Ukraine thinks we've got gold. I'm just going to use
gold as an example. Right, gold in them our hills,
and we got some gold in Ukraine, and we're going
to dig.

We're going to take all that dirt down to the
gold refinery and it's going to be worth x amount
and then it's going to cost us, you know, ten
billion dollars to refine it, and then we're gonna get
ninety nine percent gold. Right, And here's the valuation less
our cost of refining it, which is in the billions
of dollars. That's the most expensive process, is to refine

the dirt down to extract gold, right, melt it down.

Those days are gone.

Because of the technology that exists that has been in
development to where we can get one hundred percent pure
gold through a completely different process that you're going to

went to Ukraine and struck the deal, and they thought
that their gold was worth X amount.

billions of acres there are right now that need to
be cleaned up here in the United States of America.
I want you to go at go look at the
maps of US super fun it's called super fund through

the EPA Superfund sites. Okay, there are properties right now
from old manufacturing from the Industrial Revolution on companies that
are gone toxic soil. They didn't even have a company
to go after ensue. The EPA did. But you can't
sell it and it must be cleaned up and it
costs a lot of money. What they did was they

unloaded that on too states. They unloaded it onto cities.
There's properties that can't be sold and must be remediated
before you can even inhabit it, because there are here
in Cincinnati, we've got several superfund sites. Superfund sites means

you qualify for special funds that are going to cost
you billions of dollars basically to clean up the soil
in order for you to either excuse me, either build
on the site or live on the site. Okay, there's
probably I don't know, ninety billion acres on the EPA's list.

Now. Regulations have been removed, Okay.

All of the entire coal industry, okay, will be digging
for coal and also other things that are in the
soil which just so happened to include rare earth minerals.
There's special energy technology, there's special encryption to and if

able to extract rare earth minerals, right that's also tied
