How long should my podcast episodes be?

Do I need to talk for an hour? Half an hour? 10 minutes?

How do people determine what length is right for them? How do you know how long your audience wants your show to be? Can having the wrong length for my show impact it negatively somehow?

I get it. There are a lot of different successful shows out there, but they are all different but you dont know which example to follow.

The answer that nobody wants to hear is, of course, “it depends”

Dont worry though, in this episode we break it all down. We’ll cover:

  • How to find out what length is right for you
  • Advantages and Disadvantages of each option
  • Impact on Listen Through Rate (LTR)
