We’re continuing down the CliftonStrengths path and diving deeper into the third type of strengths, Influencing strengths…the strengths that explain how people move others to action.
I share examples of the Influencing strengths I have, as well as the ones I absolutely do not, including Competition. If this is a strength of yours, and if you care about winning even a little, I’m the last one you’ll ever want to play Monopoly, basketball, or pretty much anything with because I don’t.
