Speaker 1 (00:16):
Hi, welcome to Give Me five. Thank you so much
for joining me. If you want to get information on
what I'm doing over here, head over to our website
at give me five dot News Give me five dot News.
On this five minute podcast, we're gonna go over five
trends and diets that people are saying are working as
we go into twenty twenty five. Thank you so much

(00:36):
branging out what's being for just five minutes here, So
let's go ahead and get started. All right, So here
is why several of the websites that I referenced aid
twenty twenty five, they say it's going to be different.
Well let's see why. Well, it's pretty much this technology

(01:02):
back ye, I don't know, maybe eight nine years ago.
I picked up people I did uber rides when I
lived in California outside of Stanford, and I remember one
guy was getting his PhD. And I said, what is
your PhD? In it says creating Designer Medications because they
he told me, they said, this is probably a decade
ago or somewhere around there. The medications in the future,

(01:25):
that health in the future will be based off of you,
your weight, your ethnicity, your age, your background, not general
medications or plans. But for you, well, we can see
it now creeping into even weight loss here if you
want to write these down. Number one, the thing that

(01:46):
said people are saying is working is having a personalized
weight loss plan. So there's a couple of ways that
people are doing this. You can wear a wearable device
like a fitness track. Instead of discounting steps, it monitors
your heart rates for while you're sleeping and when you're
stressed and gives you insights on how to adjust your lifestyle,

(02:11):
which will then allow whatever the cortisol and all that
stuff to fall in line and will help you and
I start to lose weight, if that's something you're interested in.
The Other thing that people are really turning to, which
it's a reality regardless of what you think. Artificial intelligence
now coaching. Smart apps now act as virtual trainers that
will adjust your plan and real time based on your

(02:33):
activity and mood and results. So maybe you get an
AI coaching for that on apps. Gut health is really
standing out this year, so you want to maybe do
some search on it to focus on if you improve
our gut health, the digestive system, it'll boost metabolism, control
cravings and optimize digestion. A couple of things that people

(02:55):
are doing is they're adding fermented foods yuck. If you
can do it, go for yogurt, keifer, and kimchi, and
then we should all be eating more fiber, vegetables, whole
grains and everything else which is going to help good
bacteria grow. Sustainable diets over fads are saying that things
that have been working as check out plant based diets.

(03:19):
You need more fruits, veggies and grains. Protein forward. Eating
protein is king when it comes to building muscle and
fueling filling full expect to focus on lean meats, fish
and protein rich snacks and anti inflammatory foods like turmeric
which I take to America. Have you call it berries,

(03:40):
fatty fish, et cetera. So they're saying to look at
sustainable diets. Things you can continue, not just to fad
smarter workouts for leaner results. So here are some plans.
Real quick strength training builds muscle is one of the
most effective ways. Three to five sessions per week, focusing
on compound like squads, deadlifts, and bench presses. Cardio with

(04:02):
the twist at thirty to forty five minutes of moderate
cardio outter your strength session for maximum fat burning. In
daily movement, make sure you try to walk about ten
thousand steps a day, and the prioritize sleep. Need to
get there, saying at least seven to nine hours if
we're gonna help our body, help us with our weight
loss and our stress, so hopefully that helps you out

(04:24):
to do. Those are the things you're saying. We need
to have personalized weight plans, get better gut health, sustainable diets,
smarter workouts, and getting more sleep. Thank you so much
for joining me. Please check out my website at give
