Jeanne's guest, Meher Govadia was ready. She said it hit her, "Let's get back to work. Let's see what's out there." She was a little skeptical in the beginning. She admits, "After 10 years (not working and caring for her family) and to be brutally honest, I never kept up with the changes in the IT sector and all the new technology that came up. You can't. I mean, when you're so focused on your child and family, it's very difficult to stay abreast with everything else that's happening out there." And she was met with what she expected, "And there was always this, 'Yeah, I'll call you back.' Really? A sudden realization like, 'Man, she hasn't worked in the past 10 years,' until she decided she wanted to work for OneScreen.ai. This episode talks about these transitions from both ends, applicant and management perspectives. Spoiler alert - there is a happy ending.
Meher Govadia is the Lead QA Analyst at OneScreen.ai. Join her for this episode of Table Fries. In addition to a wonderful story of finding her place, you're in for a snippet of a poetic treat from her son.
