It was in the works for awhile! But we did it - IFBB Bikini Pro and Posing Coach, Emily Sullivan! We went through a wide range of topics together in this episode. Such as the usuals of course: Emilys journey into bodybuilding, going Pro, Pro debut plans, current training and nutrition, posing, etc. And then a deeper topic that is something we'll be addressing more often on this podcast - women feeling unsafe or uncomfortable in the gym - or anywhere. I've created a project called @defendhernz (see more info below) and Emily was kind and brave enough to dive into a very recent, real and raw experience she has faced around this very topic!
