(00:03):

intuitive gifts with all of you.
Open hearts, open minds, and a curiousnature is all you need to listen in.
Let's grow together as weexpand our knowledge and try to
(00:25):
make the world a better place.
This is Souly.
All right.
Hello, everybody.
Welcome back to the podcast.
So last week, Payton did a soloepisode, which I actually just
listened to before we got on this call.
I put it on my list when I wasgoing on vacation to listen
(00:46):
to it, but then I ended up.
Not listening to any podcasts.
Ironically, I was like, I'mgoing to catch up on everything.
And that did not happen.
So I listened to that.
So I recommend everybody listento that episode if you haven't,
because he talks about spirit guides.
And so much of what you said isexactly what I've been feeling
and connecting with as well.
So that was really cool.
(01:07):
Just even how you're talking about, you know, the question of, can our
spirit guides Be somebody who waslike, that we're related to, or that we
once knew in this life kind of thing.
Because I think traditionally whatI've learned is like, no, right.
That's not a thing.
Right.
Or what we're told.
Right.
Yeah.
Or what we're told.
Right.
. And so I've never fullyresonated with that.
So yeah, I appreciated you sharing all ofthat stuff and it's just very interesting.
(01:30):
I think spirit guides arejust an interesting topic.
In general, I think there's somethingI've, in my journey, I think I've had
moments where I'm like so into spiritguides and really connected and then
other moments where you kind of said, like, I know they're there, and then I
don't, but I don't like actively pursueit kind of thing, but then it's like you
have these moments where you get thesereally beautiful hits of like validation.
(01:53):
Where you're like, Ohyeah, they're still here.
So I love that.
That whole thing.
I loved it.
So I just want to say if anyone hasnot listened to it, listen to it.
Yeah.
And I think it's, I think spirit guidesis a really, nice way to transition into
connecting to your, your, you know, yourspirituality and your angels or whatever.
(02:15):
I think it's a very, whatever the,you know, I don't know if there are
really rules around it and reality.
I think we put some rules around itjust to try and make it make sense.
But, I think it's a really great way tolike, learn how to connect and, a great
way to validate that we are not alone.
And like, there, you know, There aresome cosmic forces, spiritual forces
(02:35):
that, I believe to help guide us onour, you know, on our journeys and
help support us as much as they can.
And, you know, why, why wouldn't thatbe someone that was, you know, loved
us here and, you know, the physicalworld, you know, why would they not?
I know, I, you know, if, you know,I would want to try and support
those I love from the other side to,you know, whatever degree I could.
(02:58):
So, yeah, so it was, so, yeah, thankyou for bringing that up again.
And, it is a fun topic and Ilike you when I said this then,
like, sometimes I feel really.
Super connected to him.
And sometimes, you know,I don't think about him.
And that's just, youknow, that's just honesty.
But then they'll, you know, give me,like what during those mentorship
sessions, like they gave me somepretty cool validations out of nowhere
(03:20):
that I wasn't expecting for, which,I think that's really cool when, you
know, a lot of times when we're onthis journey, we're hoping to see
something, we want to find a featheror we want to, see those angel numbers.
We're like anxious to get that, those, those pings, that it can lose its magic
a little bit when we're looking for it.
So it's nice that spirit will throwthings at us when we least expect
(03:43):
it to remind us that like, Exactly.
It's still here.
It's still magical.
So yeah.
Yeah, I love that.
So we haven't connected for a littlewhile here because it's been busy.
I think we're trying to likework around our schedules.
but just like a check on how, how have youbeen doing in general the last few weeks?
How's the energy?
(04:03):
It's been good.
Yeah, the energy shifted for me.
You know, the first half of thisyear, as I've said a thousand times
on the show, like was a bit denser.
that energy has shifted.
It still is really busy.
but it feels, it feels lighter.
It feels like it's movingforward a lot, a lot more.
And it just feels, alittle more manageable.
but I'm also still trying to,you know, I have a problem.
(04:26):
Of just working a lot like I justthe worker be and I just fill
my schedule up as much as I can.
And, last year I really overdid it.
We're like every momentof every day from 6 a.
m.
until 10 p.
m.
Like something was scheduled, you know.
and naturally, whether this was spiritor whatever, you know, as I've shared
(04:48):
on here, I haven't been able to goto the gym, I have a back injury.
I'm still like trying to get thatall worked out and figured it out.
And, you know, I kind of look backand it's like, that is something
that kind of had that needed to getremoved from my plate because I just,
I needed room, you know, I was justfilling up my plate with too much.
So, think life has a way of doingthat, like when we need to make
(05:12):
some space, even if it's the thingsthat we really don't want to lose or
things that we don't want to give up.
hindsight, I see where that's given mea little bit more space for rest and,
and that doesn't have to be forever.
You know, I can eventually, once I gethealed, I'll be able to get that back
into my routine and maybe find someother things that can go off my plate.
But, I'm just, I'm on that waveright now, surfing that wave of,
(05:35):
I've got the energy, I've got stuffthat needs to get done and I'm just,
I'm just worker bee in it right now.
So, yeah.
How about you?
Well, the last few weeks has beenpretty busy, just because we were
doing a lot of family stuff so.
we went on a little vacation to B.
C., to Fairmont, B.
C., and it was a little bit special to,well, it is special because it's a place
(05:58):
that my mom used to go to when she waslittle with her dad, so my Guido, which
I've mentioned in the podcast before, and so the whole trip was basically in
honor of him, and so it was interestingbecause the day that we got there,
we found out that his house had beenlisted, which is why we're so excited.
Okay.
Also, on that day, ironically,we came into one of the, like,
(06:23):
craziest storms I've ever had there.
Okay.
Like, we got there and the power was out,so it was like this buildup of energy,
but then the next day it was so beautiful.
But basically, within those four dayswe were there, on the fourth day, just
the night before we were going to leave,uh, we found out his house was sold.
So it was just Okay, wow.
(06:45):
Yeah, it just felt like hewas there and supporting us.
I felt like if we had been home duringthat time, I felt like it would have been
more stressful, but we were in this placewhere he loved and we were all together
and it was in his honor and all that.
And we're all looking for signs for him.
And we found so many random like heartrocks and different little things
like that around that, you know, that's one of our signs from him.
(07:08):
So it was just an interesting timing.
and it made it less stressful.
It was still hard, but it made ita little less, you know, difficult.
There's just so much change in the air.
And I, I definitely resonate withwhat you're saying, how there's this
like really tense, dense energy.
And I feel like it's startingto lift a little bit.
So even just for things that I'mgoing through too, the people I see
(07:31):
around me, it feels like there's somuch change and it can kind of be
scary and feel uncomfortable, but itfeels like it's change for the better.
so for me, it's just like lettinggo of all these things that I found
comfort in and, But at the same time, having all these doors opening at
the same time, and it's exciting, but it's scary because it's new.
(07:51):
Do you know what I mean?
Like when you start a new job and you'relike, Oh, this is different kind of thing.
Right.
Just so many like weird coincidences tolike, even, so there's this cafe that's
close to my Guido's house that we'd alwaysgo to, and it's this little used bookstore
slash cafe in a historical neighborhood.
It's so cute and beautiful andso connected to the community.
And unfortunately, the building got sold.
(08:12):
And so the people there.
Their lease isn't being renewed.
And someone who's taking over thebuilding is building a cafe in there,
and everyone's just like, uh, nope.
Just because it's like one of thosethings that's so connected into it.
But that place, it just has such a strongconnection for me, and so, to find out
that it's closing, and then my Guido'shouse is also being sold, like, those two
(08:33):
things are like, I'm just so surprisedhow emotional I am over a cafe closing,
like every time I'm there I start cryingand I'm like trying not to, but it's just
like a symbolism of all these differentthings, like these comfort points in
my life that are just no longer there.
So it's really about coming backinto what, what is comfort to me?
Like, how can I feel stable?
(08:53):
What is family?
What is home?
It's not necessarily a physical place.
It's more of a feeling and a connectionto people and wherever they are.
Those important people tome is, is where home is.
So it's discovering that aspect.
and then yeah, I'm also goinginto, this is a big decision for
me, but I've had like a wholeyear to kind of think about it.
(09:13):
but I'm, I'm going into a massage therapy, holistic massage therapy program, and
it's a two year program, so it's exciting, but like, oh my god, you know when you
say like two years, it's like you kindof look at your life and you're like,
that feels like a long time, but it'snot, but, so there's that part that
I'm like, okay, I'm excited about that.
Also a little nervous, but I'm reallyexcited about the school I chose.
(09:35):
I would have never necessarily wantedto be a massage therapist, but the
way that they teach things, I feelreally aligned, aligned with it.
So it's very holistic.
the person who runs the school, I'vebeen doing it for like 30 years.
Their story was very interestingtoo, because they ended up doing
massage therapy and I thinkosteopath is as well for that too.
(09:57):
because his son, Had different illnessesand so he's trying to help his son
holistically when things were the medicalside of things weren't really helping
So he's very passionate about thataspect and it's very intuitive as well.
So like they have the medicalaspect of it, but they also
have the intuition part of it.
So I'm like, I'm excited about that.
Cause apparently he can likelook at somebody without even
(10:18):
touching them and know what.
It's going on and where the trauma camefrom and like how to kind of release that
and I just know from my my life experienceand seeing other people it's like how
much our bodies hold on to emotions anddifferent things and we don't often have
a way to release it so I think massage canbe And movement in general can be a really
beautiful way to to release that becauseit catches up to us when we're not, you
(10:40):
know, fully aware of it so yeah so thoseare some things that are kind of going on
in my life and it's been a lot of emotionsand it's been interesting so I'm excited
to see how things unfold, essentially.
I'm excited for you I feel like you'reGifts are going to just expand so much
(11:02):
when you combine that like physical touchand that like physical movement of energy.
I mean, you've already naturally justhave like this insight and this connection
with that part of, The human experiencealready and then like bringing this
like physical nature, into it as well.
(11:22):
I just feel like it'll be reallyinteresting to hear like, I don't
know, like what kind of informationyou gain, you know, how, you
know, how your gifts shift andevolve and, strengthen with, that.
And then, you know, where that canthen lead, you know, I, there's
lots of people that I've heardthat have done Reiki or massage.
(11:42):
then it turned on theirgifts and then they ended up
growing into this other space.
So, you know, you've already, you'vedeveloped your gifts, to this point.
So it'll be kind of cool to see,you know, like reverse engineering
that like, how can I make the, makeit stronger down the other way?
So that's really cool.
(12:03):
Congratulations.
I'm super excited for you.
So two years will be.
It'll be so quick.
You'll, it's a lot of work.
I, I, it sounds similar to the programof how, um, it's done here in the States.
Um, and I've had a lot of friends, obviously I own a salon, so I've had
multiple massage therapists work forme and, you know, know many of them
(12:26):
throughout my career because our, those worlds are very closely aligned.
and yeah, it sounds pretty similar, but it's, it's a lot of work, but
you're, you're going to do great.
So that's, that's exciting.
Yeah.
Well, it's interesting because I'vealways been kind of drawn to aspects
of like the body and stuff like that.
And I've had so many random people comeup to me and think that I'm a nurse.
(12:48):
Which I think is hilarious.
I'm like, no, I'm not.
And they're like, are you sure?
I'm like, I'm pretty sureif I were a nurse I'd die.
I wouldn't tell you I wasn'ta nurse if I was a nurse.
But I like, so I've always kindof like, even in hospitals, I feel
really like comfortable in them.
Like, I'm supposed to be there.
And I know I have had past lives in that.
But in this lifetime, I'm like, Ithink that atmosphere just, you know,
(13:08):
And there's certain things in themedical field that I feel like doesn't
always help people in some ways.
It just starts whole system right now.
I know people are trying sohard to like nurses are amazing
and doctors and all that.
but I just wanted something a littlebit more holistic, but I just.
Wasn't sure what it was.
And so, yeah, when I found thatprogram, I was like, Oh, this is
so different than what I've seen.
(13:29):
It's like all of the medical terminology, all of everything that's more
like, Western or whatever medicine.
And then there's Eastern combined with it.
So, I'm really excited tosee what happens with that.
And yeah, what it'll do to,like you said, for sure.
Just how I work, like my intuitionand psychic aspect of everything.
(13:49):
So yeah, interesting for sure.
Yeah.
No, I think that's awesome.
And I think like that's somethingthat, constant personal growth,
constant evolution, constant, change.
I think, I think thatit's just super healthy.
And I think, it only just helps us becomenot even just with our spiritual gifts.
I think just practically as people,I think it's just really important to
(14:12):
constantly continue to try and do moreand see, you know, how can you expand
further, how can you do more, how canyou, surprise yourself again, you know,
with, you know, that's even, you know, with me, you know, I did hair for still
doing hair for 20 years and now I'm Youknow, doing this spiritual path as well.
(14:34):
And I mean, if you would have told me 10years ago that I was going to be, talking
to people's loved ones and using like my,you know, my psychic gifts to like read
for people, I would have probably rolledmy eyes and, you know, not believe that.
So, and it's brought me so much, growth and strength and it's going
(14:54):
to be, it's going to be excitingto see how that evolves for you.
Yes, I will keep everybody updated.
Send me good energy, Istart on Wednesday, so.
Exciting.
Yeah.
Alright, so let's talk about Halloweenbecause I know you mentioned Halloween.
Something in the last episode.
Yes.
(15:15):
So as I mentioned in the lastepisode, we would like to do a themed
episode for the Halloween season.
And we want to invite our listenersand our friends to To share
with us some spooky stories.
So this could be possibly an experiencethat you've had with maybe what you
(15:39):
thought was a ghost, maybe a UFO,maybe it was a scary dream, you
know, kind of keep your mind open.
We're, we're looking for anything that'skind of spooky and eerie and just.
goes along with, you know, the nature of the season.
So we keep things pretty like, you know, light and bright on the show when we
(15:59):
talk about spirit and these experiences.
We always try to like, be like, you know, whether we believe in ghosts or not.
I mean, we've, that's atopic we've talked about.
So I think it's fun because.
Sometimes it's those, those momentswhere we are scared or we do experience
a ghost and we have fear with it.
That is our first exposure tothis world in the first place.
(16:20):
And I think we've all, regardlessof what our viewpoint is at this
point, we've all experiencedthat from one degree to another.
So, yes, we just want people to call in.
Uh, so we're going toinvite you to check out our.
Instagram page for Souly podcast.
We will have a post on there, explaininghow you will share your stories with us.
So we have a phone number that you willcall, you will leave us a message, and
(16:44):
then we will add that message to ourshow and share it with our listeners.
So everyone can hear them.
So we're really, really excited.
So, After you hear this, go check outthe page, you know, save the post.
Uh, we will have it up bythe time this episode airs.
So, be on the lookout for that.
We do ask if you could keep your storywithin five minutes, you know, that
(17:06):
would probably be the best so thatwe can make sure we can get as many
people's stories, on an episode at.
at once.
and just have fun with it.
Just, yeah, we're really excitedto hear what, uh, what everyone's
experienced and what they come up with.
So, yeah.
Is there anything you wantto, you want to add to that?
Yeah, just on the technical side, becausewe were trying to, like, figure this out.
(17:28):
So it's a Google voice messaging system.
So basically, you're goingto put the number in.
from what I understand, as longas you're, Cell phone coverage and
stuff like that covers US and Canadaeverything should be good, but we can't
guarantee that there won't be any like.
call charges or anything like that.
So just to keep that in mind, dependingon where you are in this world.
(17:49):
Um, and then also, sorry, go ahead.
If you were, if you were in the U Sit should definitely not be a problem
because it is connected to a U S number.
and it should be fine in Canada also, but that's, that's the only spot that
we're not a thousand percent sure.
So hopefully it will be minimal, but youknow, do keep that, do keep that in mind.
And then when you call in,you can say who you are.
(18:11):
If you want to leave your Instagramhandle, you can, if you have a
complicated Instagram handle, make sure you spell it out for us.
You do want it in there, but itcan be anonymous as well, too.
So totally up to you.
Yes.
And if you do feel or you are worriedabout that charge, reach out to us.
Send us a message on, our Instagramand we will figure out another
way to receive your voice memo.
(18:33):
We just thought this Googlephone number would probably be
the easiest for people to use.
So we're excited.
This is going to be going to befun to hear all these stories.
Great.
Okay.
So that's exciting.
Can't wait for that.
what we wanted to talk about today isjust connecting to elemental energy.
I know we've talked about this a littlebit before in the past, but I had an
(18:55):
experience recently that made me wantto share it with all of you guys.
So, um, Recently, my sister sent methis Instagram post about connecting
to trees, and so it was basicallyput your left hand on the tree,
ask it if it's male or female.
I don't necessarily think that's likenecessary in my opinion, but just, I
(19:17):
would say even just asking, like, are youopen to connecting with me and hearing
that yes or no answer kind of thing.
So me and my sisters were curious aboutit because in this video it said that.
Trees will tell you about the history ofwhere they were and what they've seen and
the land around it even before they werethere because they can connect into Mother
(19:38):
Earth and they can feel the vibration.
And, you know, I personallybelieve that things stay the same.
In the earth.
And I think that's wherea lot of ghosts come from.
For example, where we're seeingrepetition of certain images.
So the whole thing was that thetrees can see those things and see
everything that happened, even if theyweren't there previously, but that
they can also tell you the stories ofwhat happened when they were there.
(20:02):
And so we went over to my Guido'shouse and late at night, just
because we're in the area.
We're like, hey, we shouldtry that tree thing.
And so we put our hands on the tree.
We got different things.
One person got male, one person, oractually two got male, two got female.
But one of the messages thatI got from the tree was like,
it doesn't really matter.
I have more feminine energy, butit is irrelevant kind of thing.
(20:27):
And so while we were doing that,we all had our hand on the tree.
And so we were just connecting, probably held it for about five minutes.
And then after we were done, we hada conversation on the images and
the things we saw and we received.
And it was really fascinating becausewe all got very specific things.
Like collectively from it, but then we allgot different messages from it as well.
(20:50):
And those messages seem to correlatewith just our personalities and
how we would just see the world orobserve things in the first place.
So it was just really neat becauselike we all got images of certain time
periods with our family that lived there.
So like my mom growing up and certainthings with like bikes and stuff
like that, that they used to have.
And then just different viewpoints ofthe people that live there, like how this
(21:11):
tree would watch and how it was like.
My sister got a funny message where thistree was just so proud, like it just
loved, like when it got planted it wasso proud, and then as it got older it,
it like sheds a lot of stuff everywhereand then it showed my, you know, picking
it up and going, oh this darn tree andthis tree just laughing and shaking more
stuff on the ground and it was just like,it was really interesting to see these
(21:33):
little cute messages and it was a veryvisual so it felt like watching a movie.
And then it was just, itwas just very fascinating.
And I was like, Whyhaven't I done this before.
So, that was an interesting momentfor me, just a realization that.
We should do this more in general, with nature, like going out for
(21:53):
a walk and connecting to theearth and asking it questions and
that it can work very similar toalmost like a guide even as well.
And I think it depends on where you are.
I think so many different messagescan come up from different places
and in different moments of yourlife kind of thing with it but.
It was fascinating.
So I definitely recommendpeople trying that.
(22:16):
it was neat.
And then afterwards we gave the treea hug and it felt, it felt so nice.
Yeah.
Yeah,
I, I really love that.
And I definitely believe that.
you can connect to that samespirit energy through animals,
through plants, through all of it.
(22:37):
I know, and I am not like the wise oneon indigenous culture by any means,
so, but I am aware, from what I havelearned and been exposed to, that that
is typically the belief is that thespirit, which is in each of us, you know,
that also exists within, the animals.
It also exists within nature andwithin the trees and within the plants.
(22:59):
And, I do really, I reallydo believe that myself.
So, I think that's beautiful that youjust took some time to practice connecting
with that and, bringing that energy in.
I, I know, like I've been able to Afew times in my life, but it actually
physically able to see like the energyaround someone, whether you want to
(23:20):
call that your aura or whatever that is,I, a few times I have been able to see
that and many of those times it was, um.
on trees.
It was around trees.
I can just see that they're just, there's like this faint outline
around it of energy that I can justsee like moving, which it's so cool.
Um, so I really do believe in that.
(23:44):
And you mentioned elementals, which, ifI think we've mentioned those on here
before, but if people are not with them,it's spirit in, Those elements of nature,
earth, air, fire, water and so forth.
So, that's really cool.
I love that you took sometime to connect with that.
when you shared this with me, yousaid you noticed, a guest we've
had on our show, Marisa Love.
(24:04):
Yeah.
Um, she had shared it or she had postedsomething with, the same story or the same
picture, the same, uh, the same video.
And I love, that's one of the reasonsI love following her because half the
time, you know, most of her messages, she's walking out in nature, talking
to the trees, talking to, you know, shehad, she had bunnies cross her path which
(24:25):
is like the bunny lady, which I love.
You know, so she had bunnies crossher path and, she always gets these
like amazing inspirations mostlyfrom nature, which I, that's cool.
And I love that too.
It was connected, you know, to the homethat your Guido was at, that you were
able to then tap into those timelinesor those, imprints that, you know,
(24:47):
that, that tree was holding on to.
So that's, that's, that's cool.
That's really cool.
Yeah.
It was really neat.
And I think I went intoit, not necessarily knowing
what was going to happen.
So it was really fascinatingthat my sisters, they all picked
up things to the same things.
I felt like that was to giveus validation that, Oh, this
isn't like crazy, this is real.
(25:10):
And then also just other things thatcame up and it was like, Oh, wow.
It was like getting a readingfrom a tree, which was so, yeah,
it was just very interesting.
So.
That was really cool.
And I definitely, yeah, recommended ifyou have a tree outside of your house or
special tree that you just feel connectedto, like, go put your hand on it.
Let's see what happens.
For sure.
That's funny because even beforeI, was paying attention to what
(25:33):
it was I was doing or why I wasdoing that, I would always do
that when I would walk in nature.
I would always like just naturally walkup to a tree and like put my hand on it.
Like, I don't even know why I did that.
Yeah.
I mean, now I have an idea, but it's justsomething I've yeah, I've always done
something else that happened to me in myworld recently that's in that same vein,
(25:55):
I have a friend who has, a child who isvery sensitive in the way that we are.
And so I have kind of,you know, helped give some
suggestions on like things to do.
And, when we met the other day to talkabout some stuff that was going on, I gave
them a couple, I carry crystals and stonesin my shop, which are part of nature.
(26:18):
They're created in nature.
And.
they shared with me afterwards, that, the child was able to hear
the sound that those crystals make.
And that's not the first time I'veheard that people can do that.
I even think like Kyle Gray canhear them singing and that's,
that's how they described itwas they could hear it singing.
so it's, it's that same thing, likethat inner, the energetic, I don't know
(26:42):
if it's resonance or the energetic, like, That these things give off being
able to tap into that and whetheryou're just experiencing that for
healing or you're using that to maybeget some guidance or or whatnot.
I just I think it's I thinkit's absolutely fascinating.
Yeah, it's super cool.
And while you're saying that it remindedme of a few things I've seen recently.
(27:05):
So they have these little devices thatyou can use where you hook up a plant.
Yeah.
Two is like little wiresand they make music, right?
And so fascinating that like they emitobviously like vibration and that just
gives them a way to put that energy outthere and then it creates that sound.
So I don't know.
I think that's really, reallycool that that can happen.
(27:27):
And also I, I don't know, I wishI had the actual study, but I keep
hearing this from different peoplethat they're doing studies with plants
where they're finding out that they canactually see and mimic other plants.
and shapes and things like that, but they don't physically see it.
So it's like, well, whereis that coming from?
So basically what's that wordthen you would use, like, clear,
(27:48):
cognizance or whatever, where youyou just knowing kind of thing.
So they have a knowing kind of thingand I'll have to try to find it
because yeah, it was some kind ofplant that mimics or something, but
they thought that it was just likecopying the other plants beside it.
But when they took it away and like, made it so it couldn't see it, but still
had it beside it, it would still do it.
Right.
It just, there's so much intelligence.
(28:10):
And plants themselves and I think whatare vegans going to do now and I know a
very specific vegan that listens to ourshow and he's gonna Oh yeah, his ears
probably just perked up on that one.
But yeah, like everything has likea living vibration do I mean so
(28:31):
totally it's just it's interesting.
And even with my house plants.
I feel like I have like anemotional connection with them
and one of them is dying right nowand I'm like, how do I save you?
Like, I don't know how to help you, but Ifeel like maybe he's coming to hit the end
of his life cycle, but it would just howyou can create those little connections,
even with your, your house plants.
And
of course, yeah, it's of course.
(28:55):
I just, I think it's,there's just a lot of.
healing that nature gives.
And I don't even know, I think maybethere was time periods where the majority
of mankind, and I'm not saying everyone,I think there are people that pay
attention to it now, but, I think over.
The past while, many of us haveignored it or kind of looked away
from it or kind of pooh poohedthose kind of ideas, but I hope that
(29:18):
becomes more of a mainstream opinionand a mainstream idea of, you know.
all of these things, everything hereon this planet is living to some
degree and like, we need to continueto respect that, connect with that,
honor it, especially each other.
I mean, that's probably the firstplace we all need to start is
respecting and caring for each other.
But, it's kind of part of that bigger, that bigger picture, that bigger story.
(29:42):
Yeah, absolutely.
All right.
I did pull some cards.
So I
Yes.
What did you get today?
Okay.
So it's funny because we ended uptalking about this a little bit.
Of course.
Beginning, of course.
but one of the cardsthat I pulled was home.
And so again, I think it's justa message of reiterating, like,
(30:04):
what does home mean to you?
Who are your people?
Who do you want to stay connected with?
And just feeling the confidence withinyourself that if things in this world
are to kind of disperse your thingsin your life or shaken up a little bit
like what could you come home to whatwould be the thing that could ground
you, and make you feel safe but alsojust help you like hold your hand
(30:25):
through things so just reassessingthat it's almost like an inventory
of seeing what that means to you.
And then I got prosperity and truth.
And so it feels like for a lot ofpeople, there's this element of truth.
that they're questioning.
It's like, well, what is my truth?
What is true to me?
And so again, it's reassessingwhat that means to you.
(30:46):
what is your truth?
What is something thatyou feel strong about?
There's this feeling of if you're notin your truth and you're not speaking
your voice, that it can really create adense energy around your energetic body.
And so being careful to not people pleaseto make sure that you're really honoring
yourself and your truth within that.
(31:06):
So I think it can be so easyto get, carried away in one of
people, please, or to try to makethings easier for other people.
And then it makes it harder for you.
So making sure you check in with yourselfon that, so that you're honoring yourself.
and then prosperity.
I feel like there's so muchjust openness right now.
So much opportunity.
So if you have a business idea orsomething you're excited about, really
(31:29):
look into the opportunities and thesteps that you could take to pursue that.
And it's really about manifesting, like, and I don't always like using that word,
but you know, I mean, like, it's aboutcreating images in your mind and like
going through, like, through those imagesand Getting excited about pursuing them
so that you can have, here's anotherword, abundance come towards you.
(31:51):
Right.
I was waiting for it.
Just being open to it, right?
Like, being excited and takingopportunities that maybe were not
accessible to you a few years agoor a few months ago and making
them a reality in the way youwant them to come into fruition.
Not someone else's reality ofwhat it should be, but what your
reality of it is that you want.
and then also to like goingback into the home thing.
(32:13):
This is also for me on a personal, area here, but it is a good time for
a lot of people to look into moving.
So if you've been thinking about that, selling your home, buying a home, I
know the markets in different areas aredifferent, but it does feel like for
some reason it's beneficial to everyoneright now, even though I don't know
if that's actually what's happening inthe market right now, but the people
listening to this podcast, it couldbe beneficial to you either, or if
(32:35):
you're moving or trying to buy a home.
So there's that, it feels like there'sa lot of fluidity within that right now.
and yeah, just this message ofexpansion, expanding your horizons
and your dreams and what youthought you were supposed to do.
So like, just thinking a little bit, anelevated version of what you usually do.
So really coming back to like, what are you excited about?
(32:57):
What do you want to do?
And allowing that to expand.
So expansion is the word.
So yeah, that is whatI got from these cards.
There's a lot of like gold energy,a lot of warm autumn tones.
So if you're someone who likesto work with color, you can, you
know, pretty soon go out for a walkin the forest and feel those like
vibrant, beautiful, rich colors.
(33:18):
You can wear a sweater or a shirtthat has those colors, like a candle,
a gold candle or something, andjust really Raise your vibration.
but also just feel calm.
Like I feel like there's abreath of pressure right now.
It's like a time to just take a deepbreath and resettle yourself when
there is so much tension before.
So just being able to relax a littlebit and you know, not forgetting to
(33:38):
take moments to care for yourself.
I know I mentioned just when wewere, before we got onto this
podcast call, I am so tired.
So taking time to honor what you'refeeling, checking in with yourself,
listening to the voices that are talkingto in your head, like your inner voice,
and catching this thing, like sortof saying, catching your words, like
being careful not to put yourself down.
(34:00):
If you catch yourself doingthat reword, what you said and
tried to bring yourself up.
So, yeah, that's a bigmessage in this one.
Oh, so good.
we say this every time, but I'm like,I think I needed to hear all of that.
So hopefully it resonates with others.
Yes.
Of course.
Welcome to, Payton and Shayla'sreading for each other podcast.
(34:26):
No, I, that was really beautiful.
It definitely I kept feeling this kindof nurturing, kind of like comfy, kind of
comfort feeling around the energy of whatyou were saying, which felt really nice.
and I think that was kind of,bringing back to that, you know, the
first part you talked about was likehome, like finding what that means.
And, you know, that might mean somethingdifferent than what It meant for you
(34:50):
before in many, many ways, you know, andsometimes trying to figure out what that
means now, can be scary and daunting.
but finding that it's going tohelp kind of make everything else
clear and help bring all that good, good energy and abundance that we
all want and hope for, our way.
So awesome.
That was, that was amazing.
Shayla.
