This one is a quickie, but it's packed!
I speak on courage, the subconscious mind programming, and the frequency of thoughts. Courage is a trait that can be built, over time, with the accumulation of thoughts all aligned with being more courageous, but also reducing thoughts that contradict courage. So more I can and I will and less I can't and I won't.
But can we monitor our thoughts all day long? It's far too much work, and most probably unattainable. So how can we ensure that our thoughts are a singular positive stream which is creating momentum for us to act on them? This is where the subconscious comes in. 90% of our behaviors, thoughts and emotions are reliant on the programming of the subconscious mind, when we change the programming, we change the output, us. We change ourselves as we changed the beliefs in our subconscious.
An effective way to reprogram your subconscious mind is through Alpha Level Meditation.
You can learn more about them in the episode and if you would like me to guide you through a one on one Alpha Level Meditation, then write to me at info@mindtracker.org, and we shall get started! :)

Cardiac Cowboys
The heart was always off-limits to surgeons. Cutting into it spelled instant death for the patient. That is, until a ragtag group of doctors scattered across the Midwest and Texas decided to throw out the rule book. Working in makeshift laboratories and home garages, using medical devices made from scavenged machine parts and beer tubes, these men and women invented the field of open heart surgery. Odds are, someone you know is alive because of them. So why has history left them behind? Presented by Chris Pine, CARDIAC COWBOYS tells the gripping true story behind the birth of heart surgery, and the young, Greatest Generation doctors who made it happen. For years, they competed and feuded, racing to be the first, the best, and the most prolific. Some appeared on the cover of Time Magazine, operated on kings and advised presidents. Others ended up disgraced, penniless, and convicted of felonies. Together, they ignited a revolution in medicine, and changed the world.
