Welcome to the Souly Podcast.
Intuitive mediums Payton and Shaylainvite you to join us in our conversation
exploring the world of spirituality.
In a heart centered way, weexplore many topics and share our
intuitive gifts with all of you.
Open hearts, open minds, and a curiousnature is all you need to listen in.
Let's grow together as weexpand our knowledge and try to

(00:25):
make the world a better place.
This is Souly.
Hello everyone.
Welcome.
Today we have a little bitof a special episode today.
It is definitely a littlebittersweet, but we wanted to come on.

(00:48):
One last time and just share with everyonewhere we're at, what's happening with the
show, and kind of some news that Shaylaand I have decided to, move forward with.
So after a lot of discussion andconsideration and deliberation.

(01:09):
Shayla and I spoke and with a lot ofthe changes that we have both been
having in our lives and things thatwe're working on, we have just felt
that our consistency with being able tomake sure to get episodes out and the
topics that we're touching on, we feellike we're not able to do it at the
capacity that we would really like to.

(01:30):
And so we've had to kindof look at that and see.
You know, what do we wanna do?
Do we wanna move forward?
Do we think it's maybe run its course?
And it's so hard, but, we've come to thedecision that we feel very good about
all the topics that we've touched on.
When Shayla first reached out tome about doing this podcast, we.

(01:55):
I think all the things we kind ofdreamed about and hoped to do, we were
able to, and we've been so gratefuland it's unbelievable how far reach
this out this podcast has went.
I mean, we have listeners from allover the world, and we've had some
amazing, loyal listeners this wholetime and we've, we've just been so
grateful and so humbled by that.

(02:16):
and it's really been amazing and Ithink I, I can speak for both of us,
but she will definitely share as well.
But I, I'm really proud of what we'vedone and, it's just been such a cool
experience and I know her and I haveboth grown a lot, with this podcast.
During this podcast because of thispodcast, because of all of you.
So.
But as we, as, as I said, as we've beenmoving forward in our own lives and

(02:39):
things have been shifting and changingand transforming, we're just finding
that the time and the energy that we,we would really like to put into it, we
just, we're not able to at this time.
And so I think it's a, it's anappropriate moment to say, you
know, we've, we've done a great job.
We love it.
It's not going anywhere.
It will still be out on the webto listen to, but, from now There

(03:00):
will be no more new episodes.
This is going to be ourfinal time with you.
So I just want to say thank youso much again from the bottom
of my heart to everyone and toShayla for asking me to do this.
It's been, I was so honored that you askedme and it's been such a cool experience.
So, so yeah, that is our news.
Yeah.
And it was like a hard decision, but at the same time, it feels

(03:23):
like it's the right one for now.
and you, you said everythingbeautifully, like it's been so.
neat and just a beautiful experienceto connect to so many different
people, to have these conversationsout loud and to be able to share
them and connect with other people.
looking back on all the episodeswe did, I'm like, oh, wow.
We talked about so many different things.

(03:44):
Which has been awesome and just, yeah, thank you to everybody over the last few
years who have listened and connectedwith us and shared their stories and
have been so interactive in everything.
that's so appreciated.
You know, having like a small podcast, like obviously we're not celebrities
by any means, but like it can behard to kinda like get it going

(04:04):
and so like, I feel like we've had.
A lot of like, you know, good energy wherewe've been able to, as a small podcast,
like have some growth and like yousaid, different people around the world.
It's interesting to look at yourbackend and say, oh, someone from
Australia or Germany, like, justlike such random places, right?
And you're like, oh, that's cool.
That's somebody is listening to us.
So yeah, thank you, to everybody.

(04:26):
And like for you, Payton too, like, it just, I would've not
wanted to do it with anyone else.
I'm just so happy that you saidyes and that we were able to.
Do this for the last couple yearsand discover different topics and
share our true feelings on things.
So yeah, it's been great.
And yeah, keep listening.
Go back to your favorite one, ifyou ever want to share it still with

(04:47):
friends and just keep connected withus on Instagram and or social media or
websites, whatever we have, available.
And just kind of keep your eyes open.
I think we're both in.
Like a little bit of a life transitionwith different things in different ways.
And so we're just discovering wherewe wanna go with things, what we
wanna offer, all of that fun stuff.

(05:07):
And yeah, we wanted to go out whilethings are still like good feeling
and you're not like feeling likeyou're digging through the mud kind
of trenching and just doing something.
We want to have that still likethat fresh energy with everything.
and yeah, we've been just ingso it's like, it has been hard
to kinda like when you get, asI'm sure everybody knows, like.
Even getting together with a goodfriend can sometimes take half a year.

(05:30):
So like, you know, thosecoordinating schedules and it
can be a little bit difficult.
But yeah, I'm, I'm really proud ofwhat we have done together and excited
to see where we both go and, yeah.
That's what I have to say.
Beautiful.
Beautifully said.
Beautifully said.
And yes, continue to followus and keep an eye on us.
And if you know, if this is three yearslater and you still get something from

(05:53):
an episode that feels synchronisticor inspiring and you wanna reach
out and share that, please do.
We still wanna hear from you.
You know, we still wanna be connected.
You know, we still love, you know, still love the show and what we've done.
So, again, that's beenkind of the coolest part.
It's just all the outreach that we'vehad and all the support that we have,
and it's sometimes even the episodes, you don't expect to be like the ones

(06:14):
that are the most impactful, you know?
And so it's.
You know, they might not bemy favorite episodes or that I
thought was my favorite episode.
And then, you know, that's,those are the ones that end up
being the, the most impactful.
So, it's so please continue to shareyour love with us 'cause, it is
really cool and it is really neatto be able to connect with everyone.
Yeah.

(06:34):
For sure.
So before we go for our last episode,we're gonna just do a little bit of a card
pull and see what kind of energy comes up.
we pulled some cars that I feel.
there's, they fit thiswhole vibe right now.
So do you wanna go first?
Of course they do.
Sure.
I, the first card, I justpulled one card today.

(06:54):
It's from the deck that I've been workingon, and this card is the Goddess Klima,
and most of you know her from Hindu text.
And she is kind.
Of a very powerful goddess that comesthrough and creates change for me.
She really helps navigate, helpsus navigate through difficult

(07:18):
change, difficult periods as we're,experiencing, the different obstacles
that can come before us when thingsare changing, whether that's in
our life or the lives around us.
And she really helps bring alot of empowerment to us when
we're going through that change.
Especially, you know, once you've,once you've gotten through something
difficult, then you realize, oh, Ican even get through something more.

(07:40):
You know, if I did this, I can, Ican even achieve and conquer more.
So she's really kind of the energyin the essence of that feeling.
I also have on here, which willbe funny because, Shayla and I did
share which cards ended up, youknow, we pulled before we hit record.
And I know she has.
Uh, some similar, the similar theme,uh, but I also have on this card,

(08:02):
written rebirth and it's something new, something coming, you know, something
ending and something new coming in.
I've also been, not in this card, but, I have been getting a lot of
symbolism around Phoenixes lately.
I heard an amazingepisode of this podcast.
diary of a CEO.
He had a, a scientist on thereand she had started, basically she

(08:25):
learned how to become a medium.
She doesn't call herself a medium, butthat was technically what was going on.
And through that story she talked about, one of the symbols she started getting was
a phoenix, and I was listening to that.
And then ever since I keep seeing Phoenix.
Is everywhere.
So to me, that word rebirth,Phoenix, you know, I see a
lot of dragonflies lately too.
They're all about transformation.
That just, that is a very perfect theme, kind of for what I feel is happening

(08:49):
right now in this moment in time.
Um, especially as we're, aswe're wrapping up our show and,
and moving into a new chapter.
So, the message I feel for all of youis just remember there is, When things
are difficult, and this is, I've, we've,this is a common theme on our show we've
talked about, especially when timesare difficult, know that there can be

(09:11):
empowerment getting through it, and you'rebeing supported as you get through it.
And there can be something brighton the other side of the fire.
So just keep that in mind.
That doesn't make it any less difficult.
And it doesn't mean it's not hard, and you have to honor that too, but
know that there's purpose, there'sreason, and there's something that you
can be gained and something that canbe very supportive on the other side.
That's beautiful message.

(09:34):
A very, very, like on themewith, with today's last episode.
so the cards that I got.
We're very similar in a lot of ways.
So new beginnings, ideasand inspiration, big picture
thinking, your life is a canvas.
Those are the things thatare on the cards that I have.
So it's just really about, itfeels like expansive energy and

(09:57):
expanding your energy and your aura.
Like the phrase that I got is like, dip your toe into something new.
Like take a chance.
Do something that's maybe a littlebit out of your comfort zone, which
by the way, I actually did somethingoutta my comfort zone recently.
I did a mud run, which I've neverdone before, and it was so fun.
Oh yeah, it was so fun.

(10:17):
Like I seriously, it's so fun.
Everybody, if you have one inyour city, like sign up for it.
Usually they're like.
For everybody, right?
Like it's just like, doesn't matter your level.
You can kind of skip things if youwant to, but that is something I never
would've done a couple years ago.
I would've been like, Ew, no thankyou, but oh my God, it was like
so liberating to just be like outin nature, running in the mud.

(10:41):
Challenging myself in ways that I hadnever had before in terms of like strength
and endurance and yeah, it was awesome.
And so like, just like things like that.
Like do something fun for yourself.
Do something a little bitoutta your comfort zone.
It just, when I think when we do that,it just opens up so many doors for like
creativity and just self-expressionand getting to know ourselves better.

(11:02):
and when we're more in tunewith ourselves, we just, I, I
feel our, like we're calmer, better people around us, right?
Like we, our aura changesand our energy changes.
So that's a big message is doingsomething a little different also.
Knowing that like in difficult timessometimes we can't really control all
the things that are going out likearound us, other people's perspectives,

(11:24):
opinions, certain things sometimes that.
Just socially or economicallycan be out of our control.
But the message is really, it's howwe decide to react to these situations
that can have a big impact on our lives.
Because sometimes that's reallythe only thing that we have is
like the way we react and ourperspectives and, and all of that.

(11:46):
So just kind of if you're going throughsomething difficult, just kind of.
Taking a deep breath, sittingand being like, okay, how
can I react to the situation?
What will be more healthy tome, um, in my life right now?
And how can I move forward in that way?
and again, just like beingopen to messages from spirit.
Like those little like nudges thatyou're like, is that spirit right?
Like, say yes to it.

(12:07):
I'd be like, okay, I noticed that.
And just continue to be observant of that.
'cause I just, especially lately,I feel like there's so many.
I know signs that I've been getting thatI feel like I've kind of been in a place
where for a while I've been ignoringsome of those signs or brushing them off.
And then the other day I kept hearing,I kept hearing references within like.

(12:28):
A span of 20 minutes to Alaskaand the Yukon, which is like
something I have a connection towith somebody who passed away.
And it was funny 'cause it was in thecar and it was on on the radio and I
was like, okay, that's interesting.
I kind of felt that person coming in,but I was like, no, it was probably just
my, like, you know, you kind of brushit off a little bit even though you're
aware that it, you know what I mean?

(12:48):
You're aware that this exists.
Right?
Right.
Like, but anyway, so then I went out, I goto the store, I go to my car and there's
somebody on the street talking about.
Alaska in a very specific place there, and I'm like, Hmm, okay, I see you.
Like I'm taking it.
Yeah.
You know, you're like, they're like, Hey.
And I was like, okay.
I was like.

(13:09):
I was like, give me another one.
Because of course you always do that, but
Right.
And of course that night I'msitting like listening to a random
podcast, which area comes up?
That specific place, right.
So just being open to those signsand allowing yourself to be open
to them, because I think sometimesour human can get in the way and we
kind of just get busy and grumpy andjust kind of like push things out.

(13:31):
But it's like, I feel like themessage is just reconnecting with
your spirit team and, and just yourown energy and just knowing that.
You know, it's, it's there andjust allow it to kind of flow.
is the message.
And, and yeah, that's,those are the cards I got.
I really love that I've lately been, and we've talked about this on here
before, like it ebbs and flows.

(13:52):
Sometimes things are gonnafeel very spiritual, woo woo.
Sometimes you're gonnafeel like not at all.
And lately I've been noticing a lotof signs and little things as well.
And even, and it's weird because Isee them and I have, I don't feel
any like intuitive ping to them.
Like, I'm like, I don'tknow what it means.
I just keep noticing them.
but I think.
Just paying attention to nature, paying attention to those

(14:14):
numbers, paying attention.
Just paying attention in general I thinkis always going to be a really beautiful
tool to use and lean in on as you'reguiding and navigating your journey.
I think it's just it, it become, you become aware that there are
other things involved, helpingsupport you, and even if we don't
have a full answer as to what that.

(14:35):
That is, it just helps toknow that we're not alone.
Yeah.
And if you have something that pops up andyou're like, you feel a little something,
you're like, Hmm, I don't really know whatthis means, but I'm gonna hold onto it.
Usually, like it will expand as you go.
Um, yep.
Yeah, it's just interestinghow it, how it works.
I love it.
It's, it's so cool.

(14:55):
Yeah, it is.
Oh, Shayla.
Uh, thank you so much for just, this has just been amazing and
you and I like, we've become suchgood friends over the years and I
just, I'm so appreciative of that.
And you've, you know, you've been a,a blessing in my life, so I, this has

(15:16):
been amazing and I, again, wouldn'thave done this with anyone else as well.
I feel the same and I'm just, I'mhappy I, I got to know you like.
I'm just, you know what I mean?
Like there's just, it's so interestinghow the right people come into your
life at different times and Right.
It's been a beautiful seasonwith you, so thank you.
Yes.
Same with you.
Same with you.

(15:36):
