Today Allison and Chelsy are cozying into a beautiful conversation about balancing the scales between the divine masculine and the divine feminine energies, and identifying how you can utilize each of these parts of yourself for healing and growth in your own life. Feminine energy, often characterized by receiving, listening to your intuition, and allowing yourself to fluidly feel and be, is contrasted by masculine energy, which we recognize as driven and logical, projecting and giving and pointing the way towards the goal with plan in mind. Living too entirely in that masculine mindset can very quickly become a recipe for being controlling and aggressive, while allowing the flow of the emotional feminine to completely overtake your logical brain can create a feeling of powerlessness and foster codependency. As with many things, the sweetest spot lies somewhere in the middle. Join us as we explore our own experiences with the flow between, and how we can recognize and identify those energies within ourselves.
