(00:00):
And the Check A Pro Radio Show starts now. I'm taking what they're giving because
I'm working for a living.
Hello everybody, it's Check A Pro Joe. Welcome to my show, the Check A Pro Radio Show.
Hey, have I got a treat for you today.
It has to do with dealing with the heat here in Vegas.
It's one of the hottest summers on record and I brought in an expert to help

(00:22):
you and I out with the heat here in Vegas this summer.
It's Michael from Air Supply. Hey, Michael, how you doing?
I'm doing great, Jim. Thanks for having me. Yeah, so great to have you here
on the radio show. I really appreciate it.
What you do is extremely important for everybody here in the greater Las Vegas

(00:46):
area, which is to keep us cool and comfortable and also improve our air quality.
So today, I want to talk to you about that here on the program.
How does that sound? Sounds like fun. Absolutely.
And also, everybody, I want you to stay tuned because Michael has brought 10
special offers to the radio program today.

(01:08):
It's just for our listeners here on the program.
I'm going to repeat this. This is not available on Michael's website.
By the way, Air Supply in Vegas, okay, Air Supply Las Vegas,
you can go to Google and check them out.
You won't find these deals on his website.
You're going to find them only here on the program today for this hour.

(01:30):
I'm going to start off by giving out Michael's number. The reason why I do that,
Michael, is because there are people who have just tuned in who actually have
an air conditioning issue right now.
So before they understand what the deal is, I'm going to give it out to help those people. It's 702-
702-673-5495. I'm going to give it out again.
702-673-5495. If you do not have an air conditioning professional,

(01:57):
and by the way, everybody should, you should have a dentist, a repairman,
a general practitioner as a doctor, a veterinarian, you need to have your own HVAC specialist,
air conditioning specialist here in Vegas, 702-673-5495.
Put it in your phone and also stand by for the entire hour for the offers we have.

(02:24):
20 years here in town, family owned and operated. Tell me about that.
Well, yeah, I guess it's a milestone for many.
We know the market, We know the area and we know the extreme heat very well.
And, you know, 20 years of business, we're really proud of that.
And we're proud of our reputation, Jim.
You know, if you look us up online or at our business bureau or whatnot,

(02:47):
it's important that we care.
We do good work, but it's really important that we stand behind it because the
weather, as you said, is so extreme here in the desert.
I'm not so sure when the last time is we broke records like we have here in Vegas.
Is it my imagination? Imagination? I mean, you're in the business.
Isn't it hotter than ever?

(03:09):
Maybe. It seems that way. We hit the 120 a few weeks ago.
That was something else. But really here in Vegas, once you hit about 90,
without air conditioning, you're going to have a bad day.
Yeah, no, absolutely. I'm impressed with the BBB and your high reviews.
You have a lot of them and it's so important. And I bring this up because I

(03:29):
won't have just anybody on my radio program here at Checker Pro.
We pre-qualify all the companies that are with us.
You guys are impressive, and it's really important.
I never want anybody who hears me on the radio.
To have a bad experience with a contractor. I started the business years ago
to protect my listeners from crappy contractors.

(03:53):
What makes you guys so special besides being family-owned? What are the core values?
20 years of business, what we've learned is that reputation really is everything.
Investing, I guess, investing the time and the money to train people to a level
that's so professional.
In fact, part of our mission statement actually says is to provide the most

(04:14):
amazing customer experience that anyone's ever had with a contractor.
And that's on all of the walls and all the offices.
And it's the culture that we have here at Air Supply is to make things right
and make people happy. Now, look, we're not perfect.
You know, things go sideways once in a while, but the thing is when they do,
if anything's ever less than perfect, we step up and make sure the customer

(04:37):
is taken care of. Your slogan says it all, expect a higher level of service.
There are just so many contractors out there that may be good technicians.
They might be great technicians, but they're really not good at customer service
and running a business, which ultimately hurts the homeowner.
I want to talk about the free stuff that you have because this is almost too good to be true.

(04:58):
So I'm going to run through a couple of these things and then explain to me
and my listeners what we're talking about because I've got some notes here.
Here, you're going to come out and give a free in-home estimate.
Now, let me say something about this, everybody.
It costs contractors, it costs home service companies a lot of money to send
a qualified technician out to your home.

(05:20):
That's why many companies will charge a fee to come out to your home to diagnose things.
Today here on Checker Pro Radio, Michael's going to send out a qualified technician
to your home absolutely free for a free in-home estimate.
That's a full system evaluation. valuation.
Before you talk about that, Michael, though, I want to talk about the fact that

(05:41):
you're also offering a free water heater. It's a $1,200 value.
And for the first 10 callers, a deluxe whole home air purification system valued at $2,700.
And also the Fed is stepping in. I love what the Fed does.
They throw our money around. It's our taxpayer money, but you may as well because
some of it back, a $2,000 federal tax credit. There was a lot there.

(06:08):
Break it down for me. Well, what it comes down to, Jim, is really all the forces
that exist out there are kind of pushing folks towards energy efficiency, right?
And they're incentivizing that with rebates. You see it on the news every day.
Regardless of what your personal beliefs are, the cost of energy is rising rapidly.
And I can't imagine someone investing in a system today that five or 10 years

(06:32):
from now could cost them an arm and a leg.
So really what it's about is if someone has a system that's 10 years or older,
we do provide a free-at-home estimate to give them information about potentially
going with something high efficiency, whether that's an air conditioner or a heat pump.
And we're getting towards the kind of the tail of summer here, and
we're excited to to be on your program and so what we're doing is

(06:55):
we are offering that free estimate in home ethics about an hour or so to do
that properly get all of our calculations we do are including a free water heater
up to a $1,200 value or potentially credit if you just you know got a water
here last week and the first ten cars as you mentioned today we are putting in a whole home.
Comprehensive, high indoor air quality package that we regularly retail for $2,700.

(07:19):
Now, right now, you can still get the federal tax credit if you go with the
high efficiency heat pump itself, which is basically an air conditioner that
can move heat two directions instead of one.
So it heats your house and cools your house. But that's what they really want folks going to.
And then, of course, right now, we're also offering no interest and no payments

(07:40):
for six months for qualified buyers.
Yeah, and that's great. Thank you for throwing in the financing on that because
it really helps people move ahead when they need to.
So what Michael said is if you have air conditioning units that are 10 years
or older, they're not as efficient.
Your system's breaking down more frequently, which means it's not reliable.

(08:01):
Having unreliable equipment in the desert in the heat is just not a good idea.
The first 10 callers will get these offers.
You're going to get a free in-home estimate. It's a full system evaluation.
You're also going to get a free water heater, $1,200 value, deluxe home air

(08:22):
purification system, a $2,700 value, up to $2,000 with the federal tax credit. Reddit.
No interest, no payments for six months. You have to call now.
Only 10 people. The first 10, 702-673-5495.
Again, 702-673-5495.

(08:46):
Now, listen carefully. I like to say this.
This is not for you right now. Take the phone number down and call some other
time and let your neighbor take advantage of this deal because not everyone's going to get this.
Do not bother Michael and his team if you're not ready today.
This is for people who want to get their system looked at. Your system's 15,

(09:08):
20 years old, 12 years old.
It's not functioning well.
It needs to be looked at. It may need to be replaced, but with the offers today
from Air Supply, it's just crazy.
They have access to things the average home service company in heating,
ventilation, and air conditioning don't have.

(09:29):
They're going to educate you on things like the federal tax credit.
They have equipment that other people are afraid to install,
high-efficiency equipment.
The high-efficiency equipment is going to get you money back from the government.
It is also going to save you money every day, and it's going to be backed by
air supply, and that's what you need. What did I miss, Michael?

(09:51):
You nailed most of it there. Good job, Jim. Just one of the things I'll say
is that a lot of folks, I think, are really hesitant about high-efficiency equipment
because not a lot of people offer it.
And there's a reason why people don't offer it. The main reason most contractors
are kind of gun-shy, I guess,
of high efficiency is, one, I don't think they really truly understand it,

(10:12):
but certainly they haven't invested the money and time and the training that's
required to install it properly.
The manufacturers, this stuff is really getting to be more computer, kind of like a car.
And if you don't know how to put that equipment in right, then they're going
to have lots of problems with having to go back out and fix issues.

(10:33):
Issues the system doesn't last very long and of
course it will not achieve the energy expectations or
the savings that people are expecting so getting
that system in and done right means that the high efficiency will pay off long
term and like i said people are gun shy because i don't think they are necessarily
confident in that savings but we actually use a tool in the home to evaluate

(10:57):
their existing equipment and then to actually calculate their potential savings
over the next five, 10 or 15 years.
And that's the thing. Yeah. I mean, yeah, of course, high efficiency is going
to cost more initially, but that's one of the reasons the government's incentivizing it.
But in the long run, it pays off for homeowners and it, well,

(11:17):
it takes pressure off the grid.
I think that's kind of the goal behind the rebate stick to take pressure off the electrical grid.
Yeah. Let the federal government.
Help you. You help them and they'll help you. They're going to give you $2,000
back and a federal tax credit.
Here's the number, 702-673-5495.

(11:38):
We're going to be going into a break very shortly.
And what ends up happening generally is a lot of these offers go.
We're starting off with 10 in the beginning of the program. We repeat the offer
in the break as well. So you'll hear the phone number then.
And when we come back, there's going to be a magic trick. There's not going to to be as many left.

(11:59):
You've got to call right now, 702-673-5495. Again, 702-673-5495.
We'll be right back right after this. Stay tuned.
To get your full system air conditioning evaluation valuation absolutely free.

(12:20):
You've got to call right now.
702-673-5495. Once again, 702-673-5495.
Only 10 of these are available today. And as we move throughout the program,
there are going to be less and less.
So you must call now. If your utility bills are high, if your air conditioning

(12:44):
system is over 10 years old.
If you have hot and cold spots in your home and your air quality is poor,
then you must call today.
Call Air Supply 702-673-5495. Again, 702-673-5495.
Only a few of my listeners are going to get this opportunity today,

(13:08):
but you've got to call now to To receive up to $2,000 in federal energy tax
credits, a free water heater valued at $1,200,
and a deluxe whole home air purification system valued at $2,700 with the purchase
of select high-efficiency air conditioners or heat pump bundles. But you must call today.

(13:28):
Call now, 702-673-5495. There's a limited amount of these available through
Air Supply, and they're only available here on the Checker Pro Radio Show today.
So call now, 702-673-5495.
And back here on the Checker Pro Radio Show. I love what I do.

(13:51):
I've been doing this for about 20 years.
You know who else has been serving you here in Vegas for around 20 years?
Air Supply. Michael, welcome back to the program.
It is so great to have you here. You know, it's interesting because your anniversary
and our anniversary at Checker Pro coincide. And so I can really understand

(14:12):
that 20-year period because I know what I've been doing for 20 years.
I've been helping the homeowner as you guys have.
Customer service is so important. It's really in your tagline,
expect a higher level of service.
If you're going to tell everyone in Las Vegas about that, that means you're
customer service oriented first and technician second.

(14:34):
Meaning if you don't have the service with the customer, it doesn't matter how
good you are with what you do.
Right. Well, I mean, well, I think the thing is with customer service,
it starts from the very first call, Jim.
So when people first reach out to us, you know, a lot of times,
unfortunately, they're not in a good place.

(14:54):
You know, they're scared, they're nervous about the costs, they're uncomfortable,
maybe their family's in jeopardy because of the heat, or they've got either
elderly or young children.
So we understand that very well. And so our team is trained to,
you know, listen and to help put people at ease and to prioritize service for

(15:15):
people that absolutely need it. And that's, you know, that's 24-7. Right.
Yeah, I'm going to give out your phone number again. For those of you who've
just tuned in, I've got Michael here. He's an expert. He's a general manager over at Air Supply.
He is here as an expert today on Checker Pro Radio to educate us and offer some
great deals for you to save money and be more comfortable in your home.

(15:39):
Here is Michael's number. Call now, 702-673-5495.
A little slower.
And if you're driving, okay? If you're driving, either pull over or wait a few
more minutes when you get to your destination because I'll give out the number again.
But I will tell you this, our engineer, Jerry, he monitors all the phone calls.

(16:01):
There's only seven deals left. Three have already gone out of the 10.
And I know Michael's got to stick to the 10.
He's got to stick to it because these are deals only here on the radio.
702-673-5495. 702-673-5495.
Michael, I also say this to the listeners as well.

(16:22):
If this is something that you can't do right now for some reason,
or you don't want to, put the number in your phone, write it down,
put it in the junk drawer,
put down Air Supply, the best air conditioning company here in Vegas, right?
As a note to remind you, because when you need them, they'll be there.
But leave these few offers to the neighbors you have that want this.

(16:45):
It's really important because I know when you came onto the program,
you were a little concerned that just anybody was going to take this,
but you really want it to go to the people who need it.
Oh, absolutely. Yeah. If energy efficiency is something that there's a priority,
you know, saving money, utility bills, making your home more comfortable,
the way that the systems move air today is different.

(17:08):
And then the big thing, which, you know, At this point, it's really unusual
that people don't install indoor air quality systems.
In other words, most of our clients that do upgrade or switch to a new air conditioner
or heat pump, almost all of them go with some level of indoor air quality because

(17:29):
here in Vegas, of course, it's not best to air.
I mean, it's a dusty environment. You know, the smoke from the wildfires.
I mean, you're talking about, look, I don't like scare tactics with air quality.
It's not about that. And I'm not a doctor.
The idea is that if you're going to invest in a new system for your home,
think of the impact of the air quality over five or 10 or 15 years.

(17:50):
It's just really a no brainer. And on top of that, it means less dusting around the house.
And it really does extend the lifespan of the equipment by keeping the tiniest
amount of debris out of the mechanisms.
Yeah, no, I agree. You know, a lot of my listeners here in Vegas are here because,

(18:11):
It's their forever home, or at least they think. They said, you know,
I'm going to retire in Vegas. How many people we have here in Las Vegas from
somewhere else? Pretty much everybody. Me.
Yeah, most of us. So that being said, whether you're from Michigan,
New York, even California, wherever it is,
you know, you're likely, if you're listening to me on the show with Michael,
you're probably someone who's 45, 55, 65, maybe 70 plus years old,

(18:34):
and you want to do what's right for you and your family and your forever home, right?
And so it's a great investment, not just if you're going to sell it one day, you're living in it.
We spend so much time inside our homes now at this stage of life and because
of, well, obviously the elements. So you want to be comfortable.
You want to be cool. You want to save money. And as Michael said,

(18:57):
it's very important. You want the best air.
A home air purification system is really important. Talk about the $2,700 value
you are offering to our listeners today.
Well, that's kind of the deluxe setup because there's different things that
different air quality products do.
Some things can kill mold and bacteria and spores on an indoor wet damp coil,

(19:22):
for example, before that's blown around your house.
Other systems, our filters can be more dense. dense is it's called a MERV rating,
but they can be more dense to catch smaller and smaller and finer and finer particles.
And then there's other systems out there that help to clump together really
minuscule particles that typically a filter can't catch.

(19:45):
Those tend to be, by the way, the most, the most dangerous particles,
but you know, off gassing fumes and, you know, viruses, things like that,
that are just too small for a filter.
But once you clump them together, you can pull them out of the airstream as
well. So it's kind of a trifecta there.
To keep that coil from growing and growing mold and growth, to clump together

(20:07):
the smallest particles to remove them from the airstream, and then to catch
all that stuff and capture it so it's not around your house.
Yeah. Call now to get your free in-home estimate. It's a full system evaluation.
It doesn't cost $250, $150, or $50, okay?
It costs money generally to send people out to your home, a qualified technician.

(20:32):
However, Michael, the general manager at Air Supply is offering this absolutely
free to only 10 of my listeners today.
And there's only seven of these
left. Three people have taken advantage of this offer so far in the show.
Call now 702-673-5495. 702-673-5495

(20:57):
the first seven callers now like i
said three of these offers have already left the building on select systems
the federal government is offering two thousand dollars back in a federal tax
credit i have actually taken advantage of federal energy tax credits in the the past.

(21:19):
And I got a lot of money back on an air conditioning system,
two units, a three ton and a five ton for my home.
And I was so excited. It actually equated to a lot of money.
And this isn't just some hocus pocus. It's not a bait and switch.
The government has this money. Look it up. You go online and type in federal

(21:39):
energy tax credit and you'll see all kinds of things that qualify.
Solar does and certain high efficiency HVAC units. Talk about it, Michael.
There's a lot of opportunity to save out there. There's a little bit of local
stuff. The federal tax credit's wonderful.
And then there's other things that aren't as obvious. One of them is the way
that most folks, to get this level of equipment, most folks are going to look

(22:01):
at a monthly investment, right?
And the thing is, is that, again, this pressure that's out there from either
the government, from local city people, just in general,
is the manufacturers have been incentivizing you buying high efficiency equipment
by lowering the financing costs.
So you can actually get a better rate on financing by going with a high efficiency

(22:26):
system versus, well, the bottom end, I guess.
You know, it's funny to me how many contractors only offer people the minimum
required by law, the least efficient system you can possibly buy and the most
expensive one to operate. rate.
But folks are really sensitive to pricing and they see a lower number like that,
they tend to invest in some of that basic equipment, which in the long run does

(22:50):
not really, well, doesn't save them money in the long run.
No, it doesn't save them money. It doesn't last as long either.
And it doesn't really improve the value of their home as much.
And there's all kinds of reasons why you want to have a high efficiency air conditioning system.
I just love the fact that when I look at my utility bill every month,

(23:13):
that I'm spending so little, which that means I can keep my thermostat lower
and not sweat about the bill.
I'm not sweating at all because it's not as hot as it. So I'm actually cooler
in the home, Michael, and my electric bill is smaller.
I want to talk about something that a lot of people don't really understand

(23:34):
about air conditioning.
And air conditioning is very technical. So in our homes, if it's cool enough, we put the heat on.
The heat is a lot less technical. It's way easier to heat a home than to air condition a home.
What a lot of people don't understand is when the air conditioning system is
cooling your home, it's actually not cooling it as much as it's taking the heat

(23:56):
out of the air, running the air over coils.
There's moisture involved. It's actually quite complicated. It's an interesting process.
And I say this to everyone listening that you should really appreciate the highly
trained technician that comes out from air supply.
They're highly trained. They understand how your system works.

(24:19):
Can you talk about that? Because it's rarer than you might think,
Jim. And for anyone listening out there, you can Google this for yourself.
And what you'll find, especially with high efficiency equipment,
is that over 70% of system replacements in the United States are not properly installed.
That's easy to find online. You don't have to believe me.

(24:40):
You can go look it up. so that makes
a huge difference because like you said it is moving heat out of
the home it's removing heat and humidity and so
basically what that air conditioner does is like you said the coil it
collects that heat it pumps it outside the refrigerant and then that big box
outside kind of just exhausts that heat out of the house kind of like a big
radiator right and that's how an air conditioner works it actually removes heat

(25:02):
you can't it can't create cold and it can't eliminate It just moves it from
one place to another. So hence the name heat pump.
So an air conditioner is pumping heat out of your house.
Well, a heat pump does the same thing. It pumps heat out of your house,
but it can also run in reverse and pump heat into your house.
And the advantage for the heat pump is that you don't have to burn fossil fuels

(25:26):
anymore to heat your home.
Yeah, hey, call right now, 702-673-5495 to get a free in-home estimate.
To get your full system air conditioning evaluation absolutely free,
you've got to call right now, 702-673-5495.

(25:51):
Once again, 702-673-5495. Only 10 of these are available today,
and as we move throughout the program, there are going to be less and less, so you must call now.
If your utility bills are high, if your air conditioning system is over 10 years
old, if you have hot and cold spots in your home, and your air quality is poor,

(26:14):
then you must call today.
Call Air Supply 702-673-5495.
Again, 702-673-5495.
Only a few of my listeners are going to get this opportunity today.
But you've got to call now to receive up to $2,000 in federal energy tax credits,

(26:36):
a free water heater valued at $1,200,
and a deluxe whole home air purification system valued at $2,700 with the purchase
of select high efficiency air conditioners or heat pump bundles. But you must call today.
Call now 702-673-5495. There's a limited amount of these available through air

(27:00):
supply, and they're only available here on the Checker Pro Radio Show today.
So call now 702-673-5495.
And back here on the Checker Pro Radio Show. You like the music in the background?

(27:20):
That's right. The heat is on.
It is a great song to come back to because the heat is on here in Las Vegas.
The heat's always turned up.
I will say I've been in other parts of the country, and one nice thing about
being here in the desert, at least it's not humid. Humid.
But that doesn't mean your air quality is fantastic.

(27:44):
In other parts of the country, like Louisiana, parts of Texas,
you know, a lot of the South Florida, you know, you're dealing with both the heat and the humidity.
Here, we're dealing with the heat.
But like I said, just because it's not humid doesn't mean we may not have air
quality issues. Isn't that true, Michael? Oh, absolutely true.
Though we do have, you know, with the monsoon and a little bit at the tail end

(28:06):
of summer, we do get hit pretty good with humidity.
But it's just, you know, how an air conditioner functions. Part of it is,
you know, moving that heat, you know, by absorbing that into the refrigerant
and moving that outside.
But a big way that helps cool the home is by removing some humidity if you need it.
But the system has to be balanced to do that. It's not, you know,

(28:27):
it takes more than a couple of minutes to figure out sizing and maybe modifications
to the air handling system, the duct work, the vents.
All of that stuff has to be looked at and taken into consideration to recommend a good solution.
702-673-5495 is the phone number to get a hold of Michael and his team at Air

(28:51):
Supply here in Las Vegas. Why would you be calling?
Well, to get a full system evaluation for free.
I'm not sure what that costs, but if you could look it up with other companies,
they're going to charge you an arm and a leg to come out just to try to sell
you something after they find something.
That's not what we're here to do with Air Supply.
Michael wants to help his community. They help all the time,

(29:14):
and I asked him to bring something to the radio program that would be attractive to my listeners.
So we came up with the full system evaluation. valuation. They do them every
day, but they're not going to charge you.
So just think about this. If you're listening to the show right now,
you're getting a deal that maybe someone else isn't getting because they're not listening.
Call now, 702-673-5495.

(29:38):
When you talk to Michael and his team, ask them about the $2,000 federal tax credit.
The government's got money to give back.
Ask about the free water heater. This is a $1,200 value.
The first 10 callers, however, we only have five left.
Jerry tells me he is our engineer producer.

(30:00):
Phone calls go through him, and he says that there are only five left.
Call now, 702-673-5495. If your home has these hot spots, or maybe there's some
cold spots on an extremely cold day in the winter, If your utility bills are high,
which we have high utility bills, if your air quality is poor or you're not so sure it's poor,

(30:27):
call now to get your free in-home evaluation,
the full system, the whole kit and caboodle.
Call now, 702-673-5495.
Michael, I know you have such passion for helping people with their air conditioning
and their air quality. Why is that?

(30:48):
I guess as a consumer myself, I
feel that people really need to understand clearly what their options are.
And the problem with something like HVAC is that it's just not surface-level
information. that there's a lot of stuff going on that the average person is
not going to spend the time to really understand. So they need to have a trusted advisor.

(31:10):
It might be a sit down. If your system's over 10 years old, you really should
at least know what your options are.
I mean, I can't imagine, you know, again, for whatever reason,
a lot of contractors, because of the complexity of installing and standing behind
a high efficiency system,
default to the bottom end, but I tell you, Jim, if I walked onto maybe a car dealership lot.

(31:34):
And the guy picked for me, he's looked, sized me up, looked me up and down and
said, yeah, here's a, here's our, you know, here's a jalopy for you.
Yeah. I don't appreciate that.
I'd like to know what the different options are, why the prices are different.
And then I can decide for myself what the best option is for me and my family.
Yeah. Hey, call right now and ask about the free water heater deal.

(31:58):
Ask about the deal on the deluxe whole home air purification and a couple thousand
dollars back from the federal government.
Call now, 702-673-5495.
702-673-5495. This deal will not be available after the radio program today.

(32:19):
The phone number will still work. So you can always call it later for something
you may need for your home.
If you need air quality, if you need to get a new air conditioning system or
a repair, put the number in your phone now, 702-673-5495.
Michael, one thing I love about doing the radio program with someone like you

(32:41):
is people don't know who to call.
And when they listen to us talk for five minutes or 50 minutes on the program,
they get to know, like, and trust.
And, you know, it's exciting for me because people are calling today because
now they have someone who they
know who can help them with their air conditioning and air quality needs.

(33:01):
So I want to thank you so much for making yourself available today. day.
Thank you. Thank you, Jim. Yeah. And as you mentioned earlier,
there is no obligation here.
It's just, you know, if your system's over 10 or 15 years old,
I just think that you need to know what your options are and whether you choose
to start a project with air supply or not.
Hey, we're still friends and maybe in the future, but you should know where

(33:25):
you stand and know what the opportunity is because costs are going up big time
at the turn of the year with some changes to equipment, manufacturing, and refrigerant.
And this is really the time to save the most. And we put together an offer that
we've never done before for your program, Jim.
And I just hope people see the value in it. Yeah, that's a good point.
No obligation. I want people to call and not be concerned.

(33:47):
There is no cost to have Michael's team come out from air supply to your home.
Call now, 702-673-5495. It is a no obligation, free system evaluation.
It would be kind of like if you were thinking of selling your home and you have
a realtor come out and they give you a free market analysis,

(34:09):
right? So now you know where you stand.
Same thing with your air conditioning system. You want to know where you stand.
If you need something, they'll let you know. No, if it's a perfect system,
they'll give you an A-plus on the report card.
And then you know who to go back to if something fails one day with that existing system.
If you have poor air quality, they'll tell you why you do and what you can do to make it better.

(34:34):
Better. You have a low efficiency system, they'll introduce you to the high
efficiency system and they'll introduce you to the federal tax credit as well.
Call now 702-673-5495.
You know, we wouldn't live in this part of the country, Michael,
if we didn't have guys like you. We couldn't bear the summer, right?

(34:56):
I mean, go back a hundred years, who was living out in the desert?
Not many people. No.
No, it's almost like living on Mars, right? It's like, who would ever thought?
You go back 150 years and say, you know what, there's going to be this place
in 2024 where people are- It's come to the point now that I think people have
realized, especially in places like certain parts of Arizona and Nevada and California,

(35:17):
that air conditioning is definitely not a luxury.
And in fact, it's becoming mandatory to the point that some governments and
whatnot are putting laws in place that companies have to respond in a certain
amount of time. Now, I say for a renter, for example, the landlord,
they've got 48 hours to make it right.
Or that homeowner or that renter, excuse me, they have the right to go spend

(35:38):
whatever it costs to hire a pro to get it fixed and take it off the rent.
And the landlord can't penalize them. So there's things going into effect now that people respect.
Again, there's people that are actually in jeopardy from the heat levels here in Las Vegas.
And that's one of the reasons the air supply does so much in the community.
We do stumble across folks once in a while that just absolutely are unable to help themselves.

(36:00):
And we do what we can. We do what we can to help people be comfortable and be safe.
There should be no reason not to call, regardless of where you stand.
Because Air Supply will have a solution for it. They'd be more than happy to
come out and take a look at your system absolutely free.

(36:20):
Call now, 702-673-5495.
702-673-5495. five.
One reason why Michael chose to be on my radio program here on the station is because he and I are you.
We're around the same age, okay?

(36:41):
We understand what you're going through.
We understand where you are in the stage of life you're in because that's where we are.
We want to be darn comfortable and we want to be taken care of by a reputable
company. Michael, wouldn't you agree when we were young, we just looked for
the cheapest deal, try to do it ourselves.

(37:02):
We don't do that anymore, do we? No, it's a lesson most of us learn the hard
way, especially when it comes to homeowners and contractors.
And really, the ideal client for air supply is someone that cares about their
home, that plans on being there for a while.
Or at least if they do sell it, they want to get the maximum value back.
They want things done right, and they don't want excuses if there's a problem.

(37:26):
They want someone to step up and make sure they're comfortable immediately.
You don't want to have to worry about when your air conditioning system is going to crap out on you again.
You want to get it done right the first time and you want to be sure that you
have someone who has your back.
So when air supply comes out and puts in a new high efficiency system,

(37:51):
you are in great shape for a very long time because they kind of own that.
Not the system, You own the system, but they kind of own the installation of
it, right? It's, you know, warranty or guarantee.
You want that. You want a company that stands behind the product and the service.
You don't want somebody to install something and then find out that they went

(38:13):
out of business or they shouldn't have been in Vegas to begin with selling you stuff.
Be careful who knocks on your door.
Do research. And you should go to Google as well. Check out Air Supply.
You're going to hear and see very good things.
Well, like I said earlier, Jim, is that, again, feel free to jump online and
check this out for yourself.

(38:35):
Just Googling it, but something like 70% of systems installed in the United
States are not properly installed.
And if they're not installed properly and by a person certified by the manufacturer
to do it per manufacturer specs, you may not have any warranty at all from the
first day. Not to mention the fact that the system could cost exponentially

(38:56):
more to operate if it's not put in properly.
And it could severely shorten the lifespan. Yeah, we're going to take a quick
break, but Michael and I will be right back right after this.
The phone number is 702-673-5495.
To get your full system air conditioning evaluation absolutely free,

(39:18):
you've got to call right now.
702-673-5495. Once again, 702-673-5495.
Only 10 of these are available today, and as we move throughout the program,
there are going to be less and less, so you must call now.

(39:40):
If your utility bills are high, if your air conditioning system is over 10 years
old, if you have hot and cold spots in your home, and your air quality is poor,
then you must call today.
Call Air Supply 702-673-5495.
Again, 702-673-5495.

(40:01):
Only a few of my listeners are going to get this opportunity today.
But you've got to call now to receive up to $2,000 in federal energy tax credits,
a free water heater valued at $1,200,
and a deluxe whole home air purification system valued at $2,700 with the purchase
of select high efficiency air conditioners or heat pump bundles. But you must call today.

(40:26):
Call now 702-673-5495. There's a limited amount of these available through air
supply, and they're only available here on the Checker Pro Radio Show today.
So call now 702-673-5495.

(40:48):
702-673-5495 I like to give that phone number out right away for those of you
who have not taken advantage,
of the absolutely free full system evaluation from Air Supply.
Call now 702-673-5495.

(41:08):
I would like to thank my guest,
Michael, the general manager over at Air Supply for coming onto the program today,
educating all of us about what you need for your home in terms of air quality
and high efficiency air conditioning systems and giving away so many valuable things to my listener.

(41:31):
Once again, 702-673-5495, 702-673-5495, 20 years, family owned and operated here in Las Vegas.
I don't know what else to say. Companies come and go, but you guys have been around for two decades.
You're a homeowner here in the Las Vegas area, Henderson, Summerlin.

(41:52):
You know, you care about your home. Your system's more than 10 years old.
It's a no-brainer to have an expert come out, take a look at the system.
It takes about an hour for us to go through all of our calculations and measurements and whatnot.
And then we'll sit down with you and let you know what the options are out there
to have a more efficient system, a more comfortable system with more consistent

(42:13):
temperature from room to room. and, you know, basically something you're going to be happy with.
It'll save you money in the long run on your utility bills.
We started off the program with the first 10 callers, 10 offers.
Eight of them have been taken, Michael, which is great news. So only two left.
You've got to call now, 702-673-5495. I know what happens.

(42:37):
A lot of people in the beginning of the show are thinking, well,
let me listen and get more information.
And then what happens, Michael, generally toward the end of the program,
they're like, well, I better call now.
Otherwise, I'm not going to get the offer, which is true. But I'll tell you,
in the beginning, some people are like early adopters.
They're like, I've been waiting for this guy. I don't know who to call. Now I know who to call.

(42:58):
702-673-5495. We don't want to exclude anybody from these offers from air supply.
702-673-5495. Now, if you don't have a chance to call in, that's fine.
Put the phone number in your phone.
Once again, 702-673-5495. If you go to Air Supply's website,

(43:23):
you won't see this phone number. It's a different phone number because it's
a totally different offer.
Same company, same guy, Michael. Michael, but this is a special offer through Checker Pro Radio.
I asked him because he's my friend. I said, look, I'm going to have you on the
program, but I don't want you just to talk about stuff.
That's fine. You need to not just talk. You need to back it up.

(43:43):
You need to be able to solve problems for my listeners. And that's what he's done so far.
702-673-5495. Before we wrap up the program, let's go over all of these offers
again. How does that sound, Michael?
Good. Yes, please. All right. So if you have high utility bills,
if you've got issues in your home where it's hot in one room but not in another,

(44:05):
and your air quality is questionable,
your system's 10 years old or older, this is when you should call to get your
full system evaluation.
702-673-5495. You'll get an in-home estimate for free.
So they're going to evaluate it, And if they find something,

(44:25):
they're going to say, hey, this is all it's going to be.
Good news is, though, you guys are offering a no interest and no payments for six months financing.
And that's really important because a lot of people need something done now,
but they didn't budget for it, did they?
No, no. In fact, I would say about half of our clients don't really look at
replacement until the thing dies, right?

(44:48):
And then it's a rush and it's a hassle and it's a lot of pressure.
Again, if you plan a little bit farther ahead and you're looking at something
that's going to save you on your utility bills, take advantage of that federal
tax credit while you can.
Of course, right now we're throwing in that water heater and the air purification system.
Unselect high efficiency systems. That's the goal here is to get folks to stop

(45:09):
burning fossil fuels, to get their energy costs down, and to take pressure off of the grid.
Yeah, so you're going to save so much money with installing a brand new high-efficiency
air conditioning system.
So the system's going to save you money every day as it spins, all right?
But you're also going to get a free water heater valued at $1,200,

(45:34):
a deluxe home air purification system valued at $2,700, $2,000 back from the Fed.
It's a federal tax credit.
And to help you out, if you need a little bit of time, some financing.
And I know a lot of your customers don't need financing, but some do,
and it's great. Okay. Some people buy a car with cash, some finance.

(45:56):
So it doesn't matter, right? Whatever works best for you.
Lots of options there, Jim. You've got really low monthly payments that can
just slide right into a budget without upsetting the water too much.
Right now, because of incentives we're We're getting from the manufacturers
to incentivize people to invest in higher efficiency equipment.

(46:16):
The interest rates are actually lower. In fact, we even have no interest and
no payments for six months. Yeah, that's phenomenal.
That allows people to make that decision right now to do the right thing for the long term.
There's nothing worse than having a jalopy car or an old air conditioning system

(46:37):
and really not knowing when your next emergency is going to be.
Just a quick story here. I decided to get newer vehicles.
I was driving older cars, but it didn't pay.
And I'll tell you what happened. I got stuck on the interstate with cars passing
me on both sides at 75 miles an hour.
And I said, it's just not worth it, man.
It's not. The car was kaput and it was an expensive car.

(46:59):
It's a German car. So I went back to American and it's a newer car and it's safer, right?
So reliability is so important. I mean, sometimes people are willing to spend
more money, Michael, on reliability, right?
Just to make sure that when they wake up in the morning and come home at night,
the AC is running and it's cooled the house.

(47:20):
Yeah, reliability is everything. And then, you know, if something does go wrong,
knowing that someone's there, they can be on the spot, you know,
that same day to make sure it's okay.
But it's reliability, but it's reliability over time.
And the thing that we'd like to help people understand is that by investing
in better equipment and better maintenance and service, the system can last

(47:40):
years longer, which really adds to that savings, not just from the utilities,
but because the system doesn't need to be replaced for four or five more years.
It's not just investing in better equipment. It's investing in a better air conditioning company.
The people are so important. The business is so important. 20 years says they're

(48:04):
going to stay in business.
Two months says we don't know.
Two years, we don't know. 90% of all small businesses will fail within five years, give or take.
Eight to nine out of 10, somewhere in there. All right. After 20 years,
no, they're not going anywhere.
They're just going to keep moving forward. Too many left that were here when we started.

(48:27):
Yeah, exactly. Exactly. Soul Survivors, phone number 702-673-5495.
702-673-5495. I've said this before and I'll say it again.
If you don't feel you have a need today, still put Michael's phone number in your phone.

(48:49):
I would say years ago, put it in your address book, but we don't do that anymore. more.
Well, you know, Jim, I'd also recommend they keep the phone number handy because
again, we're talking about replacement as of today, doing a full evaluation
and you're giving them advice on what their options are.
But we also provide a free repair estimate for folks that maybe aren't ready
to replace the system. They just want to fix one.
We do a free estimate. There's a trip fee, but it does go towards the repair.

(49:14):
So it costs them absolutely nothing to have one of our technicians come out
and diagnose a faulty system that they might just want to repair.
No obligation. Call now.
702-673-5495. I like to say no obligation.
I'm not here to pressure anyone to call my friend Michael. I'm here to help

(49:34):
my listeners help themselves.
And Michael is my best solution here in Las Vegas for your air conditioning
needs. No obligation phone call.
Get your free full system evaluation.
We'll start there. And then all these offers, they'll explain more when they're at your house.
702-673-5495.

(49:58):
702-673-5495. If you have questions, too, as a follow-up, well,
give Michael and his team a call. Same phone number. Call.
They will be there to answer questions and set up your free no-obligation appointment.
This is so easy, and it's so nice to have you offer this, Michael.

(50:21):
I mean, I know many people are saying, my prayers are answered,
because people hesitate. Who do they call? Now they know.
Oh, absolutely. And please call. And by the way, if you're not quite ready to
set an appointment, you're not quite ready to invite one of us into your home,
it's okay to call and just ask some questions.
It's perfectly okay. Yeah, I find that's important, too, because some people need baby steps.

(50:45):
We're all very different. We have different personalities, and we also all approach
things a little differently.
And some people just want to kind of dip their toe in the water and get more
of a feeling of what air supply is about. out.
I have to say, you guys answer the phone very well. And that's important.
It is the first impression that my listeners get.

(51:07):
I've called your office before, one of the most professional.
It's not going to be one of these things like, hey, it's Hal here. Hold on a second.
I'm at the drive-through. Just give me a moment, right? I mean,
well- I hope not. I hope not, Jeff. No, no.
You guys don't do that. But there are a lot of home service companies in your industry to do that.
I know for 20 years, I've been working with roofers, foundation companies,

(51:33):
electricians, plumbers, HVAC, you name it.
And I know the routine and I've heard the phone calls. We know what it's like.
We've all been homeowners and I've been on the other side of this.
And especially in a climate where it's this hot and you're uncomfortable,
your system potentially failing or getting older, you're nervous.
You really need someone that's going to be compassionate, listen to what you're

(51:54):
trying to do and offer you some good friendly advice without a lot of pressure.
And that's something else too. If you're in the market currently and you've
had some bids, now would be a good time to talk with Michael and his team at
Air Supply because they can actually help you understand what you have in front of you.
We're wrapping up the show right now. Thank you once again, Michael.
I really appreciate it, my friend.

(52:16):
Thank you so much, Jim. I appreciate it. It's not too late, everybody.
One more chance, Lance, 702-673-5495. Call now to get your full system evaluation
from Air Supply. We'll see you next time right here on Checker Pro Radio. Have a great day.
