In this episode of Spirit Portal, I open up about why coming out of the spiritual closet can feel so terrifying, even when it's the most authentic step we can take for self expression. I share some of the history of the witch wound origins and how it still lingers in our collective memory, shaping the way we hide or silence parts of ourselves.
I also weave in some of my own personal stories of what it was like to finally step forward and name who I am and what I do, and how that has shifted my relationship to myself and others. While it is not always easy, I have found that people in our lives often recalibrate to meet us where we are at, and if they cannot do that, then we need to give space for deeper alignment and freedom in ourselves.
