Becoming a parent is something that is really hard to prepare for, but there are lots of services and support systems in place to help guide and support parents along the way. One of these is the organisation COPE which provides support for the emotional challenges of becoming a parent.

COPE is a not-for-profit organisation devoted to reducing the impacts of emotional and mental health problems in the pre and postnatal periods. Dr Nicole Highet joins us to talk about the emotional changes we all face becoming new parents and what support and services COPE offers new parents.
