Today we are joined by a lovely guest; Rima Zigaitis. Rima is a Mindset & MRKH Coach that is dedicated to guiding women to accept and transform their relationship with their difficult diagnosis and live a life of wholeness. 

.

At 16 years old,  Rima was diagnosed with MRKH, a condition in which a person is born without a uterus, cervix or vagina. Even after getting treatment, she struggled with her identity as a woman and her sense of self-worth. After carrying this diagnosis like a heavy secret for far too long, she embarked on her own personal healing journey to an empowered life.

Realising she didn’t want any other girl to struggle alone like she did, Rima took her decades-long career in adult learning and professional coaching and dedicated it to work with women with MRKH and other difficult diagnoses. Today, Rima helps guide women to accept themselves fully and live a life of wholeness.
