(00:10):
Take a look behind the curtain with a real whistle blower, an
American patriot. Prepare to embrace the
uncomfortable truth because thisprogram has no time for
comforting lies. Here is civil liberties
enthusiast, Second Amendment defender, and recovering FBI
agent Kyle Seraphin. Well, hello my friends, Welcome
(00:38):
to the Kyle Seraphin Show. Today is Monday, December the
15th, halfway to the last month, end of the year, and it was kind
of a rough weekend here in the Seraphin house.
We got some really bad news thatmy buddy Steve Friend was
terminated from the FBI. We're going to go over the
termination. We're going to go over the
circumstances surrounding it, which I think is going to be
(00:58):
interesting to you all. And and then the world in
general had kind of a rough weekend.
We had a shooting that was down in Australia.
We'll go into some of that and Ithink it's drawn a parallel to a
shooting that happened at Brown University.
I'm less interested in the shooting.
That's the inevitability of living in the world where human
beings are armed and people havebad ideas and there's evil.
(01:21):
We're in the Advent season, so it shouldn't be surprising to
people that there is darkness and that light is constantly
trying to break free. But what I'm going to do is kind
of zoom back out of this. We're going to talk a little bit
with a gun control debate that continues to happen.
I I feel like we're just living in this this silly.
(01:43):
It's like a police procedural. It's the same thing that you'd
see if you watched like really bad theater or if you watched
some kind of a formulaic drama where you can lay out what's
going to happen. Person does bad thing, depending
on who the person is, we're going to get some information or
not. Law enforcement does what they
do. Community grieves, people lose
(02:04):
their lives. Some people are hurt.
And then some people come out infavor of freedom and some people
come out in favor of tyranny. And they always want to end up
trying to, you know, capitalize on these tragedies.
So I, I see both sides of it. None of that has anything to do
with whether or not Americans should have liberty.
None of it has any. I I don't hear anyone calling
(02:24):
about common sense restrictions on on free speech, even though
they act that way. Nobody will say it out loud.
We need to restrict free speech. And so we continue to have this
God-given right to defend ourselves in this country that
people act like it's not just a second tiered right, but that
maybe it's negotiable and maybe that their feelings have
(02:45):
something to do with whether or not you can physically.
I mean, imagine if they were trying to say that you could own
a car or not, and or whether youcould own hammers or anything
else that could be used as a weapon system.
What we've proven. And right now we're talking
about a story, a pipe bombing scenario that happened on
January the 6th, January the 5thof 2021.
(03:06):
It's interesting to me that whether or not you have access
to a particular weapon system, human beings will find a way to
do the things they need to do. And especially if it's evil,
they're going to find a way. They always have.
And so Australia is a pretty good example of that right now.
The guys there were using like straight pole bolt action rifles
and shotguns. You know, it's not the most
(03:27):
efficient tool, but it's the tool that they had.
So that's what they used. So we'll get into that.
But maybe the bigger story for me is I can't tell whether the
FBI is now setting up the current director and that means
setting up Donald Trump to look like an absolute fool, or
whether there has a a creeping level of incompetence.
And I'm 5050 on that. But I'm starting to lean a
(03:49):
little bit more. If I was going to start tipping
one way or another, my, my energy is leaning towards an FBI
that wants to show that if you want to fire people for stupid
reasons and if you want to go out against all of the instincts
that that that government employees would have, there is a
push back. And the push back is you're
going to look like a damn fool. Our FBI director just did
(04:12):
another swing and a miss. A big, big whiff.
Took a victory lap on Sunday, a thirsty ass victory lap at that.
Saying we've got a guy in custody in the FB is great work.
Helped us get there and we knocked down the door and we
pulled this guy into custody. This is in the Brown University
shooting. And this morning, breaking news,
they had to let the guy go, the guy that they found, the one
(04:34):
from Wisconsin. That's a developing situation
right now. And so it's actually proving
what my buddy Steve friend said, that these guys are so thirsty
for a win for dad, Dad being Donald Trump in this case, that
they are now making asses of themselves.
And they're also making ass of the American justice system.
And more importantly, maybe the the weaponized government that
(04:57):
we thought we were worried about.
It's actually being weaponized, but not in the way that we
thought. I mean, it's just being
weaponized for stupidity. And so we're seeing a otherwise
competent investigative agency take its ability to go after
certain people and it did. And we saw that for years.
And then rather than correct it and de weaponize, what they've
done is they've just said, OK, fine, we're just going to make a
fool of you. That's what I think is going on.
(05:19):
This is an estimation and I'm open to being wrong later on,
but this is kind of the preliminary evidence shows
they're not that incompetent. And Patel continues to step on
Rakes that he places down. And maybe I'm starting to
believe that there's members inside the FBI that are putting
them down there as well. It's his own fault.
He had an opportunity to correctthe problem and give them a win
(05:41):
for employees saying, listen, let's do the right thing.
Let's get the people that actually want to do what
Americans signed up to do, you know, and, and what we expect of
our law enforcement agencies to be depoliticized, to be
completely just following the facts.
They could have done that. And then he started demanding
loyalty tests and putting security details on his
girlfriend and flying around in a private jet when the
(06:02):
government was shut down and people weren't getting paid in
the office, but then deciding topay certain people and not other
people. All of that is antithetical to
an honorable position. And so he's I think he's reaping
what he sowed. I don't know how long Donald
Trump allows him to embarrass him.
I've got some evidence that thatjust happened.
And so we'll just keep going. We're going to see where it
goes. Let's let's pivot real quickly
(06:22):
before we get deep into the weeds and talk about my friends
over at Patriot Protect, the website ispatriot-protect.com
slash Kyle. We're grateful for all of our
sponsors that step in here and, you know, support what it is
that we're doing in this program, folks, there are
e-mail, ChatGPT, AT&T, Door Dash, Comcast, you name it.
Like any of the companies that you may interact with online.
(06:44):
All of these things have the potential of being hacked, and
these ones in particular had compromises and security
breaches in just the last few months.
The leaks will always expose things like names and e-mail
addresses, but sometimes your actual physical address, your
phone number, and it'll tell things like your behavioral
patterns. That's why these companies even
exist in the 1st place. A lot of them are just taking
down data about you. And if the scammers get a hold
of it, then they can actually target you.
(07:06):
Data brokers will publish these things for clicks.
Scammers will buy them for cheap.
And then you are now online withyour home and your family and
your habits and your age and your income and your online
footprint and everything that might be needed to calculate
whether or not you're a useful target.
If you want to make yourself a harder target, sign up with
something like Patriot Protect. That's the ones that we use in
this house. That's what my parents use.
(07:26):
patriot-protect.com slash Kyle. Save yourself on the annual
subscription by going to that website.
Use my name at checkout. And what you're going to get is
the search and destroy protocol that keeps you out of the pile
of leads for these scumbags to try to take your stuff.
Nobody likes the idea of it. It's very inexpensive.
We're talking about paying for ounces of prevention versus the
(07:47):
pounds of cure. The average American loses over
$600.00 per year when it comes to how much they are scammed.
It's usually not one $600.00 thing per year.
It's usually like 110 thousand or $15,000 scam per decade.
So don't be in that category. It may be a small risk, but it
costs very, very little to keep yourself away from it.
So that's what we want to recommend to you guys.
(08:08):
And again, we use the same storyhere.
Let's get into today's program. Check out Patreon
dashprotect.com slash Kyle link in the show description.
And here we go. So thirsty for a win for Dad.
(08:30):
That was the words. Those were the words of Steve
Friend a week ago last Friday. There it is.
There's this attempt to get thatwin.
I think that he was likely briefed by people like the FBI
since they mentioned here's Donald Trump's true social
stacked back-to-back. Quote, I've been briefed on the
shooting that took place at Brown University in Rhode
(08:52):
Island. The FBI is on scene.
That leads me to believe that's who told him what's going on.
Boss. You can imagine the call, boss,
our guys are on scene from Boston and the suspect is in
custody. God bless the victims and the
families of the victims. That's a reasonable thing to
say. You're the president.
You're not, you're not running the FBI directly, nor are you
(09:15):
running local responses to essentially what is a local
crime. It's not a federal crime per SE.
Someone shooting on a universityand then you got the follow up
20 minutes later. And man, how many of these are
we going to do? The Brown University police
reverse their previous statement.
The suspect is not in custody. Well, they didn't really
actually reverse their their statement, did they?
(09:38):
They did not. What they did was have to go out
and say you're getting bad Intel.
And the bad Intel is not coming from us.
It's coming from somewhere else.So maybe, just maybe, you might
want to not have some of this nonsense coming out and it turns
out I, I would suspect it's actually folks coming from our,
(10:03):
it's coming from our own government.
Not a great look to have that sort of thing happening.
Let's go to a little clip here and I'm going to pull a couple
of clips that in in real time. I got a clip of a mom being
interviewed about this. It always goes straight to
emotion. We played you a little clip and
maybe a palate cleanse the otherday that was talking about how
the emotionality the world is dangerous and then people try to
(10:23):
sell you something. That's why this is such good
business when it comes to something like CNN.
So here's a little taste of how CNN covered it in real time.
Putting a mom on the phone. Apparently their kid was safe.
But that doesn't mean that you're not going to get the the
emotional pull of we better do something.
It's a. Nightmare.
It's a nightmare. They were, they were in the
middle finals, so they were all on campus studying at the
(10:47):
library. And about an hour and a half
ago, the first text I get from my son is mom, there's a live
shooting on campus and I'm goingto run and I love you.
I was like, what? So we've only been texting and
I'm getting live updates from him because he's been, We've
(11:08):
told him to turn off his phone, not to make a single sound, But
he's in the supply closet room on campus, barricaded with 12
students. They've turned off the lights.
They've put chairs on their door.
One of his classmates is having a panic attack, so the friends
are trying to keep her quiet so that no sounds are being made.
(11:31):
They have a radio update that they're getting as students, and
the most recent update is that there's nobody in custody and
there's an active shooter that'sstill on campus.
There's some casualties, but we don't know how many.
We just know that their situation is not resolved at
all. So not a lot of value in that.
(11:51):
A lot of emotion though, and obviously really sad and scary.
How many people that are going to Brown University you think
have a background that know how to handle a weapon system?
How many veterans are going there?
I remember when I went to schoolat Texas State, this would have
gone back to 2013. I, I was obviously out of the
Air Force at that point in time.I'm a grown up in my 30s, and I
(12:12):
decided to go back and take someclasses.
So I go there and I'm pretty confident they had a policy that
said we couldn't carry a weapon and that wasn't good enough for
me because I don't really care. I'd rather somebody find out
that I was trespassing and kicked off campus, then find
myself in one of those scenarioswhere I'm hiding in the closet
with some girl that's hyperventilating and hoping that
some guy with a with a weapon system doesn't come in and start
(12:34):
executing my classmates. So I just carried a little small
9mm handgun. It's an opportunity to resist.
It didn't cause anybody any damage.
I'm a competent carrier. I carried, you know, with the
CHL and so on. I think now you can do that in
Texas. At the time, I don't think you
could and I don't think I cared.I never felt like it was a
reasonable idea to negotiate with the government about quote
(12:54):
UN quote, rights that we believeare God-given.
Call me crazy. Maybe that is a crazy position.
But the joke that I used to havewith my buddies, we have this
map, the United States, it's gotall the states, they're all red,
and it says these are the statesthat you can carry a gun in if
you're not. And then it has an expletive.
That's what I believe. If you don't negotiate with the
(13:17):
government for your rights, you just exercise them.
And if the government wants to come in, what are the, I mean,
this is the other thing. What is the danger of, of
carrying and not needing? It's the kind of like having a
seat belt on. Like I don't regularly run my
vehicle into things. And in fact, even the small
accidents I've had, I'm not surea seat belt made a difference
because it wasn't a big deal, but I'd rather have it than not.
I put it on. That's just the way that we
(13:38):
operate, right? It's a, it's a, it doesn't cost
anything to have it on. And if you don't have it and you
need it, it could be really bad. It's the same thing as carrying
a jacket. Some of you ladies don't like to
carry jackets. You make your men carry your
jackets. There's a whole routine in our
family that we do. We saw some TikTok video where
this girl's like doing it was Liza Schlesinger.
She does this whole thing about carrying a jacket, not carrying
(13:58):
a jacket. I carry jackets for my kids.
Why? Why do you carry a windbreaker?
Because the wind might pick up. Why do you put on a keep a
raincoat in the back of the car?You could because it might be
raining and it wasn't when you left.
Maybe you're out for a couple hours and you don't want to get,
you know, destroyed by wet weather.
OK, fine. It I mean, it doesn't cost you
anything. You just you put it away.
This is the attitude that most of us that carry a weapon, it's
(14:19):
not like we're carrying it like looking for trouble.
It's that there's trouble in theworld and we might find it.
And I don't want to be caught inthe closet with a parent or my
wife calling into CNN and cryingon air panic that I'm going to
have to rely on fighting a guy with a gun with a chair.
I'm going to fight a guy with a gun with a gun no matter where I
go. I don't care what the rules are
and I, and I'm just telling you right now, I, if you meet me,
(14:41):
I'm armed. The end always.
I don't care. I don't know.
I can't read those signs. I don't negotiate with the
government or anybody else. And if they want to throw me out
or not do business with me, that's OK too.
I don't want to do business withpeople that that that infringe
on simple things because I am totally competent.
I'm the same guy that used to work at the FBI when I was
allowed to carry a gun on an airplane.
(15:02):
And I prefer that. There's a lot of you that are
perfectly competent, perfectly capable, make good decisions.
And of course, this took place in a place where nobody's
allowed to have a gun. And everybody who followed those
rules, they got to experience terror.
And I'm, I'm horrified for them. It's an awful scenario.
So everybody turns around and what do they do?
They blame the gun, they blame the situation, they blame
(15:26):
society. Nobody wants to blame the fact
that we have values as as a as avalued problem.
My neighbors and I had this little conversation in the
cul-de-sac the other day. We got out and we're like, OK,
American culture is screwed up right now.
It's not good. The solution to it is not more
government or more law, as it turns out, it's probably more
value of human life. And that's only going to come
(15:47):
from you interacting with other people in places where you might
actually have value for their life.
It's not going to be on social media.
We know that for sure. Doggone it.
I know that reading my my feed, it's going to come from human
beings making a decision. And no government and no law is
going to stop somebody because they already broke some laws if
(16:08):
they decided to go out and kill people, didn't they?
This is so simple. But anyway, it can't be.
It can't be solved the way this is a thing that I wanted to
cover because this is truly frustrating to me.
This is the last update that we got from the director of the
FBI. There's one of the pictures from
his feed. Let's show it right here and I'm
going to play you the Sunday morning update.
We got update 22 hours ago. It's the last and most current
(16:30):
thing from our most transparent FBI update on the FB is response
to the Brown University. Again, this is that thirsty for
a win stuff. FBI Boston established a
communications post to to intake, develop and analyze
leads and run into the ground. OK, we've activated the the FB
is cast the cellular analysis survey team same kind of people
(16:50):
you'd have that were going afterthe pipe bomber in theory
provide critical geolocation capabilities and as a result,
FBI safe streets task force readthat FBI plus quote UN quote.
Local partners, with assistance from the United States Marshall
and the Coventry RI PD detained a person of interest in a hotel
room in Coventry, RI based off alead from Providence, RI PD.
(17:16):
All right, this is where it getsweird because they claimed
victory. Let's do the let's do the video
of them claiming victory. Here it is.
And then you guys are going to be shocked, but swinging a miss.
It's a whiff. They had to let the person go.
Let's at least hear how it was covered 24 hours ago.
As I mentioned at the press briefing before this, I'll
reiterate right now in in this day and age, there is a lot of
(17:40):
misinformation that can spread. As it pertains to official
updates regarding the shelter inplace or any future
announcements, please follow theCity of Providence official
social media channels. We've also put out updates
through our 311 system, but the City of Providence on Twitter,
Facebook, and Instagram will be updating throughout the the
(18:00):
evening. If that did not come from an
official channel, then it is notofficial.
Right now. The shelter in place is the same
as it had been earlier and it remains the same.
All right, so this is their thatofficial channel that they're
talking about that was the mayor.
So Providence and let's scroll back town timeline a little bit.
They are looking for tips. So this is on the 13th on the
14th, very minimal information, kind of like not thirsty for a
(18:23):
win for dad kind of stuff. And here we have it detained
person of interest connection with yesterday's shooting at
Brown and the shelter in place has been lifted.
So they've got somebody in custody.
Oops. Turns out we have an update.
Here it is. Let's just throw it on the
screen. Update, Person of interest in
custody, that doesn't fit very well.
And then nine hours ago, we had to announce that the person of
interest is being released beyond the investigation remains
(18:46):
ongoing, fully active. Uh oh, that's not a good sign,
is it? They're asking for all video
evidence and any kind of tips orphotos and so on and they should
be sent to the FB is tip line orthey're local.
Let's do the Fox News thing. Here's the Fox News of them
announcing it yesterday morning.Again, how many of these are we
going to take? Because I don't remember ever
seeing this before. For whatever it's worth, I don't
(19:08):
recall ever seeing. We got him.
Oops, wrong guy. We had to release him.
Please send us your tips. Maybe you all can remember some
examples of this. The shooter is still at large as
the chat is now asking. Yeah, that's what we're
learning. We're learning that despite
announcing everything's fine, kind of like they did in the
(19:29):
middle of the Charlie Kirk manhunt, right when they were
looking for somebody, whoever itwas that killed Charlie Kirk,
they said we got him. There's a person in custody,
Turns out not the guy. This is a similar sort of
announcement. This is the Fox News thing.
Sorry, this is what I thought. I had queued up first.
The federal agents and the geolocation tools that were used
(19:49):
to track the cell phone of the person of interest to a hotel in
Coventry, RI, just before 4:00 AM Eastern this morning.
The hotel again where this person was detained only about
20 minutes from Brown's campus. Patel wrote that it all came
together based on a lead from Providence police, but when
Providence leaders were asked for more specific.
(20:11):
Today, they repeatedly said theycouldn't say anything else.
The shooter opened fire more open fired more than 49mm rounds
inside a classroom in the engineering building, per a law
enforcement official. Students inside said the
attacker shouted something before firing.
The shooting killed 2 students and left nine others injured.
(20:33):
The attack also forced the campus into an overnight
lockdown that wasn't lifted until shortly before 6:00 AM
local time. Surveillance video released by
police is believed to show the suspect someone dressed in dark
clothing that appears to walk calmly away from the scene.
The shooting again killed 2 students, left nine others
(20:55):
injured. The attack and police.
They had this to say when they were pressed about why there are
not more visuals of the person who inflicted so much terror.
So what we shared with you the other day is what we have that
we could share and then we'll continue to, again, we're
continuing to collect evidence as we speak.
We have detectives out there trying to continue to find SO.
(21:19):
And we don't know the identitiesof the victims at this hour.
But Brown's Provost said that all remaining classics classes,
exams and papers of the semesters of the semester have
been cancelled. Yikes.
Yeah, so they cancelled stuff. I get that.
How about this? How about a a a full on release
(21:40):
of not just who the person, you know, who they who they that
they grab somebody, a person of interest, they actually named
the person and they went into a whole background detail.
This stuff looks like it was allleaked.
This is not a good situation. Benjamin Erickson released from
custody. They went into the whole
background on who this guy was. Now I'm seeing this story was
updated last night. I was reading about his military
(22:02):
history. They went out there and they
reached in and found places thathe had trained.
They went out and talked to people that he had worked in the
military with. And then now they have this sort
of backtracking scenario and there's this funny little
playback and forth. Right now, Providence is saying
that the FBI got the tip. The FBI is claiming that
Providence got the tip. All of this looks desperate and
thirsty. It's almost like Steve Friend
(22:23):
was 100% correct and that they will grab and put anybody in
custody simply to make sure thatthey don't look bad.
And who looks bad? If you ask me, it's our FBI,
which is not incompetent. It's not.
And occasionally you get the wrong person, but you don't go
out and announce it. That's how you know that it
wasn't a big deal. Investigations are fluid.
They happen ongoing, especially in the spur of the moment.
(22:45):
If you're out there in the middle of a manhunt, You don't
tell people we got them when youdon't know who the him is and
you don't know if the him is theright guy.
Oh, you found a guy in a hotel room and he happens to have a
small Glock and a revolver. How many people are staying in
hotel rooms with one or more guns in this country right now?
They're away from home, and that's what they did.
(23:05):
He was in the military and he chose to use a Glock and a
revolver to go into a classroom.Come on now.
None of that makes any sense either.
Let me just read from this storyhere, and I'm going to leave
Donald Trump's true social postsas a reminder of what we're
talking about. The Providence Mayor Brett
Smiley confirmed in a press release, while Rhode Island
Attorney General Peter Naraham explained that investigators
(23:26):
initially followed leads that appeared to point to Ericsson
but later determined those leadswere incorrect.
Well, we wouldn't know the screwups if it wasn't for somebody
out there trying to get credit for them before they actually
have earned the credit. This is the equivalent of like
hitting send on a draft e-mail when you haven't proof read it,
or turning in your first draft and you haven't had an editor
come and look at it and you havegrammatical errors and you have
(23:48):
factually inaccurate statements. This guy said sometimes you head
in One Direction, then you have to regroup and go in another.
That's actually true. That's very true.
Investigations are a fluid untilyou actually lock down what the
case is. I would liken it to trying to
keep a tarp down in heavy winds and until you can start stamping
down certain corners of the the tarp, it could be all up in the
(24:09):
air. To go out there and advertise
that we've got it under control while the tarp is still flapping
madly in the wind is foolish. And there's only one group that
I keep seeing do it over and over again, and it's the people
in the 7th floor at the FBI. They are doing what did what,
what did my friend refer to it as?
Ready fire aim right. God forbid we care about the
accuracy. What we care about is being
(24:30):
first. That's like the same thing that
you'd think that a Dan Bongino rule would apply to and, and,
and maybe a Cash Patel, who spent a lot of time in media
would understand. You don't have to be first.
You just have to be right. That's my rule here.
If I can try to do it, I don't need to break news.
It's not my goal. We might break a little bit of
news today, but it's not my goalto break news.
(24:51):
I just want to be right if I can.
And if I'm wrong, then I easily fix it.
But we have a much smaller platform and I'm not advising.
The president of the United States Attorney general for
Rhode Island says, unfortunately, it was really
unfortunate that this person's name was leaked to the public.
It's hard to put that back in the bottle.
Yeah, no kidding. His name is at the top.
His his photograph went out to all of the crime reporters that
(25:12):
were covering the story. So what damage was done to this
guy's reputation? How many people won't even see
this on the retraction? And they'll just always assume
like, hey, weren't you the guy that they arrested for that
thing? People who knew him, people that
might employ him. That's the first result that's
going to pop up. You're going to see FBI released
him from custody. And the context is what unclear,
(25:32):
but at least we got some really thirsty shots of the cast team
working in the rain and the evidence collection guys going
out there and doing that. It's not a good look when the
agency that is meant to get things right, they don't need,
they're not a they're not a newsorganization.
So what's Donald Trump say aboutthis now?
Because this is pretty bad, I would think.
And again, here's the WashingtonPost covering it.
(25:54):
Authorities are still seeking the gunman because they released
the person of interest 24 hours later.
Now we had the shooting happenedlike 2 days ago.
That's a long, that's a pretty good jump start.
And the guy was able to just walk away.
Did you guys see the video? And how bad?
I don't know if we're just living in a in a silly timeline,
but this is apparently like, this doesn't make me think you
(26:14):
want to catch somebody. The best footage they had was
this FBI poster. I'm a play it for you.
I think we can loop it. Yeah, let's do a loop real
quick. Check this out.
That's it. I'm just going to turn the
(26:35):
volume down on that. I'm going to leave it on the
screen and and just in case any of you recognize people from
grainy footage walking backwards, I think we could
probably, that might be Bigfoot. The traffic signal is not even
in good. You can't even see what it says
on the traffic line. OK, so there's a guy walking.
Apparently that's a person walking away from the
university. Please help us find this person
of interest. If you recognize people from the
(26:57):
back. You know what would be really
helpful in this, weirdly enough, would be like a gait analysis.
Would would that be helpful to you if you had a gait analysis?
Why is the grass green by the way, too?
Can we also just add in that I don't see any snow on the
ground, but apparently, like when you go over and you look at
what the FBI was responding to, there's snow everywhere and the
whole campus is covered in snow.Is anyone else looking at this
and, and wondering like, is thateven?
(27:19):
Is that even the same time? Is that coming from the same
moment, Huh. Yeah.
So anyway, if you recognize people from the back wearing
dark jackets and a hat and and dark shoes and dark pants, if
you can recognize that gate, perhaps you also can help the
FBI out. Well, like, we're just, we're
(27:40):
living in a very silly and unserious time.
And it bothers me that the people who used to have like
basic, at least the FBI was goodat a basic competency of
manhunts. So my question then comes down
to, are we talking about an agency that has the Boston field
office responding, They're going, you know what?
We're going to embarrass the living hell out of this guy.
(28:01):
We're going to show Donald Trumpthat you put the wrong person in
charge and we're going to do it in a way that he can recognize
because apparently he responds to social media and Twitter
pressure and and bad Fox News hits.
How do you try to cover that up?Well, you go out and you call
your buddy John Solomon and you say we've had a pretty rotten
run right now. Maybe you would give us some
(28:23):
favorable press coverage. Could you help me regain my
image? Let me sit down with you and
let's do a A1 on one where I tell you that the FBI was
politically hijacked and I talk real tough.
And so there you have it. This is the most recent update
from John Solomon as of last night, after a terrible press
(28:44):
conference, after a disastrous like announcement of we've got
the guy, we got the wrong guy, we're going to do this.
We are not weaponized. We are not politicized.
We're removing the fangs of weaponization.
Who uses those terms? Fangs, attack dog weaponization.
Who uses those? Where do you think those came
from? Anyone, anybody in our chat know
where that comes from? He said it's a contrast to the
(29:06):
to the FBI under Chris Ray. I don't think so.
I'm seeing the same exact. In fact, I'm seeing a Dumber FBI
now than what we previously saw.Got this fun little little taste
of what does it look like when Cash Battelle goes out and talks
to his buddy John Solomon? Does it seem like it's a hard
hitting interview? Is this something where he's
going to give you nothing but truth and and everybody should
(29:29):
trust what he has to say or are we talking about we talking
about guy that goes out and is so desperate for a win that he's
going to announce the wrong person and he's got nothing?
You got a goose egg. This is this is at least strike
two with a swing and a miss might be worse.
The men and women of the FBI I've known always wanted to do
the work. The thing that surprised me the
(29:49):
most is that that prior leadership allowed so many
people who had a political motivation to operate a law
enforcement agency. I knew there was something.
Remember, I ran the Russia investigation, so I knew that
there was a number of folks there, but I made a commitment.
To the American people and the President Trump, when I got this
job, we're going to we're going to find them all.
And I think there's more that wefound in this FBI in these short
(30:12):
seven months than the American public ever even expected.
And we've expelled all of them. And if there's anyone remaining
that's doing a weaponization or politicization at the Bureau,
they're going to be removed. Immediately, I don't think he's
wrong, but the person who's weaponizing and politicizing the
FBI is the guy that said that statement.
Isn't that something? Isn't it funny when projection
(30:34):
just makes it out? I think God has a sense of
humor. Sometimes.
It's really awful that we're living through it, but he just
said that we've gotten everybodythat's a problem.
Well, you're part of the problemthere.
Cash. And forget about what you
promised the American people. How about what you promised
Steve Friend and Garretta Boyle and Zach Shofstall and just
(30:58):
Mike, how about what you promised me?
Because you said you were going to do it right and you blew it.
You absolutely failed. And you were going to see
lawsuit after lawsuit. You're going to see the FBI
continue to lose those lawsuits because the things he did was
completely improper. And if he had just listened to
somebody who knew what they weretalking about and wanted the
best and doesn't want to work inthe FBI ever again, I have no
(31:19):
interest in never doing it. I did want you to win, bud.
But you blew it. And now your reputation is going
to take a hit. And all we're going to do is
look at it, point at you and laugh like a Simpsons episode
because he did to yourself. We're going to get more into
that in a second. I've got some 2 little bits of
news. First, we're going to go over
Steve Friends termination letter, which I think is
incredibly telling. We're also going to play the
(31:40):
offending clip that was listed as a threat.
I'm going to show you that the the FBI actually broke the law.
And that means whether it was Patel or Bongino or somebody
else, maybe maybe Ben Williamsonin the FBI 7th floor, one of you
broke the law and you violated the Federal Privacy Act in 1974,
which does not allow you to share this information about a
(32:01):
regular employees employment status.
So I'm going to show you that because we've got the text
messages from the New York Post to be able to just give you a
little taste of what goes on there.
You want to talk about politicization and
weaponization? I've got it and I've got it here
in spades. So we'll do that one second
after we talk about my friends at Patriot Supply.
themypatriotsupply.com slash Kyle is the website.
(32:21):
They're doing a Christmas special.
You probably heard about it lastweek.
If you listen to the program andyou can give the gift of food
security. It's the second thing behind
maybe a weapon system that you might want is something that you
can make sure that you can feed yourself calories to be able to
to run the weapon system. It's a buy one get 2 free
Christmas special. You guys have to check it out
all month long. If you buy one of their
emergency food kits, they're going to give you 2 additional
(32:43):
ones that you can give as a gift.
And maybe that's a little nudge or maybe it's actually something
that that just gets somebody on the right.
So or maybe it just adds to a supply they've already got.
These are going to be a four week emergency food kit that you
can keep for yourself. You can give it to someone you
love to they throw in two one week kits, which could easily go
into like a vehicle or they could go into a bug out bag or
they could go to your your kid in college.
You may need to be able to, you know, do an E&E and make it back
(33:04):
home. The one week kits are perfect
gifts for anybody on your list who is not right there on the
preparedness. Or maybe they're already there
and they just want to add to it and they want to add it to a
vehicle or something else that'stransient.
Put it in their work backpack. These days, it makes sense to
have emergency food stored away.I have friends that got stuck on
I-95. That's a thing on the on the
East Coast. And they could be stuck in your
in your car for, you know, a dayor two.
Wouldn't it be nice if you didn't have to sit there and
(33:26):
hope that you had some, you know, gummy bears or something
or you had like a, an old candy bar?
How about real food? That might be a thing.
All right, you're going to get aunique and meaningful Christmas
gift for your family. It's mypatriotsupply.com slash
Kyle. Again, mypatriotsupply.com/kyle.
This is a company we believe in here in the Seraphin House.
We've got the 90 day kit sittingunderneath my stairs.
It's ready to go and you can always add a little bit.
(33:48):
This stuff will last for up to 25 years when it's stored
properly, which just means kept out of direct sunlight.
That's not a bad idea. This is a long lasting gift.
I like to think of it as a food investment.
All right, so we're going to do a little more on that, but check
out them link in the show description as usual.
All right. He rejected the claim that it
was politicized. Should we give you a little
taste of what got my buddy? Let's just let's do this.
(34:10):
Let's read the letter. Let's read the letter.
Miranda Devine reported on it. Thank you, Miranda Devine, for
continuing to be a friend to thesuspendables.
And here it is all right. Also counting on this one just
just for funsies, because I'll, I'll scroll up and read it.
This is Father VI. Don't know Father V, but Father
(34:32):
V, let's open up his tab real quickly.
Is a Catholic priest. And he claims, and I don't have
any reason to doubt him because he's a Catholic priest.
And more importantly, it sounds like he he taught Steve friend
at Notre Dame. He says Steve was on my staff at
Notre Dame. I've known him as a man of the
highest integrity. Oh, you don't have anybody
(34:53):
putting those things out about Cash Patel.
The people there are all about politics.
So here you go, Hero, FBI whistleblower, real Steve
friend. Our frequent guest has been
fired by FBI Director Cash Patel.
And I can vouch for Steve's integrity.
Remember, Miranda Devine was theperson who broke his story.
My story went out to Dan Bongino.
His went out to Miranda. He's got a great relationship
with her. For many years she Steve has
(35:14):
been pushed to the breaking point and after waiting out the
Biden administration to receive justice, he was only slapped in
the face, anonymously smeared, and then betrayed by Cash Patel
and Dan Bongino. These are strong words.
This is the reason why Bongino lost her when he stopped acting
honorably and he referred to heras Deep State Divine the other
day. This is like a bunch of like
kind of BS drama. Except it's not.
(35:36):
It's not just a a personal spat or feud.
This actually reflects the sort of character that that agency is
being led by, which is low character.
They should have reinstated him immediately like Scott Besson
did with Gary Shapley and Joe Ziegler.
Remember, there is a precedent for them doing better in this
administration. It's not every single department
that is failing, but this one, the DOJ certainly does.
(35:57):
And the only person we know that's gotten back into the job
is my buddy Gerardo Boyle. He's doing the job, but he
hasn't gotten his back pay. They haven't gotten his leave
right. As far as I know, they still
have him on the wrong insurance. They did everything they could
to screw with this guy. They gave him the wrong pay
grade when he came back. And so Steve was never
reinstated, not in any meaningful way.
I'm going to read you the the letter, which we're going to do
(36:17):
almost in its entirety. This came from the Jacksonville
field office. It's signed by Director Cash
Patel. This is pretty personal.
This is another one of these personally.
You're now going to find yourself on the list having to
explain what happened. He's going to have to go because
there's obviously going to be a lawsuit about this.
Dear Mr. Friend, this document provides official notice that
you're being summarily dismissedfrom your position at the FBI
(36:38):
and removed from federal serviceunder my authority as the FBI
director, effective immediately. The problem is, you'd have to
actually probably show that he was in fact reinstated to the
FBI, which is obviously not the case.
He had no security clearance. He had no background check on
file. He had no independent access to
the buildings. He had no access to the computer
systems. He had no chain of command when
he was speaking to me. They were randomly paying him
(37:00):
small amounts of money which arenot enough for his paycheck
which we looked into. This is such a you guys are
calling it petulant and vindictive juvenile behavior in
the chat. That is exactly it.
This is a small man doing stupidly small things.
You've demonstrated unprofessional conduct and poor
judgment. Specifically after being
reinstated September 2025. This is what it's going to hinge
(37:23):
on because he was never reinstated September of 2025.
Just because you signed the letter and you're in material
breach of it doesn't mean you did it.
I think it's kind of ironic and I as I read this, I had this
moment last night. Steve Friends spent a huge chunk
of his FBI career working on Indian reservations.
And isn't it funny that a guy who tried to bring Justice to an
(37:43):
Indian Reservation, which is nota place where justice lives, had
the exact same experience signing a treaty with the United
States government as a lot of the Indian tribes did?
That they just went back on their word and they just said
we're stronger and we're going to do whatever the hell we want.
They are not honorable people that signed this agreement.
On August 26th, you entered intoa settlement with the Department
(38:03):
of Justice. On September 21, 2025, you were
reinstated in a paid duty statusas an FBI special agent.
Nobody knows about this, by the way.
He got no update, no contact, nosaying, here's your access to
the administrative policies. Here's what we signed on.
Have you ever been to a job where somebody hired you on but
didn't tell you to come to work, didn't tell you what you were
going to do, who you reported to, what the the pay was going
(38:26):
to be, give you access to a leave and earning statement,
give you a paycheck with any sort of background, they just
randomly start putting money into your account.
They could have done this the right way.
They chose not to and it was it was on purpose.
And if a a an agency that has 38,000 people, many of whom are
in the support support employee, what they call professional
staff. If you couldn't get your HR
people to figure out how to get one guy rehired and put back
(38:51):
into the job. If you couldn't figure that out,
then you should probably be disbanded for the incompetence
of that. It's one thing I would bet you
that they spent more money trying to figure out how to
screw over and what back pay they could sort of peddle on
with oh Boyle and and Steve friend.
Then they actually would have topay these guys.
(39:12):
I bet you there are 6 figure salaries locked up and they are
constantly trying to tweak this to screw it over rather than
just rounding up and being like we owe you this much money.
It's just the salary for this number of years.
It would have cost nothing to dothat.
They could have just said three years times the following
salaries, whatever. Nope.
And they still didn't pay these guys.
They're over three months in arrears now, coming up on like
(39:32):
four months. How do you fire somebody that's
never actually been reinstated just because you claim it is not
so? And I'm sure that the lawsuit is
going to actually go ahead and expose this.
In October 2025, you participated in a public
dissemination of media sources regarding FBI open
investigations of two pipe bombs.
These were open source discussions, guys.
We have no special information regarding the pipe bomb.
(39:53):
They put it out. We went over their exact words.
You appeared on a podcast with members of the media.
That's yours truly right here. You offered commentary on
ongoing FBI investigation from aposition of presumed credibility
as an FBI special agent. Those of you who want to hear,
go back and check the tapes. Hobbyist podcaster, definitely
not representing any federal government employee because he
(40:14):
was not actually paid by the FBIat that time.
Not for being a special agent, that's for damn sure.
Do you know how I know? Because I was.
Special agents have badges, guns, they have authorities,
they have responsibilities. They have a background check.
They've got a boss who's a supervisor, a supervisory
special agent. This is all silliness.
(40:34):
In November, you were reminded of your obligations and
requirements as an FBI employee. However, you made additional
comments regarding the ongoing pipe bomb investigation,
including that the FBI was deliberately withholding
evidence. Well, that's obviously true
because we've seen that you saidthat you use the same exact
stuff that you've had for five years despite hold on and
(40:55):
discussed the alleged suspect orsubject on your podcast.
Well, it's not his podcast, it'smine.
Shame on you, Cash, despite the lack of credible, verifiable
evidence necessary to publicly identify the subject.
So we have gone and crapped all over their bad job and that was
offensive. That's not really what it came
(41:15):
from. It says after being reinstated,
you continuously appeared regularly on podcast with
members of the media discussing FBI matters and ongoing in FBI
investigations. You did not seek nor did you
receive authorization to engage with the media regarding FBI
matters on December the 5th. Here's where it gets down.
You appeared on a podcast devoted to analysis of the FBI's
recent arrest of the pipe bomb suspect and you stated that the
(41:38):
FBI was engaged in a put up job.You said if the FBI was engaged
in a put up job. I'm going to just, I'm going to
say it because the word if is soimportant right here.
You stated if that's a hypothetical people, the FBI was
engaged in a put up job with respect to the subject, then do
(41:58):
you know what an FN statement is?
It's a conditional statement. It means that it's not something
we know is true. But if one then the other, yes,
it's a logic. It's a logic construction.
May God have mercy on your soul.I'm going to end with this.
I'm going to bring out my Amber Commodus and then so on and so
forth. I'm going to play it.
This is a conditional statement. This is not a threat.
(42:20):
It's not even close to a threat. And by the way, the threat is,
is that if God were to make me the person in charge of justice,
I would make sure that you were not hung for doing this evil
thing. If you did it, I would make sure
that you were in prison for life.
That's what he actually says. Should we play it for you?
I feel like we should feel like that's a reasonable place to go.
Let's play the thing that got Steve friend fired from the FBI.
(42:43):
It would be wrong otherwise and I captioned it.
So for those of you that are listening for the FB is 7th
floor. You're going to want to RIP this
part of the video. I captioned it for you so that
you can see the word if appear multiple times as a as a
conditional you fools, you're going to have another lawsuit.
You just fired the Neil team sixguys.
They sued you. You fired Palmer.
(43:06):
He could fire. He could sue you.
He was the guy that was over at SURG.
You fired the five guys, one whowas flying a jet, another one
who was involved in the Arctic Frost and or the the Jack Smith
investigations and three executives, Fools all of you.
They're all going to sue and win.
They all have this. They all have the law on their
side. So you are now operating in a
(43:27):
political, lawless, weaponized fashion.
Just shame on you. This is about 90 seconds.
Now if there are people back there who are Marilyn Milky
style at the FBI worried about what our foreign adversaries
might think if it came to light that the FBI was actually
involved in a rice dog fire modern day and they had to cover
(43:47):
it up. And I don't care what the
justification is or worried Maryland Milky style.
Maybe this guy was a this Cole character was an entrapment
playbook person who you already had on the hook.
And what does it matter what sort of case we put him in, this
one or the other? Maybe he's a Chester the
Molester pedophile who you've got on a kiddie porn case and
you said, hey, why don't you just plead guilty to this one
(44:09):
because the time will go easier for you in prison as a WMD guy
rather than a pedophile. Or maybe you're in a position of
executive leadership and you're just so damn thirsty to get a
win for dad so that the the president will be proud of you
finally and your fans will return and and have devotion to
you. Whatever the motivation is.
(44:30):
If you were doing another put upjob on this guy, I think we
spelled out a pretty compelling case that this probably ain't
the guy. Then May God have mercy on your
soul. And I'm going to end with this.
I'm going to bring out my inner Commodus.
You better pray to Gaia or Vishnu or whatever your maker
is. That real Steve friend is never
(44:52):
in a position to be an instrument of God's wrath.
Because I will be merciful, I won't give you a trial and a
hanging. I'll allow you to breathe every
breath that your body will have for the rest of its natural life
inside. That's a hell of a threat,
people. First of all, if God were to put
me in a position where I get to judge and you did this thing
that we think you may have done, you put somebody up to a, you
(45:17):
know, you arrested somebody thatyou don't have the evidence to
back. If God ever puts me in a
position and if you did the thing that is bad, then I will
be merciful. That's a hell of a threat.
Shocking threat is what Conservative Tree House called
it and Dinesh D'souza put it outa shocking threat.
I mean, it is shocking that somebody would see such a grand
(45:38):
injustice that a member of our law enforcement community,
particularly what they what who would describe himself as the
top law enforcement officer in the country behind Pam Bondi,
that guy. The shocking threat would be
that if you did this, if you were so thirsty for a win, And I
think we think that that's true here at this podcast.
(45:59):
I do. How do I think that I can just
look at what Donald Trump tweeted out and how he had to go
and take it back. You're so thirsty for a win.
You're so quick to say we did anawesome job, but we got the guy
when you haven't gotten the guy.You didn't get it with Charlie
Kirk. You didn't get it at Brown and I
don't think you got it on the pipe bomber.
I think you keep screwing up andyou're so desperate.
(46:20):
They know it. I think the Bureau knows it.
I think they see that you are sodesperate that whatever you,
whatever lifeline they throw you, you're going to pick it up
at every single time. It's like watching Wile E Coyote
and the Roadrunner. The Roadrunner leaves you and
out and you run right into the freaking tunnel that's actually
just a mural. The Roadrunner leaves you.
(46:41):
This it's just a bomb that's going to blow up in your face.
The Roadrunner gives you a rope, but the ropes tied to nothing
and you fall down the hole. It's just stupid and sad to
watch. But Steve Friend's point was if
God puts him into a position, and if you did this thing, then
you should live the rest of yournatural life in a prison because
(47:02):
that's what he would do. He would have you breathe every
single breath without being hung.
Dang, that's a hell of a threat,people.
That's a hell of a thing to say.So that can't be that can't be
allowed. It's not tolerable.
I'm going to pin that to the to the Twitter feed.
So those you follow me on next, you can find it over there.
That cannot be allowed. And so let's do this.
(47:26):
This came in on Friday night. Steve Friend technically
allegedly was a employee that was hired on a Monday and fired
on a Friday, except they screwedit up like they screwed up the
other thing. They didn't get the gunman and
they didn't get Steve Friend fired when you were supposed to
because he was out of town because his boss told him his
boss that said you don't have a gun, you don't have a badge, you
don't have a credit card, you don't have any authorities.
(47:46):
Here's a badge. You don't have any reason to be
in this job. So why don't you just take
leave? We're not going to allow you to
have admin leave. We're just going to have this
fake thing where we tell you to come to work, but there's no job
and you can't actually even go in the building on your own.
So just don't come in the building want you to take leave,
which I, I think it's going to be also really problematic.
How can you say that you have been approved for this job that
(48:06):
you're not approved for? And so he was out of town on
Friday and he got this message from the New York Post.
More on that in one second. Hello, Steve.
I just sent you this on X, but Iwant to make sure that you
received it. Oh, really?
This came in at about 6:30 Eastern.
Steve had gotten contacted by his his chain of command out in
(48:28):
Jacksonville at about 5530. So an hour after they thought
that they had gotten him out, a reporter reaches out from the
New York Post. She says, I'm a reporter with
the New York Post. And I saw Kyle Seraphin's tweet
earlier about your attorneys dismissing you, right?
He got fired by the attorneys first.
Empower Oversight is part of this.
(48:49):
It's my belief, Kyle Serfon's opinion, so nobody thinks that
I'm stating fact. I believe that Jason Foster,
Tristan Levitt, and Empower Oversight conspired with the
very agency that they were supposedly fighting to get Steve
Friends made whole. And they conspired with this
agency to allow this to go down.Because now the FBI knows you're
(49:10):
in the open. You're not unrepresented.
So now you're going to be easy. She said I'm writing a piece
about them firing you. That's odd.
The the attorneys firing you following the wrath of God
comments you made on Kyle Seraphim's podcast that were
apparently about FBI Director Cash Patel.
Couple problems with this. Do we think this woman, whatever
(49:31):
her name is, Caitlin something or other?
I'll look her up in a second here.
I've got a picture over here. Hold on.
You want to know who she is? She's this lady.
Oh, that's her sitting with Vladimir Zelensky, the the
president of Ukraine. She was super proud of that.
Do we think that this woman is aregular watcher of the Kyle
Seraphim show? It's possible.
Smart, smart people do watch theshow.
People who want to know what's going on inside the FBI, they do
(49:51):
watch the show. So it's not totally outside the
realm of possibility that she saw this.
Or is it more likely that it wasfed to her by the FBI director,
who's also still so thirsty for a win and thought that this was
going to be that this was going to be his dunk?
Her name is Caitlin Dornbral Dornbos.
Dornbro. Sorry, I'm just going to put her
(50:11):
silly face up here. There you are, Hun.
We see you. This is a weird picture too.
We should agree on that. There she is.
All right. So what does she go on to say?
You said something about wrath of God again.
The wrath of God was that if if in in a position, Steve friend
would let them live forever and as long as they could so that
(50:33):
they could think about the the what they did wrong.
Kind of like a dad might do for a kid.
Go sit in your room and think about what you did.
Right. All right, I have reporting that
suggests your comments may have been have put your employment
with the FBI in jeopardy. Oh, do you really?
Who gave you comments about the his employment being in
jeopardy? Would it be the same guy, Cash
Patel, who actually ended up firing him and signing that
(50:55):
letter? Would that be the person I bet.
I'm wondering if you'd like to respond.
Well, of course, Steve Friend, if he is in fact an FBI
employee, that's a double edged sword there too.
We're going to make some salacious allegations about it.
And you've been working in the media for a while now, but now
you've been called back into duty even though you don't have
actual the ability to do those duties.
So would you like to talk to themedia and violate the policy
(51:18):
again? She said.
I also have reporting that you secretly filmed FBI agents who
came to counsel you after you initially refused to participate
in the overzealous SWAT raids related to January 6th, which
presented a security threat and broke Florida law.
The two party consent. Would you care to respond to
this allegation as well? Thank you.
Listen you freaking whore. This like this is a horrish
(51:40):
thing to do. This is a selling out for
access. There's no other way to say
this. Shame on you.
This is not journalism. This is disgusting and he wrote
a whole freaking book about it. Lady, I'm so disgusted by the
guys that work at the Bureau andthe coordination in this little
(52:00):
hit job done by these people. You're trying to set him up for
what? Something he wrote a whole book
about that cash Patel celebratedas heroic.
Disgusting. Why don't you go hang out with
tin pod dictators like this guy? That'd be way better.
I rarely let the emotion part ofit get the better part of me.
But I look at this face and I I despise you.
(52:21):
I despise everything about access based journalism.
There's no moral here. There's no, there's nothing good
or just about what you're doing.Imagine spending your time going
to journalism school, what they call J School, and then you turn
around and you get a master's degree from the University of
Texas at El Paso in like security studies just to be fed
(52:44):
slop by a thirsty, pathetic FBI director who can't even get
simple things right. Like we got the right guy in
custody. I just saw my phone just went
off. Patel just tweeted out that they
just got that they disrupted another terrorist threat.
When in doubt, run to the playbook, guys.
(53:05):
Well, since we're talking about terrorist threats and we're
talking about these scumbags here doing this stuff, let's
talk about something that I think is actually warrant some
more scrutiny because one of thethings we pointed out is the
amount of money that Patel has from places for reasons that we
can't understand. And then those people seem to
get access to this guy. The director, we mentioned that
(53:28):
he got money from a company called Xian that's held through
a holding company in the Cayman Islands.
This was brought up in his his Senate confirmation hearing.
This was brought up at multiple times by Wired magazine and
others trying to say, what is itthat this guy knows about a
Chinese e-commerce giant that they want to give him up to
$5,000,000 worth of stock for and that he doesn't have to
(53:49):
divest. Why is it?
Well, here's the other part of it.
The FBI director signed a security deal with Qatar, which
he used to lobby for. Does that seem like a conflict
of interest to you? I don't know why Qatar keeps
popping up in this administration, but there's
clearly some connection there. We know that that Bondi was
(54:10):
involved with Qatar. They had a deal through Ballard
Partners, which is where Susie Wiles was a managing partner in
the Jacksonville office. The FBI directors November 2024
pledged to recuse himself from business.
Dealings with Qatar expired lastmonth.
And then in less than 30 days hewent out there and signed a
(54:31):
deal, a memorandum of understanding with Qatar.
We still don't know what he did for Qatar when he worked there
on their behalf and he did not register himself as a as a
foreign register. You know, a foreign agent.
No fair. How about that?
(54:55):
Are you guys getting the, the hint that this guy when you
start hearing people like Alex Jones going out and claiming
that these guys are are compromised.
We don't know what he did or howmuch money the FBI was, was
paid. I'm sorry, the, the now
director, the, the, the, the, the future FBI director was paid
at the time. And I'm just going to tell you,
if you guys don't understand howlong games work in Intel
circles, there are a few things that are always important #1 if
(55:18):
you ever had a security clearance, you're always of
interest to certain enemies. The Chinese would be happy to
pay someone like me for my previous interest and my
previous knowledge working the Chinese threat.
Even if it's old Intel, they still would like it because it
might. It might solidify some of the
information that they think theyhave.
It might actually substantiate some of the reporting they got.
They don't care if you have a current active security
(55:39):
clearance or a former security clearance.
It's all good and they're willing to pay for access.
And maybe you had it, maybe you'll maybe they think you will
have it. This is pennies on the dollar
for long game type stuff. And so let's just be real
serious about that. It's really important to people
understand that you don't have to be in a position of power.
(55:59):
They're willing to hedge some bets.
Have you guys ever seen people make a, you know, they make a
proposition kind of gamble, They'll put money down on
someone because that person may be in office.
How many major donors backed Kamala Harris's campaign not
knowing if she was going to be president but hoping she might?
And if and if she was, well, youcan always look back.
I, I supported you way back then, right?
(56:20):
It, it goes on both sides. This is not like just one person
or another person. In a curious twist, during his
confirmation process, Cash Patelfailed to disclose significant
personal financial information until after the Senate hearing
in January, when his nomination on his on his nomination to
become FBI Director. Consequently, one peculiar item
(56:42):
listed on his financial disclosure received no attention
during that hearing, Patel's work as a consultant for the
Embassy of Qatar. And on this document, Patel did
not specify what he did for Qatar or how much he was paid.
And even now, when was this written?
This was written, I think in, inMay of this year, after he was
FBI director. Even now, three months after he
(57:04):
took the helm of the nation's top law enforcement agency, the
details of his Qatari connectionremain a mystery.
Flash forward a few months, signed security deal with Qatar.
We don't know what it means because we don't even know what
he did. Mother Jones contacted the FBI.
They texted Kash Patel. They asked if he would reveal
what services he provided. He did not respond.
(57:25):
Neither did the FBI. And then here you go.
It's just one of several Trump administration aides who have
financial ties to this Arab monarchy.
You've got Susie Wiles, who's the chief of staff working for
the lobbying firm Ballard Partner that represented Qatar.
The attorney general lobbied forthe Qataris.
Mike Huckabee, ambassador to Israel, paid $50,000 in 2018 to
(57:45):
visit Qatar. That's a lot of money for a
visit. Steve Witkoff's special envoy to
the Middle East also pocketed money from Qatar.
In 2023, Qatari's sovereign wealth fund bought a Park Lane
hotel from Witkoff's company for$623 million.
And the Trump Organization itself recently struck a deal
for a luxury golf course and resort in Qatar.
(58:06):
And now Qatar is considering handing a gift of the jumbo
airliner. This is during the airliner
thing, $400 million jet that would be used as Air Force One.
It's a 747 that would be updatedand then transferred to the
presidential library when he leaves, right?
These are real serious questions.
This may be a left-leaning source, Mother Jones, but the
question of what is going on here and why they're involved in
(58:27):
this, What did you buy? What did they pay him for?
The claim is is that here it is.The Atlantic reported that Patel
claimed he worked as a security consultant.
No idea what his expertise is onthat for Qatar during the 2022
FIFA World Cup games in Doha. But in February, as experts were
questioning whether or not his consulting would have required
(58:48):
him to register as a Justice Department for an agent under
Farrah, the right wing Federalist reported a source
close to Cash Patel's confirmation told The
Federalist. That's Sean Davis and Co who
took to social media this weekend to slam Steve Friend and
I claiming some things that are clearly false.
The Federalist said his work forQatar was limited to securing
(59:10):
the 2022 FIFA World Cup and other security measures, not the
kind of representation that would require Farrah.
But Patel himself has not given this World Cup explanation.
He said nothing publicly about it.
He's kept his mouth shut on it. And the weird thing is, is that
it seems like the money actuallycontinued on after the World
Cup. Moreover, his paperwork states
he was working for Qatar until November of 2024.
(59:30):
So if you were trying to secure and do security for a 2022
soccer event, what does that have to do and why would you
continue getting paid for another two years later?
These are totally reasonable questions that should be asked
by everybody and I've shared them with some of the
left-leaning media sources and Ihope that other people will as
well. That's two years past the World
Cup. He was providing security
(59:51):
services. I'm just reading again at that
point for an event that had longsince concluded.
Also, his financial disclosure form indicate he was paid by the
Qatari Embassy in the United States, not the Qatari Sports
Committee which would have been the ones involved in this.
So when you hear people ask whether or not Cash Patel was
compromised and some of us startthinking that he is and you
start looking at his petty, tyrannical type things.
(01:00:11):
Does he think he's like these guys, that he's just a king of a
crappy little country? There he is handing over a Tommy
gun, the classic FBI G man weapon.
I don't own one of those. I don't really have a lot of
interest in the in the Tommy gun.
What are what are we doing here? Why are you posing with the
Qatari monarchs? Why are you flying to Chinese
and saying that you negotiated deals that stopped fentanyl?
(01:00:33):
Does that mean the fentanyl deaths have stopped in this
country? So here's where it comes down to
the question. And you could even have, I don't
know, like a whole movie about this, maybe a cartoon series.
Who watches the watchers? It was one of the the better,
sort of like AI original, kind of like dark film noir type
(01:00:53):
action figure ones, right? The Watchmen, you guys remember
this, It's a question that we'vealways asked.
How do you get somebody to look into the somebodies that do the
investigations? Who investigates the government
for wrongdoing? More government?
I don't know what the answer is.If it is more government, it
should be government that's not accountable to the central
government. We just found out that the MSPB,
(01:01:14):
the Merit Service Protection Board, which theoretically if
you got fired from an FBI like Iwent to to MSPB, if you go
there, by the way, in power oversights, President Tristan
Levitt used to be at MSPB. They side with the government
who pays them 99% of the time, 1% of the time the appeals to
MSPB are substantiated on behalfof the person that was what they
(01:01:36):
believe is the victim, the plaintiff.
The government is the defendant always wins.
And that's something it's like OIG, the Office of Inspector
Generals, that'll keep them accountable, right?
Even though the OIG actually answers, like the Justice
Department, OIG answers to the attorney general.
So when Kyle Serafin makes an allegation, puts out information
(01:01:58):
that maybe Merrick Garland lied,Underoath, who investigates it,
Merrick Garland's employees, howdo you think that's going to go?
It goes exactly the way you think it would.
It does it every time. So we're dealing with supposedly
the most transparent organization, the most
transparent FBI in history. I guess we're going to find out.
There's the termination letter. It's signed right there by Kash
(01:02:20):
Patel. You can see it on the screen.
If you guys want to do it, you can find it on Miranda Divine's
Twitter feed very easy. This stuff is out there.
Should we do an exclusive? Should we tell you some stuff?
Yeah, Let's do that. Let's go to my buddy Alex Jones
here. Breaking exclusive.
Breaking exclusive. Breaking exclusive.
(01:02:42):
All right, here's the exclusive. It's my story.
Nobody else can tell it. Not like I can.
We've sued the FBI again, Serafin Media, and which is just
me, we've sued them over FOIA. My attorney has just let me know
that this filed this morning. They're in violation of the
(01:03:04):
Freedom of Information Act, justlike they violated the Privacy
Act of 1974 when they went out and leaked information to a
journalist that they were not allowed to.
Here's the statement of facts. Director Kashyap Patel has
become the 9th director of the FBI on February 20th, 2025.
The director's girlfriend, Alexis Wilkins, has sued several
individuals, including Mr. Seraphin, utilizing attorneys
(01:03:25):
who are believed to be the director's personal attorneys.
You guys know that we've talked about that.
The Director has likewise acknowledged his relationship
with Miss Wilkins publicly calling her his, quote, partner
in life, D Cash Patel, and his personal statement that he made
on that day. On November 12th, 2025, the
plaintiff submitted his FOIA to the FBI for the following
record. This is what we asked for.
It's very simple. All records from February 20,
(01:03:48):
2025 and on from Director Patel's government accounts,
including but not limited to hisemails, his Signal, Telegram,
Facebook X, formerly known as Twitter, or other government
communication mediums referencing the following
topics, Alexis Wilkins, Jason C Graves, Jared J Roberts, the
Banal Law Group, PLLC, and yourstruly Kyle Serafin.
(01:04:13):
That's what we want and they ignored it, as they do the most
transparent FBI in history, right?
Mr. Serafin specifically disclaimed the records from
Director Patel's non government accounts and thus limited his
FOIA request to records located on the government's governmental
accounts. We're not looking for personal
stuff here. We're looking for the government
(01:04:33):
stuff and comms. So the lawsuit has been filed
and now we'll see, and we'll seethat they do nothing about it
because this is not a transparent organization.
This is a group of people that are interested in their own
ends. And they've done exactly what we
hope they would do the opposite of They've weaponized the
government. They just turn the
weaponization. They've just swung the Wrecking
(01:04:55):
Ball in the other direction. I really wanted this guy to
succeed. I really wanted him to not do
what he's doing right now. So I guess that we'll leave it
to the court. Shocking.
But these things don't often return to anything.
(01:05:16):
And the FBI will almost always find one of the exceptions to
hide behind. But let you let you be a, a
witness to this. We've asked them for something.
They didn't return it. And then when we turn around and
we find out that they didn't they, they have excuses for
everything. You just don't let him get away
with saying that we're the most transparent FBI in history
because these are clearly personal things and we have to
(01:05:40):
spend money, cost money to go toto court.
It's a couple $100 to do a filing fee.
And then whatever the attorney, my attorney tends to volunteer
is time for this. And then he has to sue the
government first time later whenthey give us nothing, which they
will like the odds of this is basically, I'll just go on
record right now and tell you I don't think they're going to
give us anything. But what they have given us is
this ongoing ridiculous embarrassment.
(01:06:03):
And Donald Trump shouldn't standfor it any longer.
If you're a member of the FBI that is setting up cash Patel to
to look ridiculous, you're doingthe wrong thing.
But it is amusing to watch from the outside.
So let me just say, I see you. I understand.
I don't think it's good. I think that we should try to
catch bad guys, think we should go out there and run them down.
And I don't know that somebody at cast would would do that.
But I do think there are people in the management that would be
(01:06:25):
more than happy to see them leave, especially the Essers.
We got people that are sitting in the wings right now ready to
just step right in and take up that rein and take that FBI back
to where it belongs. The nonpartisan, Trump hating,
conservative destroying, radicalCatholic investigating
organization that it always wants to be right.
(01:06:47):
How dare you come in and fire people?
How dare you come in and be an idiot?
And that actually is probably worthwhile cash Patel has done
the one thing that you can't do in the FBI.
You know what that is? You can't embarrass the FBII
think he's done it. I think that's the cardinal sin.
I'm going to go on record with that as well.
I think Patel has finally found himself doing the thing that
(01:07:11):
you're not allowed to do in the Bureau.
And it doesn't matter if you areAGS 13 brick agent or you are
the director. You embarrassed the FBII think
you're out. So I expect that's what's going
to happen next. Can we do something that's kind
of fun? I've got a whole bunch of other
clips here. I've got a bunch more about gun
control that I actually thought about covering down on, but I'm
not sure I even want to do it because this this in and of
(01:07:33):
itself is enough for today. I think I'll give you where
we're going to go and why I think that the we're not going
to see any kind of progress. This is a woman who's talking
about what you have to do. Both sides are truly ineffective
and they are both basically saying that you're too dumb to
understand. We're going to feed you slop and
it doesn't matter whether the slop is on the left or the
right. Here's the leftist slop.
(01:07:54):
Just so you guys know about where the gun control piece is
and and we'll do more on that maybe tomorrow.
Talk broad themes. You have to boil it down to nuts
and bolts, and you have to be pithy.
What do I mean by pithy? How about this?
Republicans want to kill your kids.
It's actually true. If you're going to oppose
vaccinations, if you're going tostop breakthrough medical
research, if you're going to allow minors and all sorts of
(01:08:17):
people to get semi automatic weapons which they use to shoot
up schools, well then you are responsible for kids health and
death. Unfortunately, it has to be that
simple and that direct, and it has to be over and over and over
again. I'm going to say that if you're
pretty cool with killing off babies in the womb and you don't
(01:08:38):
care whether a human being gets a chance to enter the world,
then I don't really care what you think about vaccines or guns
or anything else. I actually don't care about
anything that you have to say because we don't have a value
system that aligns. See how easy it is?
If you don't care about some innocent human lives, why would
I care what you think about any other human lives?
No, that's how I say it. Pithy.
If you believe in baby murder, then your opinion is useless to
(01:09:00):
me. That's what I have to say.
That's my pithy comment. But again, they both kind of
dumb it down. That's the left version of it.
The right version of it is, is like, we got the guy, we're
doing the greatest thing. We did everything.
They're all telling you that you're too dumb to see the
evidence with your own eyes. God forbid you actually open up
evaluated and say, man, this is like the third time that you've
had a really sketchy lie. Oh, this is the second time
(01:09:20):
you've done a swing and a miss. How many times can you with and
still be a professional baseballplayer?
If you went up in your first couple at bats and all you did
was swing and not hit, they brought you up from the from the
minor leagues. And that's pretty accurate for
Patel brought him up from the minor leagues.
They put you in the game, You went up there full count.
You're a pinch hitter swinging amiss strikeout.
(01:09:41):
They put you up again in a pinchspot because you're the you're
the clutch hitter swinging a miss.
He's got 2 now. Big ones, prominent ones.
We'll see where they find this thing.
They both think you're too dumb. This is why the position of here
is that, like, one, we don't like any political party.
And more importantly, like I'm really, really, really
interested in making sure that Iinsulate myself against
(01:10:03):
stupidity on either side of the aisle.
So make sure you guys like the video.
If you guys are watching, and I appreciate you guys doing it.
This is the best place to go. These are the places you can
catch the video. It's going to be on Rumble, it's
going to be on X, it's going to be on YouTube, but it's also
going to be over on Spotify for the replay.
And if you're having any issues with the feed ever, if you don't
join us for the live show, consider watching us on Spotify,
which is at kyleseraphinshow.com.
(01:10:24):
You can download that, you can send it off to a friend.
There's comments sections there just like you'd find on any
other sort of video platform. We can interact there and I do
see some funny stuff. So I appreciate you guys mixing
it up there. If you want to support the
program and what we're doing, ifyou guys want to be part of the
the team that's that's making these legal cases possible,
that's where you go to kyleseraphin.com on locals.
But regardless, make sure you are subscribed to our channel.
(01:10:45):
We are going to get to 20,000 probably in the early part of
next year. Organically, slowly, just one at
a time. People who say, hey, you know,
that's a different perspective. I'm interested in hearing
somebody who doesn't try to justcheerlead for a team.
Our team is truth, regardless ofwho that offends.
So if this is common sense, if this even irritated you and you
didn't agree with it, guess what?
(01:11:06):
I don't mind you disagreeing. I think that we should all come
to our own conclusions. Let's evaluate what we can see
for evidence. You guys heard a guy saying a
bunch of conditional statements and he got fired for quote UN
quote threats. And the threat was, I want to
keep you alive so you can experience God's wrath later.
Take it, take it how you like. Thanks for being part of the
program. Make sure that you have signed
(01:11:26):
up on there and let's do a like a pallet cleanse of some kind.
Let's do something funny. It's the holiday season.
We used to be a proper country where you could have a joke,
particularly a racial joke, and it didn't offend everybody
around you that you might have friends who have different color
skin and you'd look at each other and say funny things about
that skin based on ethnic stereotypes.
It happens in fire houses. It happens in team rooms in the
military. It happens on the parade grounds
(01:11:48):
while people are waiting as the CEO is passing and doing
inspection. It used to happen in all kinds
of regular places. It used to happen in hospital
rooms. It used to happen with ER nurses
and so on. Men and women could joke about
things because it wasn't the most serious thing in the world
to call out skin color because we had moved on from it.
We had all kinds of fun racial jokes.
Here's people who understand themission, getting a kick out of
(01:12:10):
things that are just like they're fun.
That's what stereotypes are about.
If we can laugh about it, then it takes the power away from the
evil part of it. Or you could do what the left
doesn't cry about. Anyway, here's a little
Christmas Jamal Claus clip. I got a black friend.
What? What the fuck is that?
Santa. He's black though.
(01:12:31):
Yeah, it's a black Santa on the festive.
What does he do to steal shit? Bro what?
You leave him out chicken and inKool-aid instead of milk and
cookies. Do you know how racist that
sounds? Oh, what do you even call this
dude? We call him Jamal Claus.
Yeah, figured tags just don't want it. 2 definitely stole that
(01:12:52):
shit. I.
Heard that these guys did a skitbecause it's funny.
It's Christmas, go out there andhave some fun with your friends.
I hope you guys are getting family out there.
I hope you take a little bit less seriously as well.
And God bless you. Look forward to doing a full
week on some of the stupidity that's going on.
We have no other choice, but we are going to laugh about it.
We're going to laugh about it, even in a irreverent way,
(01:13:13):
because otherwise we can't connect.
We're going to just cry and there's no solution, obviously.
We're just all observing this chaos as we slide down the hill.
So look forward to seeing you guys again later on this week.
Share the show, talk to you then.
