E26: Third Trimester WOES, 5 Common Complaints and How to Manage Your Last Stretch of PREGNANCY!

Welcome back to the Simplify Birth & Motherhood podcast, where you can receive education to empower your pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum, and your journey through motherhood to make an informed decision that best fits you and your family.  Today, I will be sharing easily one of the most, if not the first but definitely the second, hardest parts of pregnancy and that is the third trimester.  Each stage of our pregnancies come with both the joys and the pains, and the third trimester brings us both those things!
