(00:00):
And the Check A Pro Radio Show starts now. I'm taking what they're giving because
I'm working for a living.
Hey, hey, hey, everybody. It's Check A Pro Joe.
Welcome to my radio program. It's so great to have you here each and every week.
Hey, for those of you who've got an unmanageable hot home, I want you to stay

(00:22):
tuned to my radio program today.
Today, I have got Adam Greer here in the Check A Pro studios from the Wise Attic
to help us all out with our unruly electric bills and discomfort in our homes
due to the heat. Hey, Adam, how are you doing?
I'm doing great, Jim. How are you? I am living the dream. Thank you so much

(00:43):
for joining me today here on the program.
Are you ready to help Houstonians with their discomfort, meaning the heat?
They're that comfortable in their home and those high utility bills.
Absolutely. And in fact, this is what makes me happy, to help people find their
solutions and get comfortable in their own home.
For those of you who've heard Adam here before and didn't have a chance to call

(01:04):
him, I'm going to give out his phone number right now because you know what he's going to say.
He's going to say some things that are going to get you to call.
And I want you to be one of the first callers today.
281-936-0559. Put the number in your phone right now. Now, 281-936-0559.

(01:25):
If you didn't get the number, don't worry about it. Adam and I will be giving
out the number throughout the program today.
Before we get into the nitty gritty, I understand you're willing to give eight
offers, these deals today, and we're going to dive into them in a moment.
Yep. Eight deals that are 100%. They bring value to you. They're not just a token giveaway. away.

(01:47):
I'm going to go right to the bottom line to one of these because I was crunching
some numbers and before we started the program Adam was explaining to me the
offers he has here on the radio program today.
They equal the value of everything, the freebies, what the government gives
back, the $200 radio show discount today, over $1,300 in value away for free.

(02:15):
Yes. That's a lot. That value is huge.
We're going to get that during the day. It is huge. Huge. And one reason why
it's huge, everybody, is because your tax dollars, whether you like it or not,
Uncle Sam is subsidizing the solar attic thing we talk about all the time.
Yes. And, you know, they want to give it to us. Let's get it.

(02:36):
Well, yeah, if they're going to take our money and then offer it back, don't be stubborn, OK?
Take what they've already taken from you. And so the federal government has a program.
It's a 30% federal energy tax credit, and it's for a number of different items.
It just so happens that the 30-watt, the 25-watt, the 70-watt solar attic fan

(03:00):
that we're going to talk about today that Adam installs in your home is part of that program.
Yes, each one of them. Remember which one? Or all of the above?
They're all going to get the credit. If you need two fans, three fans,
you get a credit for each one of them.
What's really cool too, Adam doesn't drop the fan off in a box and say,
well, you're going to get 30% off the purchase of that.
You're going to get 30% off the installation of the fan as well. Complete project, yes.

(03:25):
That's really nice the government allows that. Sometimes they have these crazy rules.
Well, you can discount this and rebate that, but not this. But they make it
easy, the whole thing. The whole thing.
So the cost you pay, that's going to be discounted. They're going to give you back some money.
Okay. Eight of my Checker Pro
Radio Show listeners today are going to be able to get in on this deal.
Here's the phone number, 281-936-0559.

(03:49):
I love giving out the phone number because without the phone number,
you won't get any of these deals that we're talking about. You can go to Adam's website.
You can go to Google and type in The Wise Addict. Go to the website,
but you're not going to find these deals.
Only here on Checker Pro Radio. Why do you offer it to me and my listeners?
Well, because I really appreciate what you do for the Houston community.
In those surrounding communities. And I love to help. So let's do this.

(04:14):
And I really appreciate it. So to my listeners, 281-936-0559.
Only eight people, the first eight people to call.
Let's start with the free attic efficiency assessment.
It's basically a free look-see in the attic to see how efficient the attic is operating.

(04:34):
Explain why that's important. And before you do, I want to say,
this is a free attic assessment.
Efficiency assessment. It's a free look-see in your attic by a qualified technician.
Adam will come out. Ordinarily $395. Check a pro deal here on the radio show.
It's absolutely free. There is no obligation.
281-936-0559. Again, 281-936-0559.

(04:58):
Adam will go up in your hot attic. He will do a free attic efficiency assessment.
What are you going to look at? We're going to look at a lot of things.
First, we're going to try to understand what really is going on.
We ask you some questions as we get there.
What's the reason for the phone call and you hot room over here, whatever utilities.
All right. So I'm gonna go up and try to find out what is happening in attic.
What really is the problem and what is the solution?

(05:21):
So that could be that your installation is insufficient.
Most times we're going to talk about the fans. You need more air moving to the
attic, but we're going to take a real evaluation.
How do we help you? I'm not just going to sell you stuff because you have me
out. If I can't help you, I'm not going to sell anything.
Your business isn't voodoo. It's not witchcraft. It's actually science.

(05:41):
You can't really fool anybody. Right. There are requirements for certain R value
in terms of depth of insulation.
So anyone can really determine if their R value is sufficient by measuring their insulation.
What would the homeowner do if they're up in their attic to measure the proper depth?
How do they know how deep it should be?
Well, firstly, you can simply take a ruler, go in

(06:04):
there and shove it down in the insulation till it hits the sheetrock how
many inches is that and then there's a formula to
figure out how what that r value is by depending on the inches and so
the target for houston is an r30 for the r value which is between 15 and 17
inches depending what you're what's going on up there and that's a simple task
and you don't have to walk around the whole attic putting that ruler in many

(06:26):
places just if it looks like it's pretty level then just Just find a spot,
stick a ruler in there, and you'll know what you got.
And by the way, if you have blown-in insulation, it'll never be level. It's kind of like...
A foot of snow, 18 inches of snow is kind of blown by the wind.
It's not completely flat. It's not the way it works.
But on average, if you measure it and it's 13 inches, most of it's going to be 13.

(06:50):
By the way, if you only have three, four, five, six, seven, eight inches,
you must call Adam and he can come out and top it off.
Here's his number, 281-936-0559, 281-936-0559.
What a lot of people don't know is they don't realize that they can keep,
in most instances, their existing insulation, and you can top it off.

(07:13):
It'll look fresh. It'll smell fresh.
And it will make a huge difference in their comfort and their utility bills.
Yes, that's absolutely right. And so people think the natural thought, I need more insulation.
I need to get rid of my old insulation. Why? Well, because it's dirty and it's been there for 20 years.
Maybe you can keep it. That's what we're going to try to do.
We have an enzyme treatment called AtticFresh.

(07:35):
And so that's what we'll do. We'll go and treat this insulation you have.
It'll sterilize it, freshen it.
And then we come in and top it off and, you know, save the money.
If you don't need to pull it out, keep it and let's use it.
Honestly, that's what most of your customers do. They have you go over it.
It's, you know, it's kind of like paint.
You don't have to take all the paint off the sheetrock, which is very difficult.

(07:56):
And you don't have to take the sheetrock off the studs to start over again to paint.
It's the same type of thing. Let's just go over it. And sometimes you need to
prime a wall before you repaint it.
Sometimes you need to put down an enzyme, like AtticFresh, before you put down
a new insulation. Explain that enzyme.
So it's an enzyme treatment that was developed for this exact purpose,
to go in and sterilize and clean up what's up there.

(08:19):
Refreshen it and salvage versus pulling it out.
Because pulling it out, you know, the average cost now is somewhere probably
around $1,000 at minimum to pull out your old. and then you got to not just
replace what you pulled out. You got to add to it.
Why not use it? If it's salvageable, in most cases it is, let's keep it,
top it off and you're good to go.
281-936-0559 to get your free attic efficiency assessment, ordinarily $395.

(08:45):
Absolutely free today here on Checker Pro Radio, 281-936-0559.
Let's talk about the deal on the attic insulation. Now, this is your blow-in product.
This is the white stuff, right? The CertainTeed? Yes. We use CertainTeed,
which is one of the most, I think, the most fantastic options out there.

(09:07):
It does not settle. It's designed to not settle. So once you put it in, that's it. One and done.
It's really the go-to blown-in insulation you're going to find in this marketplace.
It's been around forever, tried and true. It's the product you need.
It's not all that expensive. expensive it's only for a six inch ad a square

(09:27):
foot picture this everybody you've got a foot by a foot a six inch deep so it's
like half a cube all right a dollar 41 a square foot.
But wait. But wait. But wait. Adam, you brought a deal. $1. What? Oh, yeah, I did. $1.
Yes. Taking 40 cents off. That's a huge discount.

(09:49):
Now, for those of you who are trying to figure out, I don't understand what
$1 means per square foot. If you need six inches, let's say, okay?
If you need four, it'll be a little less. If you need eight inches,
it'll be a little more than this. If you've got a 2,000-square-foot home and
it's a two-story home, chances are your attic is 1,000 feet.
I'm not saying it is, but let's say you believe it's 1,000 feet.

(10:10):
1,000 feet times $1.41 would have been $1,400.
In this case, it's really just over $1,000.
Yes. Big savings. Huge. Huge savings.
And not only that, you're going to save money on the product today,
but you're going to save on utility bills for a lifetime. For a lifetime. time.
And you're going, your HVAC load is going to be taken off your unit.

(10:34):
That's going to help save you money. It's going to run more efficiently.
You're going to prevent premature deterioration of your roof shingles by dealing
with some of the things we're talking about today, the attic fan, that type of stuff.
There's lots of ways that you're going to save money with our, with our program.
Eight of my listeners are going to get the $395 attic efficiency assessment

(10:55):
for Call now, 281-936-0559.
Also, if you're one of the first eight callers, you will get this offer on blown-in
insulation if you need it.
There is no obligation to buy insulation or a solar attic fan today,
or the stairway insulator, the Draftmaster.
I love that. I can't wait to talk about that. You've got to call now to get

(11:16):
on the schedule for your free attic efficiency assessment, a $395 value.
You're getting it free, 281-936-0559. The Draftmaster, that's important too,
because after you blow in the insulation,
there's this void in that space we walk into our attic, whether we walk into
it or we crawl into it, we climb into it, there's no insulation in that doorway.

(11:41):
Right. And actually we install the Draftmaster before we blow in so we can bring
the insulation right up to the wall that is created by the Draftmaster.
And so it's a zippered hatch that stands on its own. It's super durable.
It'll last as long as your attic lasts.
And so it's a great product. It has R17 value actually, too far value.

(12:04):
We're going to take a quick break. When we come back, I want to talk more about
the Draftmaster. Call now, 281-936-0559 to get your free attic efficiency assessment.
Adam and I will be right back right after this right here on Checker Pro Radio. Stand by.
Missed part of today's radio show? No problem. Go to CheckerPro.com to hear

(12:26):

CheckerPro.com. Did you get Adam's phone number? Once again, it's 281-936-0559.
1-888-281-936-0559. Call now to save money today.
You know, this summer may be the hottest summer on record. That's what I said

(12:46):
last year. And it keeps getting hotter and hotter and hotter.
And that means our electric bills go up. And not only that, the wear and tear
on our AC systems, on our roof and other appliances is just too much.
We're all just losing too much in the heat. I've got some good news, though.
My friends at The Wise Attic have helpful solutions to save us money this summer

(13:09):
on our utility bills, as well as keeping us comfortable in our homes all summer long.
You've got to call right now, 281-936-0559. Once again, 281-936-0559 to get
your free attic inspection.
Adam and his team from The Wise Attic will come out at no obligation,

(13:31):
no cost to you, to take a look in your attic to determine if you have enough
attic insulation and ventilation.
Call now, 281-936-0559. So start with the free attic inspection.
It's the best way to ensure that you're saving money and feeling more comfortable this summer.
Hey, I'll tell you a secret. I got my inspection a few years ago.

(13:54):
I got six inches of additional blown-in insulation.
I got a solar attic fan. And I got my free Draftmaster. Yeah,
that's the attic stairway insulator.
Get your free attic inspection today. Get your free Draftmaster attic stairway insulator today.
Call 281-936-0559.

(14:15):
Again, 281-936-0559.
Call now. out.
And back here on the Checker Pro Radio Show, I am Checker Pro Joe.
I love doing what I do, helping you save money and have more comfort in your home today.
My friend Adam Greer is joining me from the Wise Attic. His number, 281-936-0559.

(14:40):
281-936-0559. If you've just tuned in, And make sure you have that number handy.
We started off with eight offers to my listeners today. Adam, we're only down to six.
Poof, they go fast. They do go fast. Now, if you've just tuned in,
you're wondering, what am I dialing for? What is the offer today?

(15:02):
If you have a hot attic, which many of us do, your electric bills,
your utility bills are higher than they need to be.
Your air conditioning system is going to wear out sooner.
And you're less comfortable in your home. There's many other things that could be going wrong.
You've got appliances up there, whether it's the air conditioning system itself,
you've got water heaters, all kinds of stuff.

(15:23):
You want to be able to protect things in your attic.
And so it's important to have proper ventilation.
And insulation. So when we went to break, we had just finished talking about
the blow-in insulation, the certainty and the offer, which we'll get to again.
And we got into the attic stairway insulator called the Draftmaster.

(15:44):
By the way, I have a Draftmaster and it is a phenomenal product.
Explain why it's so important that you install one when you put insulation in the attic.
So it's important for a couple of reasons. First, just from the efficiency side
of things, The amount of air that is leaking out of the average attic door,
sometimes those things are barely even closed. They're dumping air.

(16:04):
But you want to stop that air leak into the house.
So that's a first level of defense.
The second thing, by putting it up before we blow in, it allows us to bring
that insulation right up to the door versus having to hold it back so that every
time you open your door, you don't dump insulation onto your floor and make a mess.
So we put it in first, and we go in and blow on our insulation,
and you have 100% coverage.

(16:25):
So if someone calls today, 281-936-0559, and they say, I really want the insulation,
but I really don't want to spend the $299 on the Draftmaster,
what do you tell them? Well, guess what?
I'm going to offer them the radio special, even if they didn't hear us here, honestly.

(16:45):
We're going to take care of them. It is such an important piece of this process
that we want people to have that. So you're going to give them the Draftmaster
when they get more insulation. Yes.
That's a huge offer, everybody. So listen up. When you get insulation,
if you need $1,000 worth of insulation, $1,500, $2,000, whatever it is,

(17:06):
Adam is going to give you the Draftmaster Attic Stairway Insulator that's worth $299 for free.
That's one of the deals that he's offering today on the radio.
This isn't something that you get when you
call from his website or you call in a couple of
weeks this is the deal today it's worth
over 299 to me it's not just the the attic stairway insulator itself and the

(17:31):
installation price it's what you save over time where the real value is right
and that's the one thing people have to go it's this and it begins the day we
install all this stuff you may not notice it for a couple days let your attic get,
acclimated to the new insulation and ventilation and everything,
but you're going to immediately begin to benefit from this.
It is worth every bit that you will spend, but today you're going to save a lot. Yeah.

(17:55):
$299 free. Call now, 281-936-0559.
281-936-0559. I need to make this very clear. We're talking about some free things.
Some things are absolutely free with no purchase just necessary.
If you want the attic stairway insulated, the Draftmaster, you just have to
buy some insulation or a solar attic fan.

(18:18):
And I would like to move into the solar attic fan right now,
then we'll go back to insulation again so we can cover that for the people who haven't tuned in yet.
I have a solar attic fan. I've got
the 30 watt. I know you have a 25 watt option, a 30 watt and a 70 watt.
I want you to talk about the differences, but before you do that,

(18:38):
Why is it important to have a solar attic fan in your attic on your roof here in Houston, Texas?
Well, the amount of heat that is up in there in the attic. So the idea that
you need insulation is usually most people's thought.
But you may have plenty of insulation. The first defense is air exchange in the attic.

(18:59):
You want to exchange the air as many times per hour as possible.
Static situations where, you know, air hock or ridge vent, they might be exchanging
one or two times per hour.
Put a solar fan in there, you're going to get every six minutes a complete air exchange.
That, the idea, the target is to have the attic air.

(19:19):
Within 10 degrees of the outside temperature versus 150, 160 degrees without ventilation.
So it's a critical component to defending your utilities, making your home comfortable.
For the past couple of summers, we have broken records here in the greater Houston area.
Actually, a lot of the world has broken records, apparently.
Hotter than ever. The attic space is dangerously hot. I wouldn't spend time

(19:45):
up there in the summertime.
It can reach 150 degrees easily when it's 100 degrees outside.
That's a 50 degree difference.
So what Adam is saying is it's important to bring the attic temperature as close
to the outside ambient temperature as possible.
It will do a few things. Your insulation won't have to work as hard.

(20:07):
Now you're thinking the insulation doesn't move.
It's still doing a job, even though it's static and is there.
If there's less heat up there, that means it has to resist less coming in.
Your air conditioning system is not going to work as hard. So it's going to
save you on electricity today and it's going to last longer.
Your roof deck, your shingles will appreciate the inside of the attic not being as hot.

(20:30):
So you're going to spend less money on maintenance and on replacement of your
decking and your roof shingles.
It goes on and on and on and on.
The federal government is paying 30% of this fan and the installation is part
of that 30%. Can I go through this deal? Yes, please. Okay.

(20:50):
Hold on, everybody. Hold on to your hat because this is really too good to believe.
The solar attic fan, the normal price, if you were to call Adam on a regular day, $1,575.
This fan runs on its own, doesn't need to be plugged in. It's using the energy
from the sun. It's got a humidistat. It's got a thermostat.
It doesn't need maintenance. It just does what it does, and it pulls the hot

(21:13):
air out of your attic all day long.
There's a $200 radio show discount, however. So now it's only $13.75.
But wait, the federal government says, hey, we want to help out.
They're going to take 30% off of that, which is a value of $412.
That's real money coming back to you from the federal government. Now it's only $963.

(21:38):
It keeps going down though, okay?
$612 in savings today on the radio show and a free attic stairway insulator,
which means that's another $299 off. The total savings of all of this value is over $1,300.
When you apply that back into the cost of the fan, your cost of the fan in dollars

(22:02):
is $269 after you get all that value installed.
That's almost free. It's almost free. free, compared to the $1,575.
Yes. And it's because the federal government's giving money back.
It's because Adam is giving $200 off.
It's because he's giving a $299 Draftmaster
for free, whether you buy the insulation or the solar attic fan.

(22:24):
Many of the people who listen to the program, who have called Adam in the past,
get all three, right? They need an insulation top off.
Of course, you put in the attic stairway insulator, the Draftmaster,
and sometimes before that, to get the attic kind of cooled off before your guys
get in there to blow, you put in a solar attic fan.
Yes. Yeah. It is the first line of defense, but which comes first,

(22:46):
the chicken or the egg? They both matter, insulation and ventilation.
But let's make sure the ventilation is working appropriately,
and then we can put in whatever you need.
And it's usually not as much as you think you need for insulation once the air is moving out of there.
Okay. Only five of these offers left.
Started off with eight, three are gone. Call now, 281-936-0559.

(23:09):
Again, a little slower, 281-936-0559. It's hot.
I don't remember having as many heat advisories.
I hear it all the time, whether it's on the news or I get an alert on my phone,
heat advisory, I'm thinking it's Houston, it's always hot.
But I guess there's a difference between 98 and 108.

(23:32):
Apparently, it's a big difference. We've seen triple digit up to 115 and 118
feel like temp. Yes, which is brutal.
Brutal. It's brutal on us. Think about you don't want to go outside because it's hot.
Your attic is blazing if you're not taking care of things like this.
And the attic needs to be treated well.
It shouldn't be neglected or abused.

(23:54):
And you are neglecting and you are abusing your attic if it's over 101 degrees.
It should be close to that outside temperature.
So honestly, if it's 100 degrees outside and it's 150 in your attic,
you're abusing your house. You are.
I know it sounds silly, but it's true. That's true. Yeah, that's a fantastic way to look at it.

(24:15):
You're abusing your own and it's deteriorating because it's becoming weaker
and it's just falling apart because this is happening in your attic.
And a lot of people don't realize it. You know, the roofer says you need a new
roof. You're like, okay, but the roofer doesn't explain why.
The AC guy says, hey, your AC needs to be replaced. You're like,
okay, but the AC guy doesn't say why.
Adam is trained in coming up into your attic and taking a look and telling you why.

(24:41):
He's kind of like a doctor or a scientist. No, he's not.
Don't check with the state to see if he has a license as a doctor.
But he has this experience of, okay, if it's this hot outside,
it shouldn't be more than this much inside.
If there are only three inches of insulation, it's not enough.
If there's not enough ventilation, which is purely calculated,

(25:07):
I mean, you can calculate that, then you have a solution.
And the best solution is an active system. And the best active system is one
that runs off the sun's energy and has a lifetime warranty.
Right. In fact, can I share a quick story about one we just installed?
We just recently installed a 70-watt fan, 3,500-square-foot attic space.
And again, the target is 10 degrees difference. The second day after we installed

(25:32):
it, 2.30 in the afternoon, I get a text from the client, and he showed me his
readings. Outside temp was 100.
Attic temp was 103 at 2.30.
Now, you'll never get your attic lower than the outside if the sun's beating on your house.
It just doesn't work that way. But a three-degree difference,
that's a win. Way under 10.

1-888-281-936-0559. Call now to save money today.
You know, this summer may be the hottest summer on record. That's what I said
last year. And it keeps getting hotter and hotter and hotter.
And that means our electric bills go up. And not only that, the wear and tear
on our AC systems, on our roof and other appliances is just too much.

(26:41):
We're all just losing too much in the heat. I've got got some good news though.
My friends at The Wise Attic have helpful solutions to save us money this summer
on our utility bills, as well as keeping us comfortable in our homes all summer long.
You've got to call right now, 281-936-0559.

(27:02):
Once again, 281-936-0559 to get your free attic inspection.
Adam and his team from The Wise Attic will come out at no obligation,
no cost to you, to take a look in your attic to determine if you have enough
attic insulation and ventilation.
Call now, 281-936-0559. So start with the free attic inspection.

(27:26):
It's the best way to ensure that you're saving money and feeling more comfortable this summer.
Hey, I'll tell you a secret. I got my inspection a few years ago.
I got six inches of additional blown-in insulation.
I got a solar attic fan. And I got my free Draftmaster. Yeah,
that's the attic stairway insulator.
Get your free attic inspection today. Get your free Draftmaster attic stairway insulator today.

(27:52):
Call 281-936-0559.
Again, 281-936-0559.
Call now.
Music.
You may recognize this song. It's Glenn Frey, The Heat Is On. Very appropriate song.

(28:15):
I would say The Heat Is On for the most part here in Houston,
Texas. Wouldn't you agree? The Heat Is On.
We only get a few months of...
Mm, less than hot. How about that? It's really less than hot. We don't get cold.
Occasionally, we get a snap, but that's nothing compared to people who live
in Minnesota. They laugh at us when we say, oh, it's 38 degrees.

(28:38):
For most of the year, we have a problem. It doesn't matter what time of year
the federal government is giving a 30% federal energy tax credit on the solar attic fan.
It doesn't matter when you get your insulation or your solar attic fan.
And the reason why I bring that up is, well, I need to do it in August because it's hot.

(28:59):
If you're going to live in your house next August, you can do it in September,
October, November, December, January.
I find it interesting, though, that people wait until they have a problem.
They don't get their car maintained until the wheel falls off. Yeah. Hmm.
Or they don't go to the dentist until their tooth is aching, that type of stuff.

(29:20):
So my point is, is if you're going to be in your house when it's hot, get this done.
Now, it's real hot right now. You guys are busy. Do you want to go into the
attic and help people today? For sure.
And so, yes, we'll go in there. It doesn't matter what time of the day it is.
We like to do it first thing in the morning if we can, but yeah, it's brutal. It is.

(29:42):
Call now to get your free attic efficiency assessment,
ordinarily $3.95, only zero dollars
today okay zero it's free absolutely
free no obligation call now 281-936-0559
absolutely free it's worth almost four hundred dollars 281-936-0559 if adam

(30:05):
finds something he'll bring it to your attention and he's not going to make
you buy anything but you'll be be informed to make a decision to either add insulation,
remove and add the insulation,
freshen it up, put more ventilation in with a solar attic fan.
And he knows which one and how many.
It could be 170.
It could be 230s. It could be 325s possibly. It depends on the math.

(30:31):
Yeah. In fact, we're doing one, two weeks that needs a 30 and a 25.
It's a two story, but the master bedroom is on the bottom floor.
The attics don't connect and it's only 400 square feet.
25 is all he needs for down there. So we'll find the right combination to make
sure that you're not overspending, but getting everything you need.
Okay. We started off the program with eight offers, eight deals today from the wise attic.

(30:58):
Thank you, Adam. I appreciate that. You're welcome. There's only four left. Half are gone.
The way this works is we start off with the free attic efficiency assessment.
That's basically an inspection of your attic that Adam does.
Absolutely free. There is no obligation. Nothing to worry about.
Ordinarily, $395 is free today. Call now, 281-936-0559.

(31:22):
281-936-0559. If you need insulation for a six-inch ad, it's only $1.01, ordinarily $1.41.
What does that mean? We've said it before.
You can easily measure your attic. If you live in a two-story home,
2,000 square feet, your attic's probably 1,000 square feet. If you live in a

(31:46):
one-story home and it's 1,500 square feet, the attic is probably 1,500 square feet.
So if it's a single-story home, you're going to have more attic in general than a two-story home.
You don't need twice as much insulation in a two-story home than you do a one-story home.
Right. R-value is R-value. R-value is R-value. Now, the upside to a two-story

(32:08):
home is if you spend a lot of time on your first floor, you've got the whole
second floor to help insulate.
I mean, there's no question. And you would be more comfortable on the first
floor of any home if there's ones above it.
So if you're thinking of renting an apartment, don't get the top one,
guys, right? That's true.
Absolutely. Get on the bottom because your energy bills would be a lot less.
People are insulating it.

(32:29):
The problem is, is people are walking above you as well. 281-936-0559.
Call now to get your attic efficiency assessment.
$395 off, which means free for my Checker Pro radio show listeners.
So if you have a thousand square foot attic, it's not $1,400 today. It's only $1,000.

(32:49):
What is 1.01 times it? That's $1,010?
$1,010, yeah. Yeah, $1,010. Not a lot of money at all.
And you're getting the $395 off of the efficiency assessment to begin with.
On top of that, Adam is going to throw in the Draftmaster, the attic stairway insulator, worth $299.

(33:11):
I've got two of these. I've got multiple accesses to my attic. These are fantastic.
You're going to get 40 cents off a square foot.
You're going to get a $299 Draftmaster for free, and you're getting the attic
efficiency assessment worth $395 for free.
And that's just on the insulation side. We haven't even talked about the fan again. Right.

(33:35):
Let's talk about the solar attic fan now, because the insulation is important,
but getting the heat out is important as we've been talking about throughout the program.
The number one thing I want to mention is the federal energy tax credit,
30% off if it's one fan, if it's two fans, or if you need three fans,
30% off. Now, before I get into that, I don't want to scare people.
Most people aren't going to need three, four, or five fans.

(33:58):
Most people who listen to this radio program don't have houses that big.
Right. One to two is often the case, right?
Yeah. And if the attic is pretty straightforward, it's just basically a rectangle or a square, one is good.
The times you have to put in the multiples is often when those attics get really,
creative on their design and the airflow is just not going to work with just
one. So we need to make that attic efficient.

(34:20):
And if it takes two or takes three, on occasion it does, then that's what you're going to have to do.
Yeah. Yeah, there are some larger homes, often two-story homes,
sometimes single-story homes, 6,000, 7,000, 8,000 square feet that have complicated
roof lines. Complicated.
Even trying to crawl through them to insulation can be a bear.
Yeah. But for those of us who don't have those large homes and we have a simple

(34:42):
house, often one will work.
I have one 30-watt in my home, and my home is just under 4,000 square feet.
So it gives you an idea. It goes a long way.
Yes, it goes a long way. And again, we're not going to oversell because that
actually can be, you know, defeat of two. You, if you put too much up there, it won't work.

(35:04):
You need to have the right amount. So we're going to look at what it really
takes to make the air move in your attic.
Absolutely. Call now 281-936-0559, 281-936-0559.
There's only a few of these offers left. If you've just tuned in,
we're giving away or Adam is from the wise attic, giving away an attic efficiency

(35:25):
assessment for your attic.
$395 is what it costs. $395, absolutely free today.
If you get insulation, if you get a solar attic fan, you will get an attic stairway
insulated, the Draftmaster free. That's worth $299.
That's fantastic. Fantastic. The offers are beyond real.

(35:50):
I want people to understand a lot of this is coming from the government and
some of this coming from Adam. So I want to thank you so much.
Oh, thank you. I like to work with our government, you know, hand in hand.
You and the government working together. Very, very interesting scene. 281-936-0559.
Adam has been in other businesses before. He's told me he has a passion for this business.

(36:17):
There's, there's like formulas and science behind But beyond that,
he really wants to help his neighbors here in Houston save money and be more
comfortable in their home.
And that's really a flip that, be more comfortable and save money.
It's miserable. I'm miserable in my own home. You know, we all don't like living in this heat.
And so let's make it bearable and enjoyable in our homes.

(36:41):
It all starts with the attic efficiency assessment, what I like to call an attic
inspection. That's kind of the simple terms.
Adam's going to go up in the attic and he's going to look at your insulation.
He's going to look at your ventilation.
He can tell very quickly if something's up. He has his nose open as well. Yes.
Because of rat feces, maybe a corpse, meaning an animal.

(37:04):
And so that could be a problem. It can be a problem.
And that's one of the first things. You pull that thing down,
if it has that musty, stinky, cat box type of smell, we got to remove that insulation usually.
But unless it's that bad, just treat it with the enzyme, clean it up,
and you're good to go. Let's talk a little bit about AtticFresh. It's an enzyme.
It's not a very expensive treatment, but it's well worth it. Well worth it.

(37:27):
It's like 21 cents a square foot versus pulling out all your insulation,
which I have already said earlier, is minimum $1,000.
So a few hundred dollars, you clean that up, salvage your insulation. and then make it better.
281-936-0559. I want all of my listeners to have an opportunity to have Adam
come out absolutely free.

(37:48):
I've said it before in the show and I'll say it again. It's not $395, it's free.
F-R-E-E to you, my listeners today here on the radio. 281-936-0559.
Certaintied insulation. It's what I have in my attic as well.
It is an easy, quick, efficient home improvement that doesn't cost a lot of money.

(38:13):
That's a lot to put on a marquee, a lot to put on a van or a truck. But what I said is true.
It's quick. You guys do it quick, efficiently.
The value is huge, short and long-term by the end of the day.
So when Adam comes out to your home and blows in
another six inches of insulation and puts a solar attic
fan in your attic and he does it by 11 o'clock

(38:36):
in the morning or by noon in the afternoon you won't feel the heat like you
did the previous afternoon correct all right you know what that music means

Check a pro radio. I am check a pro Joe. Thank you so much for joining me here on the program.

(41:16):
You know, a lot of people ask me why I'm playing music from the 1980s.
Well, to be honest with you, because a lot of people who listen to my radio
program, listen to that stuff in the eighties and some are even older than that.
Cause eighties are the best generation.
It is when you're from the eighties. You know, I, I find that interesting because my father, he's 93.
He doesn't really see it that way. I wonder why, because he didn't grow up then.

(41:38):
Yeah. People say the best music was from the eighties.
Interesting though, because the Beatles weren't playing in the eighties.
I'm just saying, okay, there can go 281-936, one of my favorite bands, 281-936-0559.
If you haven't heard of the Beatles, they're from Liverpool.
Have you heard of the Beatles? I think I have. Yes. Yeah. Didn't they drive
on a yellow submarine or? Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.

(42:02):
281-936-0559. The Wise Attic. We had eight.
We only have one left and it's going to go soon. So when that goes,
I'm going to ask ahead of time, are you going to offer up one or two more to
bring us to 10 offers or are you going to keep it at eight?
Oh, you know, you drive a hard bargain, Jim. Let's do it. 10.
Okay. All right. So we have three left.

(42:25):
Kind of fun. It's like credits in the machine, right?
When you're in Vegas, just add a couple more credits. When you're playing Pac-Man,
throw another quarter in. Go, go, go.
More credits. Only three left. Call now, 281-936-0559. There is no excuse to not call.
If you live in a home, you own the home, you spend time in your home,
your utility bills are high, and there are hot and cold spots in your home. Hmm.

(42:50):
Like you might have a bedroom that's real hot. And you're like,
the rest of the house isn't so hot.
Why is that one bedroom hot? likely insulation problem.
Yes. Could be ventilation problem.
Could be a hot attic problem.
Adam will find out really quick because for free, he'll go up in the attic and
he'll see what's above that room.
Yes. And honestly, it usually is a hot attic problem because the duct work is just being cooked.

(43:16):
And so that air is going through, it's getting to the farthest end of the house
and it's just hot, hotter than when it lifts the AC unit.
I'm glad you brought that up because the duct work is something we haven't spoken
about on today's program.
One of the advantages to cooling your attic off with a solar attic fan and insulating
your attic is protecting the duct work, the supply lines of duct work from the air.

(43:41):
Putting very cool air out. It's supposed to arrive in your living space as cool air.
There's all kinds of problems with a hot attic. For obvious reasons,
it's not as cool when it comes out of the register.
And then there's condensation issues. So there's moisture issues which cause
mildew and mold and other things.
Yeah. And that's another big advantage to air movement.

(44:03):
Keep that moisture out of the attic. Cycle that air, cycle that air, cycle that air. Yeah.
And that's what the solar attic fan does. It has a built-in thermostat and humidistat.
So it will only go on when it hits a certain temperature.
And in the wintertime, for instance, it won't come on if it doesn't need to,

(44:24):
to keep the heat up there for those few months that we like to have whatever
heat we can have to keep our house warm.
And if it's really humid, it'll come on. To your point, move the air. Yes.
Move there. And people ask like, why didn't you let it run all,
you know, when the sun goes down, it quits running.
Why don't we want to run all night? You don't want to bring the evening dew into that.

(44:45):
So there's another, that's the point of thermostatic control.
You want that thing on when it needs to be and off when it's supposed to be.
I like to call my solar attic fan, my 30 watt fan, a smart fan.
Is that fair? That's fair.
Yes. It's using sun for the energy and it's using a thermostat and a humidistat for climate control.

(45:05):
And it really is...
No maintenance. It's not low maintenance. It's no maintenance.
And here is a beautiful thing about it. If for some reason something did go
wrong, you have a lifetime warranty on it.
Yes. Yeah, the manufacturer offers a lifetime warranty. So we honor that.
I've had my fan for years.

(45:27):
Still spins. Still spins. Every day. Yeah. Do you hear it spinning?
Nope. I have to go look at it. Why don't you hear it spinning?
Because very low decibels. It's very hard to hear that fan. And it's whisper quiet.
Whisper quiet. Yeah. So what I have to do is I pull my attic stairway down.
I unzip my attic stairway insulator, the Draftmaster, which I love, by the way.

(45:50):
I keep the lights off in the attic and I look up and I can see where the sun is coming through.
And you can see the spinning of the fan blade. And then I know what's going
on. But I cannot hear it. I just spoke with a potential client this morning.
And he said he had a ridge vent put in because he used to have the whirlybirds.
And it was, it's unfortunate that he was sold on closing those holes and going with the ridge vent.

(46:11):
But I asked him why. He said, because those were so loud.
They just, they drove us crazy. Yeah.
So if that's what you have up there, go with the solar. Don't close those holes.
Let's drop a fan in the hole. Yeah. You already have that opening in your roof for ventilation.
And when we say hole, it's, don't be afraid. There's a lot of holes in your roof.
Everything that burns a fossil fuel is sticking through there,

(46:33):
right? Right. So you've got your furnace, you've got your water heater,
you've got all your vent pipes for your plumbing.
There are many, many, many. Many holes. Okay.
The roof is designed for that. Now, just don't have a hole in your roof and
not have the right application.
You have to have the right product in there. And so when Adam installs the solar

(46:54):
attic fan, he's using caulk, it's screwed down properly.
It's important because you don't want any moisture getting into the house.
Yeah, when we leave, it's one of those things, if it's leaking,
you don't know until it's too late.
So we need to guarantee for our own sake that that thing is secure and sealed up.
They're becoming more and more common now, I think, the solar-powered fan.

(47:15):
When I first started talking about it and when I had one installed years ago,
I thought I was kind of a trailblazer with it.
Do you find that a lot of people are calling you now saying,
yeah, I understand what one is. When can I get one installed?
Yes, because if you don't have a solar fan, but you have a mechanical fan,
it's usually electric. And people are realizing it's burned out,
which they burn out in about 12 years.

(47:36):
So people are getting away from electricity for all kinds of reasons.
One, these fire hazards of the electric fan. You look that up on YouTube.
That's a biggie for fire hazards. So you want a solar attic fan that's whisper
quiet, one and done, drop it and forget about it.
The last hurricane we had wiped out my electricity for a while,

(47:57):
but guess what? My solar attic fan was still working. It kept on going. It did.
It's very well made, by the way. So I have to say this because if you ever get
close to one, and usually you don't because they're on the roof.
As a homeowner, you're not going to be on top of this thing all the time.
But before Adam installs it, you've got to check this thing out.
It's like a tank. Yes. Yeah, it's solid.

(48:19):
It's built well. The manufacturer stands behind his product.
No, absolutely. Call now, 281-936-0559. Jerry, our engineer who has all the
calls go through his system, he tells me there is only one left. Oof.
One out of four. Even with the extras. With the bonus too, one left.
Call now, 281-936-0559. Call to get your attic efficiency assessment,

(48:41):
ordinarily $395, absolutely free.
Get your discount of $0.40 off certainty blown-in insulation for a six-inch ad.
Wow, $0.40 off. That just blows my mind. You'll get a free attic stairway insulator.
It's called the Draftmaster.
I have one. I have two, actually, for two different entrances to two different attics I have.

(49:02):
Regular price, $299 today, absolutely free if you get insulation or a solar
attic fan. Before we wrap it up, let's talk about the deal on the solar attic
fan because the solar attic fan deal, the numbers just keep going lower and
lower as we go through it.
There's like one, two, three, there's about six lines here of numbers on my sheet.

(49:22):
30% federal energy tax credit, but it starts off with $200 off of the $1,575
for the radio show listener today.
Thank you for bringing that. So if you're listening today, it's not $1,575, it's only $1,375.
The Fed says, we'll give you 30% back on a federal energy tax credit. That's $412 off.

(49:43):
So now you're down to $963 already. That's mind-blowing. And we're not even done yet.
$963. Yeah. Wow. And then the attic stairway insulator, you'll get that for free.
That's a $299 value. And the...
Efficiency assessment. Adam's in the attic for a good amount of time. That's worth $395.

(50:05):
$1,306, give or take a penny. Give or take a penny. In free stuff to our listener.
Legitimate free stuff. Yes. If we were to charge you, it would be another $1,300, right?
So it's free. So really, on the fan side of it,
your net cost is $269 installed for a lifetime product, meaning if something

(50:31):
were to happen to it, it would get replaced for free. Yep. That's crazy.
Totally. Crazy. Thank you, federal government. We appreciate you.
281-936-0559.
Adam often gets more calls than offers we have.
Maybe he'll be kind. Try him.
But please call within this hour. If you call later, I can't guarantee he will

(50:53):
have these. He can't give this away to everybody. I mean, figure it out.
Not everyone can get this offer. Not everyone, no.
281-936-0559.
Put the phone number in your phone. If you don't want to do this now,
don't call, but put it in your phone.
I say that because we want to help people in Houston get their house comfortable

(51:17):
and we want to save them money.
That's a mission of Adam and his team at the Wise Attic. So don't call if you
really don't want them to come out.
Right. You can call if you have some real questions, real legitimate questions.
But yeah, save the spaces for those who are trying to get in.
281-936-0559. I'm going to go over everything again, all the free stuff and all the discounts.

(51:43):
Going to start off with the free attic efficiency assessment worth $395.
Absolutely free. Adam's going to go up in the attic and take a look at that.
Your discount on the attic insulation, certainty blown in.
And of course, 30% off federal energy tax credit for the solar attic fan.
And everybody who purchases anything is going to get the $299 Draftmaster for free. For free.

(52:08):
Adam, as always, thank you so much for coming in. My pleasure.
Thank you. Okay. Have a good day, everybody.
