Hello everybody.
I'm so excited to be back here with youall because it has been a minute for me.
I've had to take a little bit of a breakbecause there have been so many things
happening in my life with my family.
my Gido so my grandfather passed away.
over the last few weeks here, and soI'm just so thankful for Payton for
taking over and doing like some soloepisodes and kind of keeping it running.

But today we were talking about whatwe should, you know, bring to the
show And one idea we had was justtalking about like the energy of spring
and spring cleaning our energy anduplifting ourselves because there are
so many people that are going througha lot of, heavy stuff right now,
well, especially the last few months.
(01:27):
a lot of grief for people, a lot of changethat can kind of feel scary, but within
all this stuff, just this reminder ofthe beauty, that is around us and how
we can tap into that energy, even whenwe're going through difficult moments.
And we just wanted to bring a littlebit of lightness, a little bit of
airiness into this conversationand share some of the things
(01:48):
that have kind of been going on.
Um, A little bit of lives, but also justtalking about what we're doing to boost
our energy and kind of clean our vibrationand our spaces energetically, even
physical spaces too, in a lot of ways.
And yeah, just have aconversation about that.
I know Payton has a story too,that he wants to share, which I'm
excited to hear more details about.

Yes, let's get the, let'sget the energy shifting.
Let's, let's, I really like this feelingof embracing that energy of spring.
The, the, moving away from the cold anddiscomfort and feeling the warmth of
the sun begin to be a little stronger,starting to see things coming back alive.
(02:32):
I know for where I live.
We seem to be having a pretty earlyspring and it kind of seems like a lot
of places are experiencing this as well.
we've had daffodils already for,we're towards the end of March
as we're recording this episode.
and over the past couple of weeks,we've already had daffodils, uh, pop up,
I've heard tulips, tulips are starting.
(02:52):
I, there's some trees that havealready started to bud outside.
I have a theory and I don't, this is.
Super woo woo out there.
but I wonder if anyone else has noticedthis and I'm, could be completely wrong.
So just, I'm prefacing with that,but it always feels like spring
doesn't really kick off untilthere's that first thunderstorm.
(03:17):
And it's like once that firstthunderstorm comes in and the lightning
and electricity shoots through the air,it's like, that's when everything turns.
So, unless I've slept throughit and it's happened overnight.
I don't think we've,we've quite had that yet.
So, I'm ready for that to happen.
I'm ready to turn this chapterand move into some nicer.
weather because we've had it.

It's very, it's been, very non seasonal.
It's been warmer, but then yesterdayit's got a little colder here.
We had a few snowflakesin the air flying around.
So it's like, it's still early.
It's still, it's a little too earlyto celebrate, but, um, I like, I
like being now in that energy of,change and spring and, rebirth
(04:00):
is a lot of what that feeling is.
Yeah, definitely.
So the, the story that I was going toshare is I was, as I've shared on this
podcast and you just mentioned this yearhas just been heavy for a lot of people.
So far, there's been alot of stuff going on.
A lot of stuff we're navigating theworld's a little nuts, all the things.
so I was in a meditation.
(04:21):
And, I was made aware, I was verydeep in this meditation and I was made
aware of, a being that came into myawareness and it was, it was a female
energy I could tell by the symbols andthings she was showing me that she.
(04:43):
She worked in the world or governedin the world of prosperity and
luck but I didn't recognize her.
but as I sat there in this meditation,All of a sudden I could feel my, she
was paying attention to my energy andhowever it happened, she started to
(05:05):
redirect the flow of my personal energy.
and what was made aware to me duringthis was that due to the heaviness I
had been, working through this year,It had altered the flow of my energy.
It was moving slower.
It wasn't, in the best place to beable to receive good things around me.
(05:30):
So she came in and she reshiftedmy energy, had me focus on moving
my energy around so that, the heavystuff could start to flow out.
And.
It was made aware to me that it'simportant to do this so that when
little moments of luck or big momentsof abundance or prosperity as I

joke all these silly spiritual wordsthat get thrown around way too much.
That's another, that's anothertopic I want to get into,
but it's the spiritual lingo.
I'm really getting burnt out on it.
Um, But, when those things comearound, cause they're always around
us, It's better that our energy beflowing in a more, prosperous way
(06:15):
or in a more beneficial way so thatwhen those things do come into our
awareness, we're able to bring them in.
because when, if we get too stuck inthe more slower flow of energy, the more
heavier stuff, it's harder to bring thatstuff in to help balance it all out.
so it was, it was interestingbecause she made it very aware that.
(06:37):
To me that she was, this deityor this, this being, or this
angel of luck and a prosperity.
I mean, I literally saw the wheel offortune in the sky behind her, which most
of us associate that with like financesand, um, wishes and just, you know,
money and, work and all these things.
(06:58):
It's just like abundance of, and it canbe those things, but it was more about
even the little things in our world,even like the fact that today, the sun.
Where I'm at, it is shining and itfeels good and it makes me feel better.
you know, if my energy's in the rightflow, I'm gonna be able to accept that and
appreciate that, and have gratitude forthat, and that's gonna change my entire
system of energy to where yes, tomorrowI'm probably gonna be in a better mood.
(07:23):
I'm probably gonna bemore aware of the next.
Positive thing that's, in my world,and this isn't to bypass heavy or
negative things that we go through.
that's part of this, this existence.
It's just when they tend to come in thattidal wave of boom, boom, boom, boom.
(07:43):
And they keep going.
it was just a nice little reminderof a tool to again, help balance
it out so that we can continue tomove forward in a productive way.
So I thought that wasjust a fun, um, insightful
thing to share.
(08:04):
What was cool was I, then I had toGoogle because I was, I was shown a
lot of details about, this being, andI ended up finding her and it ended up
being, a, Thai goddess, named Nan Kwak.
And she is a goddess of prosperity.
I mean, and when I was looking upimages and reading stuff about her,
(08:25):
it was so similar to what it was.
I was shown and I hadnever heard of her before.
so that was really cool.
And, she's very similar to,Lakshmi, which is a goddess, a Hindu
goddess of luck and prosperity.
So they, there is a connectionbetween those two, if, if our
listeners are more familiar withher, but, it, it was Nan Kwak
so that was, um, yeah, thatwas, it was, it was trippy.
(08:47):
So then, as you know, I do someguided meditations and the spirit
school community that I work for.
and so this last weekend, I led everyonethrough a visualization of sitting
there and bringing in what was Whetherit's an angel or your loved one or
whatever feels good to you, having themhelp assist you in helping, flow your

energy and help redirect your energyand, bring more positivity back into
your energetic space so that you can,begin to balance some of the, some
of the heaviness we're going through.
So I would highly recommendeveryone can do this at home.
There's no right or wrong way to do it.
I just imagine light coming downand, and moving around me clockwise.
(09:29):
And I just can, I just feel it movingand feel kind of the heaviness start
to dissipate within my, my auric field.
that's beautiful.
And they can catch thereplay of that too, right?
Because was that the onewith the free community?
Correct.
Correct.
So if you're in the free space, yes,that replay's out there forever.
so you can set and do thatvisualization, whenever works for you.
(09:50):
But so that, that has helped me and I feellike things are starting to lighten up.
And, I like being inthat energy much better.
Not, I mean, I realized we haveto walk through what we have to
walk through, but, I, I do betterwhen we're walking in sunshine.
Okay.
Well, I'm going to give somethings that kind of have popped
(10:11):
into my head that I've been doing.
Some of it voluntarily, someof it because I have to.
So I just told Payton before we goton here that I'm going to be moving.
And so one thing I've noticed in mylife that really, really helps when I'm
feeling stuck or just Drained that kindof feeling is actually just looking
through my stuff and getting rid ofas much stuff as I can So I feel like
(10:34):
there's spring cleaning for a reason andwe should all jump on that because it
actually feels so Good to get things outof the house that you don't need You know
just cleaning your space can have suchan effect on your spiritual health your
mental health so That's what I recommend.
Go into your closet.
If there's a pile in your house somewhereand you're like, ugh, I haven't dealt
(10:55):
with that yet, like, go deal with that.
Get that out and just renewyour energy in that way.
Open windows, let the air in.
I think a lot of us can now do that.
Where I am, it's like cold.
Actually, two weeks ago, wehad a big giant snowstorm.
So it's like starting to melt now.
And today was one of those dayswhere I was like, oh, it's so
beautiful outside and it just feelsso good to be in the fresh air.
(11:16):
So just really, if you arein a place where you can
take advantage of that, just.
Step outside for a couple minutesand feel the sunshine on your face.
I think these little things, sometimeswe underestimate the power of how they
can really just affect our energy.
And so that's a simple thing you cando just even if you're like working
and on your break or something, gointo your car or stand outside and

just feel that sunshine on your face.
another thing that now that the snowis melting here, I've been able to
do, and depending where you are,maybe you can already do it, but just
grounding on the earth, like laying.
On the grass or, just barefootand just allowing the earth energy
to just go through your body.
And like Payton said, you can imaginethat energy just swirling through
(11:59):
and helping with your chakras andjust balancing your energy even
creating an intention of like, okay.
I'm letting go of all these thingsthat have been holding me back or
feel really heavy in my body and I'mallowing this, pure energy to come
back into my body, into my life force.
I think these little thingscan just be so helpful.
another thing, I think I'm just reallyattracted to, like, the elements right
(12:20):
now, too, like, air and earth and allof that, and water, so water has been
something that's just been really, reallysaving me the last, probably, month and
a half, so even if you can take, like, ashower, or like, If you're by the ocean,
oh my gosh, lucky you, dip your feet inthe ocean if you can, or a salt bath.
Like, water can just be so energizing andso supportive and for me it helps to kind
(12:46):
of shift my perspective when I'm in justthis panic or anxiety, it really helps me.
And I am a water sign, so that probablyhas something to do with it, but I think
we can all tap into that energy for sure.
then I would say something too, thatlike, I've kind of been going through,
it's just really looking at things inperspective and trying to, see more of
(13:09):
a positive side to things, not again,bypassing, but just kind of looking
at it and being like, okay, well, whatdo I have to be grateful for today?
You know, there's so many things to begrateful for, even when there's so many
difficult things happening around you,I think we can all find little aspects.
of gratitude, and justenjoying the little things.
Like, I'm really trying to enjoy justtiny things like hearing my kids play
(13:32):
outside and them laughing, or having acup of tea, or just being like, thank
you for being able to afford my powerbill this month, or like, things like
that, right, that can often, you know,you can take for granted and all that.
So I think just kind of seeing thingsfrom perspective, we can't always You
know, we're going to have things happento us in life, and they're going to be
(13:52):
heavy, they're going to be difficult,but we can also, in a lot of ways,
choose how we navigate through themand which direction we're going to
go within them, a lot of the times.
I know there's some situationswhere sometimes you're going to
get blindsided by that happensto the best of us, right, but.
I think choosing how we can movethrough things can be really helpful.
And then also just reminder to talk toyour loved ones in spirit, your ancestors.
(14:17):
I feel like spring is a time wherethe energy really does start to shift.
We start to, get into a bit ofa higher vibration with things.
so just knowing that they're there,like you can really tap into them, talk
to them, have daily conversations withthem, be open to different signs, be
open to them coming into your dreams.
I think.
With my Guido passing away, I've justbeen reminded again of like, how close
(14:40):
they are to us, and how, like for me,one weird thing was, When he passed
away, I just didn't feel like he died.
It was like kind of a weird feeling, butit's because they're, you know, they're
not physically here, but they are here.
It's just in a different form.
And I've just been reminded ofthat very strongly, since he
passed away a couple of weeks ago.
And just again, how you can reach outto them, how you can talk to them.
(15:03):
And my Guido is a really strong spirit.
I will say that I had a feeling hewould be, but it's actually kind of
hilarious because with my mom andmy sisters, we'll all say things.
at different times and our stories likecorrelate and match to what we were
thinking, what he was saying to us.
And even my husband can hearhim, which is hilarious.
Cause like, he's pretty intuitive,but we've had some moments where
like, Oh my gosh, this is crazy.
(15:23):
so that's been really cool, butjust a reminder to connect to them.
They're always there.
Write them a letter, talk tothem, ask them for guidance.
they can't, Like, fully do things,obviously, we're still on our life
path, but they can really support usin a lot of different ways, and so I
just want to encourage anybody who'smissing their loved one, or maybe they
didn't meet somebody, like, maybe youdidn't meet your grandparent, or your,
you know, whoever, your aunt, whatever,you know, you can still connect to them.
(15:47):
ask people to tell you astory about them if you can.
If you're able to connect to a personalitem of theirs, even that can help.
Like if you touch it like a photoor something like that or a piece of
jewelry, you'll often get these extralike intuitive hits that you can kind
of feel into and connect with them.
So that's my springtime.
I don't know, my springtime rant, Iguess, going on my soapbox, just like,
(16:11):
taking in the beauty of life, evenif things are difficult, because, you
know, like Payton said, like, there'sthis wave sometimes where you're like,
oh my gosh, I'm being hit over andover again, and You want to be able to
process those feelings and feel them.
And I think that's important.
I think for me too, I've had to say,okay, you're going to feel really sad
right now for the next 20 minutes.
You're going to let it out.
You're going to cry and scream,whatever you have to do.
(16:33):
And then I'm going to like say, okay,I'm going to now go to my next thing
and, you know, build my energy up and tryto go through my day in a positive way.
Because This life is so short, to behonest, like even if you get almost
100 years, it's just a blimp in time.
So we just have to really enjoywhere we're at and the tiny
things in life and the beauty ofbeing human, really, I feel so.
(16:54):
Right.
And I, I love that you bring, youbrought all that up, especially during
moments that are more difficult.
I love that you were remindedpeople about, that is an okay time
to connect with your loved ones.
And you don't have to goto a medium to do that.
You can just make that your intention.
(17:14):
And connect with them.
I being a medium, that is the partof it that I love the most is.
Reminding people, being able to remindpeople that we go somewhere we, you know,
every, we, obviously it's not the sameas this physical experience that we're
having, and we're limited in this physicalexperience for whatever the reason is of
(17:38):
understanding how much bigger the entirepicture is and how small this moment is.
I think that's part of, ourexperience here is to not have
that awareness right off the bat.
but.
it is our, like you said,it is our path to walk.
It is our life to decide, butwe can invite them in to assist.
And when we start doing that,they will start giving you clues.
(18:00):
They will start giving you inspirations.
They will start helping you as much asthey can from where their position is.
so I love that you brought that up.
Cause I think, uh, a lot of peopleare feeling this call to connect
to something greater right now.
I think there's a lot of reasons for that.
and I think especially after, you know,heavy periods and, maybe it is kind
(18:22):
of seasonal too, you know, the end ofwinter is always, always a hard period.
Everyone's just readyto move through that.
So, I think that's, a great reminder.
I, did pull some cards and we'll get intothat in a minute, but, One of them that
I saw here, that came up is Blessing inDisguise, and this card, it, when you
were talking, what I'm hearing is a lotabout, a lot of the stuff we're walking
(18:47):
through and we're learning, um, a lot ofthe stuff, Even when it's heavy, there
is usually something we gain from it.
There is usually, someunderstanding, some learning, some,
the sun is going to rise again.
There is always somethingto, gain from it.
So I think that's, that'san important mindset.
Again, again, it's not to ignorethe pain or ignore the feeling or
(19:10):
ignore anything of what's happened.
And it's just to know that.
If I'm walking through this right now,there has to be a purpose for that.
So I'm going to continue walking.
so I, yeah, when you brought that,when you brought that up, I was
like, that card makes a little moresense now why that came up today.
well, and I'll just, I'll just,since I started, I'll just,
(19:33):
I'll finish going with it.
so the first card, here's communicationand it's, it's a bunch of people
sitting around sharing and talking andbeing open and honest and authentic
with each other, which to me, again,that's being authentic with yourself.
That's connecting with your higher self.
Maybe that is talking to yourancestors on the other side.
I think it's talking with friends.
(19:53):
I think it's community.
And I feel like through this,sharing of ideas, the sharing of
experiences, sharing with other people,what it is you're going through.
So, A, it's not stuck in you anymore.
You're not the one holding it.
And B, you might not know that maybethat person you're sharing something
with has a similar experience.
(20:13):
And both of you sharing.
Helps each other kind of healand kind of let the, air out.
I feel like, when we keep a lotof things to ourselves and we
keep it all in, it just collectsdust and it just collects gunk.
So it's better to open that door, spring,clean your auras, people spring clean
those, those closets within that weshove all of our pains and all of that
(20:36):
into, let it out, let some air in there,share with each other, because again,
Uh, back to blessings and disguise.
You don't know what magiccould be hidden within there.
You know, the, the diamond in therough, the, small little glimmer of
something that you might not havenoticed had you not moved things around.
and again, I'm seeing like thiscloset of boxes of things and the
(20:59):
little trinket you forgot about thattakes you back to a happy memory.
You know, because it was coveredwith all this other crap that
you filled in this closet.
So, and through that, again,we're shifting our energy.
We are shifting our perspective.
We are approaching and attacking ourroad and our path in a different way now,
(21:22):
because we want to move through this.
and the last card here is, uh,your desires are within reach.
It's, taken a while.
It's taken a lot of hardtime, but you can get there.
And it's, it's that shifting of energy.
It's that changing of thatperspective, like I said, which is
going to help you get there quicker.
And you're going to be much moreappreciative of what it is that's
(21:43):
come or that's coming or that you'redoing because of the road that
you, that you took to get there.
So, that feels prettyappropriate for the topic today.
Yes, it does.
I love that.
So I did pull some cards too today,and one of the main messages is to
honor yourself and your inner knowing.
And it kind of feels like an unboxingof your life almost for a lot of people
(22:06):
right now, like kind of, like a springcleaning of your past or different
feelings or relationships with peopleand kind of looking through those boxes
and sorting through them and you'regoing to find a lot of beauty in them,
and a lot of healing in that as well.
as you go through the next couple ofweeks, you might be finding that you're
kind of digging deeper into yourself,and reflecting a little bit more, and
that can, again, bring a little bit ofups and downs and, and just honoring
(22:30):
your feelings and allowing them to be,sitting with them for a few minutes, a
few hours, whatever you need, and thenjust kind of releasing that and just.
Being more, spiritually, like being morecurious about these feelings or these
things that are kind of coming up andnot putting judgment onto them, but just
kind of viewing them from a distance.
It kind of reminds me of like lookingthrough a box of pictures or of the past
(22:51):
kind of thing and seeing what comes up.
And then just takingtime to reflect as well.
And then there's just alot of transformation for
everybody, who's listening.
Probably like, I'm sure a lot of peopleidentify with it in a lot of different
ways, but there's a lot of change.
for a lot of people right now, I'veknown quite a few people in the last
few weeks who have lost loved ones.
So that can be an aspect forsome people who are listening.
(23:12):
It's like, things are different.
There's a change or maybe you're moving.
Like I am pretty soon.
but it's just honoring that change.
And knowing that it's okay and nothingin this life is really permanent.
And that can sound scary, but it canalso be a very beautiful thing too.
Because we don't always need to attachourselves to objects or people or things.
(23:33):
Like everything is more fluidthan we might may recognize is
kind of what they're showing me.
so relationships, housing, jobs,fluidity and kind of embracing that.
fluidity and allowing yourself tosurrender to that and kind of just
take you to where you need to go nextas well is what they're showing me.
And then another one is holdingspace is the card that I picked.
(23:58):
So that may be holding space foryourself, that may be holding space
for others, Sometimes what people needwhen they're going through different
things is just to have somebodythere to just even listen to them.
You know, obviously we have sharedexperiences, sometimes we can share
with each other, but sometimes it'sjust nice to be able to hold space for
somebody and just be there for them.
(24:18):
without any strings attached,just be there for them in
any way that they need to.
So I think that's something that, Weundervalue in this, in this lifetime,
but holding space for one anothercan be a really beautiful gift.
I got to see that firsthand, even justwith my Guido passing and just family
connections and how just being there,your, our energy of just being there
with one another can be so beautiful.
(24:39):
and so needed.
And then another thing is just kind of.
You know, with unboxing yourlife too, is just kind of re
evaluating your support system.
What do you need to feelsupported in this life?
What kind of resourcesdo you need to look for?
what do you want in afriendship or relationship?
Like, just re evaluating thosethings and Again, bringing it back
(24:59):
to gratitude of, okay, being thankfulfor the people that you do have.
And if you don't have anybody rightnow and you're feeling lost and you're
like, I don't have anybody reallybringing the energy of what you want
in your life for that support system.
So just putting that energy out thereand knowing that spirit is there for
you, even if it feels like there's nota lot of people around you, whatever
situation you're in again, holding spacenow with spirit and having them around
(25:22):
you and knowing that you are safe.
So those are what I.
I got those messages in the cards and,just raising those vibrations, right?
Just lifting yourself up.
I, love that we both, We're gettingvisuals of like these boxes of these old
things of this, this old stagnant energythat it's time to clean and release as,
(25:43):
as I've shared some of the, some of themud that I have walked through this year.
Really made me have to look and digand find some of that stuff that's
in my closet that was still botheringme or still had an energetic hold
to me that I just needed to get ridof and I needed to move through.
So, I was being reminded when you weretalking, I kept seeing all of that.
(26:05):
So, I think there might be someother people out there that Yeah.
Maybe have, maybe as hindsight is gainingfrom being able to look back now, you see
that maybe some of the stuff that we've,we've been through is, has really actually
helped unleash us and helped us let goof stuff that is no longer helping us
(26:26):
and is, is holding us back from whateverit is that we dream or whatever it is
we want, for ourselves and our future.
So, I think that's a beautifulmessage that clearly spirit
inspired both of us, to share today.
So, cause I think, I think that's powerfulbecause again, then that just makes room
for more opportunity and, brighter days.
So yeah,
