About Dr. Tyson Cobb

Dr. Tyson, a board-certified semi-retired orthopedic surgeon, leverages over 40 years of investing experience to excel in real estate. Disenchanted with stock market volatility, he transitioned to real estate, amassing over $900M in commercial assets. While maintaining a part-time surgical practice, he spends most of his time researching and underwriting real estate deals, seeking partnerships and syndications to acquire large assets. Tyson invites qualified investors to join him in carefully vetted opportunities, allocating resources to charitable causes. As a pioneer in minimally invasive orthopedic surgery, he has trained surgeons globally and holds multiple patents. Today, he applies his research acumen to identify prime real estate investments for himself and his network.
