharing.
This week we dive into our guest, Haley's, story about her infertility path. We are incredibly thankful to her for telling her story and helping us learn more about the topic.
Sydney cried a lot and we learned that Amber copes by laughing. We discuss how our lives have changed after birth and how women's and men's healthcare are vastly different. This episode is emotional, so buckle up and grab your tissues.
We talk about our significant others a lot, so we decided to make an episode where we talk about how amazing they are. We compare our dads vs our spouses and get into how they support us as moms.
We chat about how our parents parented us, the internet and technology, insta moms, and the craziest things we've had to explain to our kids.
Amber and Sydney had very different experiences when COVID hit. Listen to their perspectives and how they dealt with their kids during that crazy time.
