Today we’re diving headfirst into the world of energy healing to discuss an even deeper level of the ways these methods can touch your lives, particularly for those of us with fur babies at home. As anyone with a pet understands, these tiny members of our families have a heightened awareness of our emotions, sensing not only changes in our moods and lifestyles but also being able to pick up on internal changes in our bodies that even we might not be aware of. Pets are incredibly in tune with their owner’s body and minds, and oftentimes the behaviors we are observing in our pets are responses to things that are actually happening within ourselves.
As a Body Code practitioner and lover of animals herself, Chelsy has worked directly with Allison’s dog Emma to try to quell some of the anxieties and less than ideal behaviors that she has experienced since she joined her family. Today we’re breaking down what kind of an impact that work has had on Emma, and spilling the kibble on the secret language that exists between our animal friends and their owners. Chelsy helps us to understand how our pets pick up on our stresses and drama, as well as providing some advice on creating a foundation of healthy boundaries with your pet throughout that energy transfer.
