Sound and Silence is an ongoing communal experiment in contemplative music and contemplative silence. We invite guest musical artists to bring the group into and out of our shared silence, and in this podcast we will interview our guest artists on their musical and spiritual life.

Ravish Momin started working under the moniker Sunken Cages in 2019, in order to showcase his unique production style which involves layering live-loops and manipulating them in real-time to blur the lines between composition and improvisation.
