Postpartum is easily become the most challenging start to our motherhood journey. Some much of our culture puts an unnecessary and unrealistic expectation on mothers who have just given birth that it is not beneficial to current family life and to the future generation.  Postpartum is an opportunity for us as mothers to slow down, refresh, and adjust and is just as important to prepare for during pregnancy whether you are a first-time mom (FTM) or have had multiple births.
