In today's episode, I have my friend and 4x Mr. Olympia Men's Physique Champion, Jeremy Buendia, with me! He is currently five weeks out from competing for a 5th Mr. Olympia title and has become known internationally as having one of the best men's physiques on the planet. He has also built a successful brand and multiple businesses and recently has become a father and husband.
What I love about Jeremy the most is his authenticity. As I've known him over the years, I've watched him navigate many ups and downs. Some brought on himself, and some completely out of his control. He has tasted both the glory and satisfaction of the "mountain top" and the darkness and depression of "rock bottom".
But in all of it, he's owned up, pushed through, humbled himself, not given up, and most importantly discovered the realest and greatest source of love and power in the world, Jesus.
This conversation shares a part of his recent journey of rediscovering God and learning how a life surrendered to Him can actually be more freeing, fulfilling, and meaningful than anything this world can offer. I'm so thankful for his vulnerability and willingness to share so authentically and I believe his story will impact thousands if not millions of people around the world who have or are experiencing a similar thing in their own lives.
