In this episode, I talk about neuroplasticity to demystify it as a concept by looking at it more like a process that is constantly in motion because it characterizes the very notion of evolution. The fact that we're made of drugs speaks to this idea that we are always going through changes in neurochemical structure from one state of consciousness to another. Just as emotions are primary drivers of our physiology, our neurological wiring compliments this ability we have to influence our states of being. The best news is that we have a choice in how we think, feel, and behave. In the coming new year, let's use it wisely!
I hope you enjoy this episode and the reading from my book.
